My Monster-sona Dreamsnaps submission is totally missing and I didn't receive any mail/reward for it on update day (Wednesday) - when I went to check the status it says "No Submission"....but I DID submit one.

Issue: It won’t let me vote, I was unable to vote last week also, the spinning star spins for about a minute then just takes me back to the Dream Snap main page, I have tried several times over the last week. Closed game out come back and still doing the same thing. I just received “Cast your vote in a friendly competition“ which I can’t complete because I it won’t let me vote.

I submitted a dreamsnap for the Monstersona dreamsnap challenge. After submitting it, I double-checked to make sure it was submitted. I have not received a reward email. When you go into the dreamsnap event tab it tells me one was never submitted.

Issue: I have the same issue as above but on PC. It won't let me vote from the first time. I have this issue from day one I started playing. I have loading screen, I keep pressing "Vote Now" button and it keeps loading and after timeout nothing happens. I need to press a button for about 20 times to get to voting.

I have tried to submit a Dreamsnap, but it keeps saying I have touch of magic items in my photo when I don't.

Issue: I've been trying for 3 days to submit my dream snaps. It says there is touch of magic but I didn't use any. I tried adding a screenshot but it's not letting me submit it

Issue: Cannot submit DreamSnap picture; it keeps saying I have a Touch Of Magic item in my picture but even after taking out items one by one and retaking the pic—doing the same with different outfits—it still won't let me submit
I changed things in the background, went into different biomes but it keeps saying there's a Touch of Magic Item...
It would be helpful if items/clothes etc could be labeled like this in the future so we don't keep running into this issue all the time

MY game is saying I never submitted an dreamsnap for In bloom. I know I did though I even still have my decorations still up from it.

My game is saying that I did not submit a dreamsnap for the In Bloom challenge when I know for a fact that I did. My area where I took my picture is still decorated as well.

Issue: I haven’t gotten any mail or any rewards for my dreamsnaps. The past few dreamsnaps I have done and submitted correctly but haven’t received anything.
This past snap specifically(Royal Celebration) it says I didn’t even submit BUT I DID. 🥺

Issue: After spending hours building a required decor based DreamSnap, I took a photo and received an error message stating..."Your picture cannot be submitted because it contains Touch of Magic Items". I have absolutely nothing TOM in or around my photo. In fact, I don't even use TOM because I find it too difficult! Nothing in or around my photo was customized and furthermore, were all items that can be purchased from Scrooge. I really hope we're all going to be compensated since a good majority of us cannot submit or even log into the game to complete this weeks DreamSnap!

Issue: Game crashes during voting. Ever since the Daisy/Oswald update, the game crashes during voting. At first it was almost always, but sometimes I could get a few votes in. After the hotfix, it’s every single time I try to vote - 2-5 votes in it crashes.

Issue: I definitely 100% submitted a dreamsnap last week (wearing the chef hat and at chez Remy with the counter behind me) but I didn't get anything in my mailbox and the game says I didn't submit anything. I checked the "current submission" thing last week multiple times and it was showing my picture there but now I don't have a submission..
Edit: closing and reopening the game gave me my rewards in the mailbox. Weird that it said no submission though.

Platform: SWITCH I don't know if it's already been reported, but since the December update, when I have to receive the reward for the Dreamsnaps challenge, I have to exit and re-enter the game otherwise it won't arrive in my inbox.

Issue: When taking my dreamsnap i randomly noticed that my character was moving after i'd exit photo mode, i would have my character in the perfect spot but maybe the lighting wasn't good so i'd exit and without me touching forward or other keys my character would move and this started happening all of a sudden

Issue : Trying to vote in Dreamsnaps results in a spinning star and then it kicking back to the menu after about a minute. This issue has been happening for a few days now which also is preventing me from completing the star path.

Issue: I cannot submit a Dreamsnap because it doesn't matter where I take the photo, it says there are touch of magic items. I have ToM items in the glade and no where else because it's annoying to have this error even when ToM items are far away from the photo. I deleted the ToM items from the glade, just in case they were in the very background and I still receive this error. All items were bought from Scrooge or the premium shop.

Issue: week 2 of both objects disappearing and week 2 of my character teleporting, i will have my avatar positioned where i want her and the when i take the photo she's teleported rather forward, backwards or either right or left, also for months now the bug where u can't move to get the right angle to having to change the avatar's facial expression or the filter or pose to make u able to move has been happening for months now, also the characters speech bubbles not going away when taking a dreamsnap is an issue

Issue: This is the 3rd time now that I've submitted a DreamSnap challenge and it says I didn't. I think it's really unfair it hasn't been addressed yet as this is the only way to earn moonstones.

Issue: When trying to submit a DreamSnap I got this error message saying: "Your picture cannot be submitted because it contains Touch of Magic items." (see picture 1). I literally only have 1 ToM item (a rug) in my entire Valley and it is placed in my Plaza (see picture 3). This picture is taken in the Sunlit Plateau (see picture 2)... This makes me never want to use any ToM items, since they are even being registered when they are in another biome and not even close to being visible in the DreamSnap! (see picture 4)
Also: When I into the wardrobe and enter any category and after that go back, the 'DreamSnaps' category at the top is gone and the 'Requests' bar/section doesn't show any categories even when folding it in and out. I have to completely re-enter the wardrobe for the 'DreamSnaps' category to show up again...

Issue: Certain clothing items are effecting furniture placement tags in the DreamSnaps. For this weeks kitchen based dream snap my character was wearing the yellow cottage dress and when I went to take a picture to submit my familiar tags dropped to 1/3. As soon as I changed out of the dress it went back up over the required amount.

My Treasure Trove Dreamsnaps submission is apparently missing. I didn't receive any mail/reward for it today (update day) and when I checked the status it says "No Submission". But that's incorrect, I submitted multiple times because I kept changing it, so I know with 100% certainty that I submitted.
