I was pressing E while my arrow was to the side and pressing E wasn't doing anything, I'm unable to plant one or multiple seed's just by pressing E.
I found that if I hover my arrow over the seed I want to plant and hold down E at the same time it will plant multiple times, I have to click the seed button to just plant one.

Issue: My crops are pulsing with light. It doesn't seem to have a pattern or anything but when the pumpkins are ready to be harvest they kind of pulse up and down it's still doing that but it's now been accompanied by light.

Issue: Sometimes I am not able to plant seeds at all let alone hold E to do multiple. If it happens I have to alt + tab out of it then go back in to make it work. Also sometimes the seed packet is smashed to the left side and is missing half of the packet.

Issue: my pumpkin patch has disappeared twice (since the last update I think), apparently if I skip one day of playing the game. I always have pumpkins planted with 2 ancient gardeners.

Issue: Ancient Gardeners
They are planted and the dig spots are blue, meaning it knows they are there, but they won’t water crops or let me harvest them/plant them using the machine. It’s as if it doesn’t sense plants being there

Issue: Crops have the wrong visual. I planted a lot of rops all over my valley. When I walked by I saw them being brown. But I had a gardener next to it. I tried water them but won't work. Then I noticed that they are ready to harvest.
So instead of being a full Pumpkin or whatever its the brown crop sometimes.
This happened to me multiple times now.
Crops I had this Issue: Pumpkins, Carrots, Peppers, Wheat, Tomato
It's not limited to crops planted next to ancient gardeners. Had some fields without and they had the isssue, too.
