Issue: can't connect to online services for now over a year I can't do anything in this game to do with online I really wish I could but I can't please fix this

Getting notices of difference between local and cloud saves, but not clear why since data summary looks the same.

Issue: We have the same ID and different emails for our cloud save.
We unlinked our account plenty of times, she was away for holiday and I was at her house for pet/house sitting so I played on her device (laptop). Yesterday back home, everything was alright, but now we have the same ID and it tells us we can't play.

Issue: after logging out of my sister's cloud save when I logged onto mine it reset my entire game so now it wants me to create an avatar. I had over 13k moonstones plus current and previous star paths items. And they're all gone. I'd like them back.

I am having the same issue . There is only one save now and its the corrupted auto save from the new update .

Cloud save issue that started a month ago, more than a year of progress are lost to me.
After 4 tickets they told me that they know the problem and are trying to solve it

Issue: My game has still not been able to connect to the online services since I downloaded it from game pass over a month ago.

Issue: I installed the new update and played normally (as usual), the next day when I opened my game my save seemed to be missing (I only had the option to create a new game) , so I wanted to connect to my online backup via the cloud and I was shown this message. I have already reinstalled the game several times and used different connections but nothing works (I would like to point out that my login details are correct because I reset my password).

Issue : I bought the “A rift of time” DLC on switch and while switching my save to PC, I have multiple bugs on my save. In particular, I can no longer go to the island of eternity. The NPCs are there, the quests too. I can craft furniture exclusive to the DLC on PC, but I can no longer play Numismagic (I hope it's that name of the game in english.) I still have my little snake with me.
Can anyone help me? I'd hate to buy the DLC a second time... and I'm afraid my savegame will be corrupted... Please ! 🙏 ♥

Issue: Game will not load my Online File. Connection with Online Service not available. Come on guys... That kills my motivation to play that game... After every update and I was not able to finish the starpath before because of that server issue. And there was not even a compensation.

Game won’t cloud save either on xbox x or pc after the update. It can only save locally. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Issue: Cannot save to cloud
The 'Save to Cloud' option always shows 'Fully Synced!' without even selecting the button. Since Eternity Isle was released, my friend & I have been sharing a save file between 2 Playstation 4's via the cloud option. They save, then I load to mine (while signed into their account), then I save, then theirs mentions the cloud version is newer & loads it to their system. Now this but where it only saves locally & any changes I make does not pass over to them. It started recently, and before they got a PS5.
Their system is set to the Primary system so we can't use the PSN cloud to transfer the save file.

I fed & received the red fox. (somewhere around 7:30 am CST) closed & saved the game.

Came back in the game about 20 minutes later and it was all gone and it went back to the outfit I had on my character this morning.

I’m scared to play as the last time I had this issue, I lost all the progress I made!! Which was annoying as I had to redo all the progress I made!!

Cloud save has been my savior with all the crashing causing corrupted saves. Now all of a sudden today it is failing to cloud save no matter how many times I try it or the time distance I place between. If I lose my game progress.. I am done with this game

Issue: Cloud is not syncing, even checking the internet and reinstalled the game in Epic. I play most of the time in Steam, but I do play in Epic too. Is there anything that I can do, please? I have too much moonstone in Epic to throw away 😭

I am trying to connect my cloud save from my Xbox to my switch however when I try to log my cloud save from Xbox in it tells me it’s automatically logged onto another profile and it logs my partner in via cloud save without me even doing this… if I unlink the account on his it unlinks it from my switch also.
I’ve even tried creating a new cloud save account and it does it still. When it doesn’t log in it gives me random cloud saves and it’s not logged into the cloud

Issue: My game can't be uploaded to the cloud. I've restarted router and game and pc multiple times. My cloud is now out of sync by 34 days and 7 hours.

Issue: I installed my game on Xbox for my gf, then wanted to move her save from my Xbox to the Switch (she prefer Switch and I prefer Xbox). But despite the fact that her save disappeared (only 8h hours so that's not a big deal), both of the consoles have the same ID. So we cannot have our own save since, when we try saving on the cloud on Xbox, my gf on my Switch have a message saying that she can use my cloud save or her local save. And when I start my game on Xbox, a text saying that another session has started on another platform tells her to quit the game. So basically we have the same ID on both console so we cannot have our own game (cloud save) on each platform, ant idea on how to "reset" the ID for one platform like a brand new game ?

Issue: I have linked my two clouds together. I originally play on Switch but I have the 3 free months of gamepass via nitro again so I wanted to play on pc. On both it says they are linked. But when I try to play on PC, it just takes me to the character creation screen instead of my already in progress game.

Issue: All of a sudden I can't save to cloud. I can also not unlink / link accounts. I have tried different internet connection (wifi, 4/5G via mobile, wired), uninstalling and reinstalling the game, turning of firewall, disabling router and much more. I also have the exact same problem on my switch as I have on the PC. Very annoying, and sometimes I press the wrong button and my progress gets reset to the last cloud save. This used to work just fine. Issue appeared a couple of weeks ago.
