PS4: the doors and windows being in the way when entering a room or using a crafting bench that I’ve put against the wall is very annoying. They’re very in the way. They don’t disappear either, forcing me to tilt the camera to a very top down angle to see around it and that makes it hard to maneuver my character since it’s not a normal camera angle.

Issue: in collections tab I can't scroll to see where anything is (e.g. was looking for bumblestone but couldn't remember where it was from and when I went into collection tab to find out where it was from I couldn't scroll to it to find the information. Or when finding out what gifts people want no information is coming up on the page.)
Also the memories in collections for Oswald's quests I can't enlarge to see them

The skies look awful on PS5 plain and simple. They don't look great during the day but look extremely awful at night. There is heavy banding that even goes across the landscape, no stars whatsoever, and it doesn't ever get fully dark after sunset. The issue gets worse with every update for over a year now.

I’m on switch and as much as I appreciate the text size increase the inside of the player house is to zoomed in looking and the back wall at whatever door you come from still shows up. Very annoying.

After the recent update, lag has become a bothersome. Lags when transferring stuff in storage, selling stuff, and arranging pocket/bag. It also lags a bit when picking up vegetables after harvesting from the garden. It lags a bit when the vegetable glows while Harvesting.

Issue: Now everything that's on the walls shows if in front of the camera. Originally objects such as doors, paintings, doorways, windows, or other items such as lights now show up in front of the camera, when they are supposed to be invisible. In a sense, the "fourth wall is broken" here.

Issue: It's 8:35 PM local time, and all of the streetlights and many of the house lights are off in my valley. What's up with this? Did DDLV finally start observing daylight saving time? And no, I did not TT. I learned my lesson the hard way one time during early access when I TT'ed on Animal Crossing, and it negatively affected DDV for two days. Never again. Also, I now have to press the interact button twice to manually turn on the street lights, whereas it used to be just once.

EDIT: OK, so I restarted the game last night, and it fixed the lighting issues, or it seemed to. I haven't closed the game since playing last night, I just left it open while my console is in rest mode. But today, even though it's clearly daylight in the game, all the street lights and house lights are still on!

Issue: UI is enlarged and/or zooms in too much for the screen. Before it fit nicely, now it is way to big. Talking to a villager it takes too much space and looking at things like dreamlight duties, it takes twice the space it did before. It really had no need to change size, and the constant zooming in conversations with villagers now is nauseating.

There used to be a quick fix where you could reset graphics/sounds default settings and the game would run 60fps but since the latest update this is no longer possible.

I have been experiencing lag for months now even before the update, this often happens when cooking or placing items of furniture inside a space and I have brought it up a few times before but now it has gotten worse to the point my game is unplayable. I cant even make my character walk a few steps with out lag and frame rate drop.

Second. My favourite outfit is now a lil buggy. On the mannequin is how the hair and hat have always looked, but now wearing it, the hair clips through the hat.

Issue: This update appears to have badly broken various lighting functions around both the valley and EI: besides what I reported yesterday—that the street lights and many house lights never came on at 6:00 p.m.—now they're on after restarting the game, except certain lights on EI aren't on automatically, including but not limited to ancient street lights and the fairy lights attached to the front of the bivouac tents.

Issue: When I decorate anything if I place more then a couple items it will like glitch and the items are either invisible or just gone. I am not gunna lie I am scared to decorate anything now incase I lose an item I paid for with moonies... when it happens I just clise my game without saving and it'll be in my inventory. I have been having this issue around April when I started actually decorating my valley. Not sure what is even triggering it but it's very annoying :/

I don’t know if this is the right place but can we please fix the weather!!!!!! Please explain to me why it needs to rain and storm six or seven separate times in a day?!! I only have a limited time to work on my dreamsnap, and it’s making it impossible!! I’m so angry at my game right now, as I was FINALLY ready to snap my shot, waiting for the perfect moment, and it started raining for like the 7th time today!!! I’m shutting it down and I’m so frustrated. It rains literally every single time I play my game now. I hate it so much.

I had this issue before the patch but it seemed to be fixed when the patch dropped. I've since removed all the paving and am re-adding it, and the issue is back.

Wish there was an option to turn down graphics. Rain, shadows, reflections, how the stupid vegetables bounce. It would help sm w lag/crashing.

Everyone I’ve heard from PC say their games are visually improved since the last update, it may look slightly “better” but for me it’s honestly unplayable bc of the lag 😭

I didn't remove the thorns, telling myself that I would take them for the way of the stars but unfortunately it's impossible to go back there, we can no longer interact with the levers of the second platform.

Issue: Circling back on the bug I have reported several times that is affecting the lighting system, causing house lights and streetlights to be on during the day and off at night: after restarting the game on PS5 last night, I noticed that everything looked the way it should. But then I started looking at the premium shop, and when I was finished, the streetlights and house lights in my plaza were off at night again. So I restarted the console and recorded an example to show it happening. I just tried it during the day on the Switch, and street/house lights that are meant to be off during the daytime come on after I look at the premium shop.

Not sure where to put this, but its a visual issue. I know its most likely intended rather then a glitch, but its really obstructing. Riding the ferris wheel - now I absolutely love the fact we can ride on the attractions thank you so much for this - but please please remove some of this netting ... you can barely see through the tiny gaps. I'd love a nice view going up and down of my valley, and its a real shame the netting is like 90% covering it. If you can't change the general model, can you at least make the netting invisible when we enter camera mode and ride it?

Motion sickness, there are a couple of the rides that are too fast (magic carpet, slinky), anyway or option to slow them down? I've noted a number of other users warning people of feeling dizzy when trying to ride on them.

