Issue: Prior to today's update, this collection was complete. All my crafting for EI was complete. However...I noticed my % was off (yesterday it was 94, today it's 88) so I went to go see what got added and, uh... All the items I crafted disappeared for Ancient Civ. Everything else is fine.

Edit: I can recraft the items and they'll show up but that's not a reasonable fix. As well, my crafting collection shows 99% (I am missing the manual) so it's clear I already crafted these once.

Issue: prior to todays update Aladdin and all ancient civilization collection was completed now its not and everytime i recraft or set and pick the item back up in to my furniture it adds it back to the collections but after a crash or a little time playing the game no Matter what i do save could save no Matter what the the Aladdin and ancient civilization collection resets its salf . I have redone the collection 3 times and it is reset again.

I have 3/3 Aladdin and 22/23 Ancient Civilization items and it shows 0
I placed everything back, picked it up and the next time i opened my game it was back to 0

Also, the same issue as before update: a lot of owned items still not visible in collections (mainly floors and wallpapers are an issue)

Issue: clothing items that I obtained through avatar designer tool before they became available to purchase at scrooges still is not added to clothing collection. They are in my wardrobe to wear but not registered under collection. And they are not available to buy at scrooges since I technically own them

I think this is a new bug issue. I wanted to put the new Monsters Inc Logo Rug into the Mike and Sully apartment house skin on the floor. But then when I went into this section in this picture (Rugs). It doesn't show up in the category. But instead it shows up in this category instead (All).

Issue: I posted yesterday that I didn't receive my item from a furniture pouch (Monsters, Inc. Computer) after opening it on the Laugh Floor of the new Realm. Well today since reset, I do have the computer, but it's not tracked in my Collections nor can I order more from Scrooge. I tried putting it out and storing it to see if it would register in Collections, but it didn't. I'm guessing I'll have to wait for it to show up in Scrooge's store and buy another to see if that one does register.

Issue: Eternity Isle collection keeps reseting the percentage, even after re-crafting and getting the percentage back to 100%, when I log back in the next day, it’s back to being incomplete.

Issue: Prior to the latest update, the timebending furniture collection was complete. However, I noticed the missing of the collection even though I've crafted the items. This issue keeps repeating as I have to repeat the crafting of the same items.

Issue: I have moved all foraging trees and bushes to a single biome each. For the five pictured forageables, the collection did not register the change. It registered the change for all isle forageables, apples, blueberries, and dreamlight fruit.

issue: items not in collections or in the wrong place. This is a significant issue because it ruins the collection totals as well as keeps people from seeing all their items in collections.

clothing:
• original donut headband still not showing up in collection like it used to. starting a new game makes it show up but I'm not doing that.
• the Tinker fairy wings and the green and pink pixie dust crop tops can go under new peter pan category
• white Space gloves still not showing in collections at all, should be under toy story
• tropical flourish gown is still not listed in collections under moana
• there's a few things under general can go under Disney. Spirit jerseys, shirts with castles and Pixar symbol, Pixar headband, villains shirts.
• the new armor could go under Dreamlight valley.
• the new items from the monsters inc realm seem to not show in collections at all

It seems a few clothing items got moved to general by accident this update:
all the floral jumpsuits, the floral scarves, the leaf rimmed watches, the officer jackets, cream and red/blue gloves, the floral gowns, and retro buy-n large t shirt.
I probably don't need to list where these were before so I won't.

Furniture:
• not all previously collected wallpapers and flooring showing up in collections, for example purple starry night wallpaper and some of the cake walls, there's a probably a lot more
• celebration arch and celebration balloons can go under Dreamlight valley items
• aquamarine nightstand, aquarium, and purple footstool are should be under little mermaid instead of non-disney related
• Wintery Mickey Rug should be under mickey mouse items instead of non Disney related
• miniature snow castle should be under frozen instead of non Disney related
• large aquarium should go under finding nemo
• marble column, blue gold embossed wall, fancy black marble flooring, white gold embossed wall and maybe the "carpet" should go under Cinderella.

Collections previously completed are no longer completed. Aladdin, Ancient Civilization etc.
seems all crafted items are not being registered and saved in the furniture collection screen.

Note if I place the crafted item and go back and put into storage it acts like it’s a new item. Appears in collection until next start up when it shows as not obtained again.

Issue: Crafted items are no longer tracked in their respective colletions tab YAY. However, the Non-Disney-Related seems to be having a similar issue to the Ancient Civilization in Eternity Isle. The basic crafted items used for ToM aren't being tracked, except three are. However, if you re-craft them, they track again...until you log out, and then they disappear again.

Basic chair, basic large table, and basic wardrobe are staying tracked. The other 13 are not.

Laugh canister in wrong category & wrong menu. All craftable DLC furniture items have been removed from my collection tab. Including the only 3 furniture items you can collect from Aladdin. I’d like to have that restored please because it was at %100 on my profile.

