Same thing is happening in my game, tried loading back to the title screen only to have a different thing disappear each time, also had blue ears not work or the hat.

Update: 🤦‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️ Just discovered you need to take a selfie, not very obvious unless you open tracking to look at what you need to do.

Issue where I can't talk to scrooge because it keeps making me enter the castle since he's in entrance zone. I restarted 3 times already and untracked the quest and also tried to remove him from the village but it doesnt work. If I go inside the castle, he isn't there. Does anyone know how to solve this? I can't proceed in the quest.

When I approach, the quest log sometimes flips back to the previous step, "Visit Dazzle Beach..."

Another issue: Wardrobe requests now showing under "Requests" section. For Mike's quest to dress like Roz, it showed only once but when I exited and re-entered the Wardrobe menu, it was gone even though I haven't fulfilled the requirements.
For Mike's goggles quest it didn't show up at all.

To anyone having issues with Escape Claws not updating: You have to wait until Sulley and Mike finish their conversation before it updates.

If they're not talking, quit the game and come back until they do. After they talk about their first internship days, it will update.

Edit: I fixed it! I don't know why, but as I had the watering can in the hand, I could pick the cushion up 😂😅

I thought it should have been fixed yesterday after the update with the bug with the sandstone. But I still have the problem and I even deleted the game and reinstalled it, but the problem still persists. I'm really annoyed. Update: left this quest, went to do Sully's lvl 7 quest, figured 'why not' went it sent me back to realm (after leaving/reentering did nothing previously) and tried to pick up whoopie cushion. It let me pick up the item.

Going out and back in Wardrobe or Furniture mode or restarting the game, does not resolve the issue.
Therefore i need to go back, look at the quest and what's required, remember it and then look through the required filters and so on...

*Replied to Feb 7th support ticket to inform GL that it wasn't fixed > ticket had been closed >generated new ticket- told to update my game and that the update fixed the issue- it didn't
*Uninstalled & reinstalled several more times, just in case

Platform:Pc (steam) Issue: can’t continue eye on the prize, I already grabbed the pieces of the card and repaired it but but when I go back to Mike he’s telling me to search reception for key cards. I’m not sure if there’s another key card around I have looked around everywhere and I cannot go anywhere else within the realm and just gave up the quest. I have tried saving, exiting, and restarting the game and gave me the same result and didn’t fix anything.

Platform: Switch. Quest: Diamond in the Rough. I placed a ticket 3 months ago as I cannot complete the quest and thought I’d see if I can get somewhere here. They closed my ticket without fixing it a couple of months ago! So I again told them it still needs to be fixed. Gaston is still standing outside the cave. I was never able to activate the first light interrupter nor interact to place the mirror. Someone did help me get the mirror placed but because I was trying everything I did activate the second light interrupter. I had even spoken to Jafar at the beginning of the issues but he didn’t tell me anything on how to fix it. Now I am unable to progress on that quest nor can I speak to Jafar. I haven’t been able to get Gaston past the 1st level and progress so I can also do Rapunzels last quest. Is there ANYWAY at all that someone could help me before I give up on the game? This is the only major issue I have, all of the other ones seem so minor. If it is unfixable I’d like to know so I can get a refund for my 3 game purchases and fund a different game to play. Thank you so much and I hope I can finally progress soon. Im sorry but I don’t know if I was supposed to post the picture of the quest issue first as I can’t see any attachment item placement.

Issue: When helping Donald clean trash from the beach, two of the trash piles spawned where I'd had the "Tropical Beach Greenery" placed and they were removed. I don't believe anything else was removed, and it wasn't too painful to repair, but still. (first pair of pics is right after cleaning up trash and realizing they were removed, second pair is after replacing them.)

Issue: Unable to fish the fifth clue. Even when casting my rod into the bubbles it does nothing but "blub" and get out of the water (as if when i normally cast my rod too close to land)

Issue: in both cases, Vanellope does not appear in the Valley/Isle if both quests are being done at the same time. She's supposed to appear in Chez Remy during "Scavenger Hunt" and is supposed to have a conversation with Mike in "Have Your People Talk to My People", but she does not appear in either case. (She is interactable during both quests prior to the above-mentioned steps, however).

Issue: I had done the new ventures and adventures guest for Scrooge Mcduck and I have just finished a garden in the desert quest. For some reason gear loose and fancy free didn't pop up at all. Basically a blue icon above Scrooge's head didn't show up for that quest afterwards. Am I missing something? I did finish up those two quests for the requirement. I had recently submitted a ticket to you gameloft about it. I followed the steps from the email you gameloft send me. But unfortunately nothing had worked.

Disregard this "bug", it turns out that if both quests are being done at the same time and both scenarios I've listed have occurred, Vanellope will appear in the Monsters' apartment for Mike's side of the quest. (I had assumed it was going to be that the two of them would meet outside)

Issue: Unable to fish the fifth clue. Its not letting me get the fifth during sulley's quest as i was about to cast toward the bubbly golden circle area and it bounces back and continued to cast again and again and again but it keeps bounces back all over again, this needs to get FIXED ASAP (Edited update), I just managed to get a cast on a golden bubbly circle area right now so i'm good)

Cannot progress further in the monster realm. Sully's Profile won't come up in the inventory/wardrobe to get the monster ears. The dreamsnaps is taking up the space. When you click on a dreamsnap icon, it multiplies.
Tried reloading multiple times and gone in and out of the realm but the dreamsnaps remain in place and cannot be removed.

