Edit: after restarting 4 times, game accessed an update. Will edit after completion.

Platform: Nintendo Switch. Issue: Purchased the Snuggly Duckling Tavern and Boo’s Onesie in the premium shop. Items not showing in inventory, still show as not purchased in the shop but the moonstones have been deducted from my total

Issue: The art deco lights can no longer be toggled off and on. They automatically come on when all the lights come on and I can toggle it then. But I cannot toggle it off or on it before the automatic light system turns on the light.

Issue: Unable to acquire Moonstone. "Continue" will not redirect to the store regardless of which denomination tried. None work. Restarting didn't help. Verifying files didn't help. Now I'm going to miss getting a Snuggly Duckling House 😭

I keep getting a purchase error #17 when I try to buy things in the item shop, even though I have the moonstones for it. I have restarted game, Xbox, and even uninstalled game and reinstalled it. Still wont let me purchase from item shop, or upgrade for premium star path.

I have similar issue as @mossy crane, I'm trying to purchase Ursula's Transformation Dream Bundle with moonstones and I get Error #17. I have restarted my Xbox and uninstalled and reinstalled my game and it did not work.

issue: xbox won’t let me purchase moonstones on the account in which i did actually purchase the game. even if it’s giving the warning at the bottom.

Platform: Steam. I never got the bakery in my premium shop on 4/10. What the heck I know several people who got the bakery. I tried to open a ticket but it won't submit. 4/10 premium shop was for me the purple cottage, incredible squirrel, pirate map & relics bundle, pizza planet, gift bag purse, mike & sully apartment, art deco tv & stand, and scrooge summer outfit. I want the bakery.