Issue: on my secondary account any time I try to open a blue chest it says I have collected all my rewards for the day and won't let me collect anything. It has said this for multiple days even when I haven't collected anything. It does not do this on my primary account.

Well I've never seen this before... The Mice Vanity mirror from Cinderella appeared in my shop today so I bought it. Went to place it in my house and it kept disappearing. I logged out and back into the game and it was no longer in my collections and back in the shop. So I went to buy it again and it kept saying transaction error 😦 so have I got it or not???

When I look at my furniture collection, items classed as Ancient Civilisation and things crafted from the DLC keep disappearing from the list. I place all the items in furniture mode, pick them back up and most but not all register in the collection tab. Then over time they disappear from the menu again, especially if I close the game. It makes tracking the completion of my collections impossible

Issue: Some wallpapers & flooring are not registered in my collection even though I have bought them in the past and are available in furniture mode. Scrooge hasn't had wallpaper / flooring available for purchase these last 2 days, so I also can't add them to my collection by buying them again. There are also other furniture items not registering, mainly craftables from the Rift In Time expansion. Those register once I place one of those items down, re-enter furniture mode, and pick it back up, but they are gone again when I exit the game.

Issue: Initially walls/floors were not being tracked in collections at all. In update 5, they were added to collections but still did not track previously collected floors/walls, only newly purchased. However, all floors/walls were showing up in Scrooge's, even if previously owned, and you could thus purchase them and add them to your collection.

In update 9, the Scrooge Shop got an overhaul and there was a dedicated space for floors and walls...but now it only showed ones you hadn't yet purchased at all. This means that ones that were owned prior to update 5 that you had been unable to repurchase now cannot be collected because even though you own them, they didn't get added to the collection.

As a result, even though I now have all flooring and walls (the space is blank in scrooge's, showing sold out signs), my collections are still incomplete because I can no longer purchase the items to add them to my collection.

I could give you a list, but it doesn't actually matter which items. It's affecting everyone, so it will be different for us all. Walls/Floors purchased prior to update 5 need to be added to our collections so that they are complete.

Issue: the beauty and the beast embroidered ballet flats (both black and blue) are missing from collection. I’ve had them since early in the game. I put in a ticket and the response gave me three suggestions; none of them worked.

Platform: Switch Issue: Furniture bought previously not showing up in collections even though I can use them. Items: Wallpapers and flooring that had been previously bought, and with the 2 or 3 substantial furniture collections reworks, some wallpaper and flooring that should've been added automatically did not. Notably for me are 2+ from Wreck It Ralph. (And Scrooge no longer sells me flooring/wallpaper since I own them all, so can't just rebuy them easily).

Issue: A few items that I clearly have aren't in the right categories or they aren't being tracked at all. For example the painted floor from Encanto is not being tracked but I have it in a room in my home. And the Tinker Wings aren't being tracked in the Peter Pan collection at all.

Issue: Certain furniture items after purchasing disappear & do not show up in collections tab if you exit out of the game. I’m missing a lot of wallpapers & flooring but Scrooge does not sell anymore since I bought all that are available. And have been replaced with placeholder sold out signs. Still missing memories that I have collected but are greyed out indicating I did not have those (issue since launch). Furniture is still being tracked in wrong collections as well as certain clothing. I own the Tinkerbell Wings but since implementing the Peter Pan collection tab it does not show.

By this point, either give all players the entire available clothing & furniture that’s free to make up for collections issues SINCE BEFORE LAUNCH. And not pull a whole “Whoops we fixed it but you’ll have to wait until it comes back in Scrooge’s stock”. Or compensate players with Moonstones because the only way to fix it is start over which I highly doubt any player like myself that has been playing since day one of early beta, wants to do

Adding onto this issue, in addition to those items, it's also affecting all 3 of the Aladdin Gold Piles sand 19 of the Ancient Civilization items you can craft as well.
If you craft them, it adds them properly, but as soon as you save and quit, it resets as if you've never made them before.

Platform: Console (Specifically PS5)
Issue: I frequently have issues when trying to scroll through any part of the collections menu - more specifically the inability to do so. Very often I will try to go into the memories tab to look closer at a picture or into fish/forageables to remind myself where to find something only to be unable to do so. I have no highlighted cursor spot and no ability to scroll through the lists. Occasionally backing out and trying again will fix this, but not often. I also find that if you scroll too far and too fast when in the filters tab during decoration/dress up mode your cursor will go off the tab when you hit the bottom where 'seasonal' items are labeled and you won't be able to scroll back up without exiting the filters tab and trying again.

Platform: Xbox Gamepass
Issue: Menu breaks regularly to where I cant select items in
tabs but I can change tabs. It’s most disruptive when it happens in my inventory and I can’t select items. This has happened twice to me today and has happened every day this week and I have to restart the game to fix it.
