Platform: Nintendo Switch
Issue: Never received the gold edition items despite buying the ultimate edition of the game day 1 of early access
Platform: PC/Steam
Issue: I needed to reinstall the game, I go to log in to use my cloud save, I get denied because it can't connect and now I can't play where I left off unless I want to restart from the very beginning. I get this every time I try to log in, so far that's about a dozen times since the update. I contacted Gameloft but their advice was what I was doing or had already done.
Platform: PC/Microsoft Store
Issue: Game can't connect to Online-Services, but it can on my Switch. Once reinstalling the game helped, but now even that does not. I already tried repairing it via Windows Settings, but no luck. It's quite annoying as I have the DLC only on my PC.
Platform: Computer/steam
Issues: i just bought the game. I dont have a User ID and it won't let me connect to the online services