Platform: Steam PC / Steam Deck / Switch, Issue: body misshapen after wearing new Touch of Magic clothing from Daisy! (Double posted because this category fits better I believe.) Legs: After wearing ToM boots once, a wrinkled circle appears around the lower leg whenever you aren’t wearing them and wear normal Scrooge shoes or go barefoot instead.
Arms: an angular shaped ring right above the ToM satin gloves is visible when wearing them. It goes away when removing the gloves, but the wrinkly ring around the upper arm is permanent now regardless whether you wear ToM clothing or not. Edit after some testing: Restarting the game or opening the game on another platform doesn’t solve it. Changing body shape does not solve it permanently either. But the very first selectable body shape (female, didn’t test the male ones) seems to be an exception, the wrinkled rings on arms and legs are not visible here. But they immediately reappear again when you return to any other body shape. Even if you switched consoles in between.

Platform: Steam / Steam Deck, Issue: Placed objects keep disappearing spontaneously, in the main valley and the DLC isle, furniture and also landscaping items like trees. They are still there, you can bump into them and they reappear when you klick onto them in furniture mode, but you can’t see the object aside from their shadows and when it’s a lamp, the light effect. Example picture: All rectangular shadows in the picture are mighty Gazebos (8 of 11 vanished, especially when you walk through them) and you see shadows of Topiary Squares in the grass (2 of 3 became invisible here). Edit: the objects seem to disappear when you get very close to them and then pan the camera around away from the object, so that it gets hidden from your field of view. If you then turn the camera back on the object, it doesn’t reappear.

Plus one spot a cacti is sticking though the wall weird.

Both headless pictures are when the camera hits the stairs/ramp a certain way.
The wall loosing texturing in the Ruins Hallway happens when coming down the stairs.
The cactus is in the plains on the wall facing the dividing line between it and the wild tangle.

Everything that is furniture/food is disappearing each time the camera gets close. Even in picture mode items disappear. It's really frustrating. Everything is constantly turning invisible. MacBook. So it was raining/thunder storming with all the sound effects and the visuals in the sky but no actual rain. I reloaded the game twice and it was still doing it. Of course it doesn’t rain all day so it’s hard to tell if it’s a one off glitch or going to happen again.

Weird glitch I just experienced: Moving WALLE’s garden and it decided to go back to the default semi-destroyed form (before the upgrades) but without the Scrooge sign.

It went back to the full upgrade when I came out of the Furniture mode, but it was a strange moment!

My furniture keeps going invisible. Grabbing it while in furniture mode seems to fix it for a few seconds, then it goes back to being invisible. The furniture is still there, it has collision, and resetting the game seems to fix it for a while but then some furniture starts to disappear again.

My lights are basically on, but don't light. If I interact, I can make them "out" so it stays at it is. And after click it once again, the light shines as it should. All outdoor lamps, not the fires/torches.

Platform Xbox, Issue: Invisible barriers. I reported this issue when the sushi bar came out. An invisible barrier appeared between my sushi bar and bamboo fence, blocking me from walking down a path with X3 width. Since reporting that issue i've had further invisible barriers spawn in both my valley and eternity isle. They are completely random, some appear between two placed items, others appear between placed items and in game scenery/area boundary. Newest one is strangest so far, I have an alley next to my pizza planet. I can walk left to right no issues, but if I turn to walk back down same alley going right to left i'm hit with a barrier. It makes no sense. This isn't a newly built area, my pizza planet has been in same spot for months.

Issue: There is a ***very ***specific spot that if I have the Palace placed there, and try to walk near it I get stuck when walking a specific direction.

If I walk from the Plaza well towards the a palace, I get stuck on something invisible just before I reach the trellis there. (Second screenshot shows where). Going the other direction I do NOT get stuck.

If I stop walking for a moment, then continue I can walk past it or I can BARELY squeeze through if I walk directly against the fences there. Moving the palace left or right one square or even one square towards the fencing seems to fix it somehow. Moving it towards the fence works, but I don't like it that tight (and reworking the whole area for this is too much).

This doesn't happen with the Winter Palace. It hasn't been an issue until this last update.

I'm not sure if it's just happening to me or others as well but when I design clothes in the TOM designer they look perfectly fine but then the next time I boot up the game my designs are all messed up looking. Like shapes are misaligned and look awful and I have to fix everything.

issue: same, it's really very apparent on the bigger body type, arms and legs seem to clip and not aligned properly

feelsbad that all these visual issues have been reported over 1 1/2 months ago for the first time and nothing has been done apparently

Platform xbox, Issue - I have Up balloon house set as my player home and it no longer levitates above ground. It now levitates downwards, making decking and lower half of house disappear below ground level. Started a few days ago.

Issue: Dresses created through TOM keep getting messed up without me touching them.
In the example below, I made Aurora's dress and it looked fine then 2 days later it looks like the 2nd picture.
I didn't change body type or anything.
This happens with anything i made with TOM lately. Happened with the short dress bought from Daisy too.

Issue: Lighting indoors has always been weird. Most lights barely have an affect on their environment.
In the first pic I'm very lit up as I'm standing almost right underneath the pink ceiling light but vanellope who is right beside me is extra dark.
In the second pic I'm still in the same spot and the front side of me is very dark.
I guess what's missing is some type of larger area of effect.
I find doing dreamsnaps indoors to be unexciting because the lighting is so meh for lack of better term.

This never happened before, I just went online and wanted to do the dreamsnap event. Now I can't because the skirst look like this 😂

Issue: can't extend or add pathways to much of the lower level of the docks. Tried to extend the muddy path under Goofy's cart and the tiles don't show up.

Issue: Large items appearing invisible, for example Pizza Planet and the Partner Fountain keep "disappearing" while leaving weird lighting/shadows in its place, the only way to fix it is to pick it up in build mode and re-place it, but then it just happens again a couple minutes later.
