I did not receive. Also I have an error loading new store. I restarted the game three times but it’s the same old version game. Scrooge store is same. No new change on my game today.

Unfortunately softlocked in my house on PC (Steam) when trying to enter a door due to the NPC being positioned between myself and a chair, can't pause or manually cancel the action, just suck in a walk loop, the only thing I can do is move the camera around. I'll reposition the props next time as I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to!

Issue: when trying to complete quests that involve clothing items, the "requests" section of the Wardrobe menu is blank, even though there is an active quest. I can access the clothes needed for the quest in other ways, but it kind of defeats the purpose of having a convenient feature like the request section when it doesn't work.
ADDITIONAL INFO: this is now happening on my Switch account as well as the PS5. The problem begins when doing the monster movie night quest for Sully. After selecting one of the first first requested items, all other requested items disappear and don't return for subsequent quests.

In Scrooge's shop before buying the stuff for Mike's and Sully's quests, the request sections were present but after I clicked on one and hit circle to look at the other requests, they were no longer present and the section was completely empty. They reappeared when I spoke to Scrooge again.
Not gamebreaking as I completed both quests, but wanted you guys to be aware anyway.

Yesterday it wasn't even doing dig. I moved to a different area and they worked, tried different ones in the same area and they eventually worked. This morning I went to replant in the same area I'd been using them, and nothing-buggy again.

This has happened three times today, couldn’t exit my house twice and got trapped at the end of a tunnel in the mines. For some reason there are times when the character will not move and you can’t nudge them out of the way to get out. Three times I had to exit and restart the game because I was stuck inside somewhere. It takes forever for the game to load on a Switch so this is especially frustrating.

Xbox series x- Anytime the game wants me to wear a specific items for a quest or put a certain type of furniture in the world. The suggested boxes up top disappear. I’ve seen it do it for Jacks lvl 10 quest with the Orange/black/quirky items. Every Mike/Sulley quest up to lvl 4 that requires certain items. You get to look at one box (orange or red shirts) then the boxes disappear. If you go into one and back out to look at other options same thing.

There are a few bugs with my inventory and the red dots that stay in the collection / shop menus.
But... my biggest problem is this;
since last week (i think since the update), I have never received a blue or green chest. I am a new player, since February, and for the first weeks everything seemed normal. I received daily chests. Since Wednesday last week (it might even be Tuesday, not sure), they stopped appearing.
I had read that they could spawn everywhere so I checked and checked and checked... no chest. I restarted the game as I was not far in progress, same problem. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong (didnt even make the connection with the update then). Restarted 2nd time, I got 1 blue chest the second day of playing, since then, nothing..
I love the game and I honestly don't even mind restarting one more time, but I start to get the feeling this has nothing to do with restarting.
I reported this to the devs, I really hope at least someone could talk to me about something similar they have experienced... I just want to know this is a temporary bug and not something forever.

Issue: top floor of the castle has the middle realm door lit and free of vines. It doesn't have an emblem, can't be interacted with and forcing the camera into the wall doesn't reveal anything special, but if I run towards that door, my character has a "skip" in animation. Couldn't record it properly in a video because the frame rate is low when I record, anyway it happens every time I walk back a meter or so then run into the door. This glitch wasn't there before the Laugh Floor update.

Issues: There are 2 issues you can see featured in this Video. 1) The first issue is that I can’t back out of the camera mode when the hud is hidden. 2) Rapunzel is not following me, she was walking around and ran up to me and froze. Whenever a character does this it’s because they try to say a speech bubble and can’t when the camera is open. I find the only way to fix it is to close the camera and wait for them to stop having the speech bubble and then reopen the camera. It’s really frustrating when you’re doing DreamSnaps and have to back out of the perfect angle because an NPC is now stopped in the middle of the screen.

- Also, pretty sure this Chino thing wasn't intended (see screenshot)
- There really should be a warning on objects that will permanently disappear if you try to pick them up. Examples: shipwreck, sand dunes, the og fireplace that's still the best one in the game. Sadly, I wasn't even trying to delete the shipwreck. I was only trying to move it. 🙄😕
- Every bag I've opened from treasure chests either contains the pink dolly shoes or the winter gloves. Seriously, like several pairs of pink dolly shoes, and they all say "new", of course.

Ancient Gardeners do not give Rich Soil or Memory Orbs when collecting through them. Also, when using a growth elixir enchanted watering can on the crops, it makes the gardener do the animation for watering, but not actually water the crops after the first time.

However, all I got was an infinate black screen, and I was forced to skip both(?) the cutscenes, or whatever it was that happened after you open the final door. On switch: Deleting characters via the map never works. They are greyed out but still come running, even if I don’t have quests with them. Taking dreamsnaps is almost impossible because the characters basically stalk me every where I go and block me when I take photos or fish or whatever. I just want to be left alone! Issue: Eternity Isle flowers not respecting flooring/surffaces. In the valley, flowers will not respawn on placed flooring (e.g., gravel, roads, etc.). On Eterneity Isle, however, flowers will respawn on such surfaces. This seems likely an error rather than intentional.