Issue: During the Sulley Level 2 Friendship Quest "Monster Movie Night", I crafted the Big Scream TV and talked to Sulley during the step "Bring the Big Scream TV to Sulley." However, when the conversation ended, the blue quest indicator above Sulley's head did not disappear, and the next text step in the quest did not appear. Trying to talk to Sulley again would simply reject me from the conversation. The Big Scream TV had been removed from my Player's backpack Inventory. I saved and restarted my game, and my quest progress had regressed backwards a step to "Make sure you have the Big Scream TV in your Inventory." - however, the Big Screen TV was still removed from my Inventory.

Gameloft Support told me to order another from Scrooge's Store, but this is not possible, as the Big Scream TV furniture item does not become rewarded/unlocked until the quest is completed.

The Big Scream TV is not available to craft again at a Crafting Station, and since the quest "Monster Movie Night" is not completed, I have not unlocked Big Scream TV in the Monsters, Inc. Furniture Sets Collection and therefore cannot purchase it from Scrooge's Catalog.

I am unable to complete Sulley's Level 2 Friendship Quest, and therefore cannot complete any of Sulley's subsequent Friendship Quests (Level 4, Level 7, Level 10).

Customer support has now responded a second time telling me to purchase the item from Scrooge, which is not possible.

What plant are they talking about? The one under the table? Why is it under the table and clipping through the top? It doesn't look dead or like a tumbleweed.

Also, "Mechanical Parts" do not appear at the Crafting Station until you have 1 Bronze Ingot and 1 Brass Ingot.

Gaston rank 10 quest - I told Gaston to choose Stitch and they both walked toward each other but then got stuck in looping animations.
I pushed them around to get them to walk together again but it didn't help.

Exited the game, and when I logged back in, Stitch and Gaston were already together and as soon as I ported to their location they initiated the quest dialog.

Issue: A Letter For Antonio quest ... I have taken multiple pictures of Mirabel with the Black and White Capybara, but the task isn't completing. I had no issues with the Classic, Blue Striped, and Gray Spotted Capybaras (haven't gotten the Red and White Striped yet). I have taken pictures of her with the capybara "in the wild" and when the capybara is my companion and in one of the critter houses. I have tried multiple times, on multiple different days.

Platform: Steam via PC - on Escape Claws, i was able to put in a the first new fuse and connect the power lines but when i came back, it won't let me put in a 2nd fuse. I tried to go back to Title Screen after i saved and when i went back to the Monster's Inc Realm, it allowed me to put a 2nd fuse and connect the wires but again it stops me from putting in the 3rd so i guess i'm saving, title screen, and then back in to progress

Issue: Wasn't able to catch the clue for a long time. You have to cast the line further away than the fishing ring indicates, which is very confusing and almost impossible since my fishing ring was already way in the back and there was no way to get closer...

So, if you have the same issue: Try to cast your line behind the fishing ring! ❤️

Issue: In the "neighbor of the month" quest, in the Spanish location, after crafting Ursula spells, instead of the instruction being "go and talk with Ursula", it says "give the spells to the following neighbors", and no neighbor listed. The step after crafting the spells is to talk with Ursula, and after that giving the spells to the proper neighbors, but that's not the Spanish instuction displayed. I guess it might be a bug

Issue: Tokens for Sodas. Quest: Eye on the Prize Mike is supposed to give you two tokens to get the red and blue soda. I only received one. I used it to get the red soda and used my pickax to get the green soda. I turned on the switch for the blue soda machine but can’t get a soda without a token. I have opened a ticket on Gameloft twice but just get a standard response. Then the ticket is closed. I cannot progress in the quests or the Lovely Monsters Star Path. Please send me a token or reset the quest.

Issue: Stuck at 4/5 Lion's Claws. The other day while I was digging up the claws, my game wouldn't let me pick up the items I was digging up. I saved, closed my game and restarted. When I reloaded the items I had dug up were on the ground. I never found the 5th dig spot. I've searched near the camp spot in the elephant graveyard and see no dig spot. So now I'm stuck and can't upgrade my shovel and continue the storyline.

Issue: I was doing the “Extreme biome makeover” mission, got everything i needed from Wall-e and remy, went to vanellope and gave her the items, once i gave them to her, the mission still said i had to give her the items and whenever i tried talking to her, the dialogue ended immediately, after a while i closed the game and when i played again it told me that i had to gather all of the items once more but there’s nothing at wall-e’s house.

Issue: Sulley Scavenger Hunt Quest, fishing for the 5th clue was so unnecessarily frustrating to do as the hook doesn’t latch to the fishing bubbles. Took way too long to try and get it right when it shouldn’t be that difficult. Had to go to Reddit to see how to do it and seen that it’s been an issue for over 50 days still. Needs to get patched for other players who haven’t done it yet cause that was such a pain.

Eve’s first quest, I take picture of the fly trap but it won’t register it no matter how I try.
Rapunzel’s I’ve got a dreamlight and Jack/Scar’s “Holiday treat for scar” which is part of Jack’s “A Holiday Poll” quest. I’m unable to plant seeds. Has been like it since the update arrived. Did report this issue when I reported that I was unable to complete star path tasks (10th March). I’m reporting this again as it’s now affecting another quest
chest items not spawning, I have to exit the game and reenter for the items to be there.