Steam. I tried posting this in Star Path issues, but it keeps not working, so I put it here because none of this is working as intended. I feel this is more game than platform issue though. I could be wrong. Some star path tasks are taking much longer to be achieved or might not be able to be achieved because I'm having to wait for extra special gifts to be things that I can actually obtain. They're requiring items that I don't have unlocked. Today, it is requiring an item that is from realms not even listed on my map! I also have fish tasks severely delayed because I haven't been able to catch the right fish! I don't want to be losing out on Star Path fun and goodies because of these bugs. Please fix and also extend the time for the star path to compensate (or reimburse me my moonstones in full, please). I used precious moonstones for this!

The jerky movement makes me feel seasick.
I can't effectively do any timed running around activities like runaway bunnies, coin explosions, crop explosions because the direction inconsistently changes so much that I face the wrong way. It jerks around to a different direction unpredictably.
I don't know what to call this problem so I can't search for a solution.

Issue: I wasn't sure where to post this... the Dreamsnaps folder in the wardrobe. How do we tell the developers of the game to remove it? The switch they had before was fine. The whole folder isn't. It freezes the entire wardrobe. Not the game just the wardrobe, I can click back out of it but I can't change. The entire menu just freezes up with that folder in there. And OMG if you open the folder then yeah sometimes it can freeze the entire game and I can't back out. Please remove it. My game is so messed up as it is. I can't decorate because the game still freezes. 😥

Issue: Recently I have been experiencing an issue where I open my inventory menu but the cursor will not move over into my storage, the clicking sound is heard but I cannot select or click on anything in my inventory.
If I go down to the wardrobe and furniture sections these seem unaffected. I was getting past this by zoning in and out my house, but this time it got so bad I had to actually restart the game to get it to work.

**Issue: **Major issue with Scrooge's shop. I have now had three items purchased from a specific area of Scrooge's shop disappear from my catalog after purchasing and gives a transaction error when trying to repurchase as the item does reappear in the shop on the same day.
**Further information: **Since the latest update I have witnessed three items (Perhaps more) purchased at the lower-level square furniture area not register in my catalog. Today I was able to catch the bug in screenshots included. The Round Pale Dresser was purchased and when I went to go place in my home, every time it would get placed, it would immediately vanish after exiting the furniture edit mode. Finding this weird, I looked in my catalog and the dresser was showing at that point in the collection (at 608 collected), along with another item purchased in the same area of Scrooges shop (Round Wooden Table). The tall wardrobe item I never purchased.
I log out and come back in to find that the Round Pale Dresser is now not in my catalog (Reduced to 607). Going back to the shop, you will see in the screenshot that the dresser has returned and the taller wardrobe item is now gone. When I go to purchase the Round Pale Dresser an error message pops up saying "Transaction Error" and the item cannot be purchased. I've had this happen two times previously with the Photo Booth and Conjurer's Bookcase but it could have occurred more times and just not noticed.
This again has only happened to items purchased in this specific area of the shop and haven't observed it happening elsewhere in the shop.
As a side note, you'll also see in the catalog screenshots for some reason it says I have 100% complete when...I clearly do not, really weird.

Ill boot it up, keep in mind this is a few hours after its rewarded, I star my game up no mail. I have to close game & reset again for it to work. Its been like this for the past four dreamsnaps. UPDATE: @pallid raven's suggestion worked, which seems to imply that at that location, the game doesn't recognize the difference between higher and lower elevations. It shows the rock at a higher elevation, but requires you to be at a lower elevation to strike it with the shovel.

Playing on the switch. Recently my game kinda freezes. While gardening when i Hold A to collect crops, my character does not pick up anything, i cannot cancel the action or do anything to keep on playing. I cant even open the menu to save. I am forced to Shut the Game down totally and loose some progress. That occured also when picking up fruits from bushes. Character just freezes in action.

Issue: when telling the map to hide characters it does not work. Gaston and Beast were following me non stop. Literally everywhere I went. I was hanging out with Stitch, had Zero quests going with either of them and none waiting to be started and neither was asking to play scramble coin (I even turned that feature off and back on) I hid them from the map, closed the map and they were Still There! Tried clearing cache, rebooting switch and game etc and nothing. Beast is even at level 10 so he has no quests left to do and nothing worked to hide him.
Unfortunately I can't take a video as switch had that feature turned off.

Issue:* Bordered pathways aren't working as intended, specifically in one area of Ancient's Landing, the Docks.
I've been going through the process of paving over the Docks with non-bordered tiles, but it's resulted in a strange problem: If I place down a bordered pathway it appears as unbordered, and if I try and remove a bordered pathway that already existed in that area, it'll erase the path but keep the border, and if I try to add more bordered pathways to said area, it just sort of awkwardly bleeds out.

Issue: Camera. After getting your shot set up, camera freezes and won't let you turn. Restarting the game doesn't fix it. The whole console needs to be restarted. Background is too blurred unless you go into free camera mode and then you can't point the camera up or it bumps into things and shakes. That or you use a filter which most of the time, the pic doesn't need. I hope updates to the camera's functionality will be included in the upcoming update.
