Same here. I bought 30 bucks worth of moonstones, but they didn't apply to my amount. 25 from a playstation card, 5 from my credit card. Also on PS5 so you know. Is anyone gonna fix it? I play on Switch and PC, my moonstone for each platform have always been separate but now it seems they have updated to reflect the amount that was saved only to my PC version. I had 10,070 on PC and 8,000 some odd moonstones on switch. I now have 10,070 on switch. This means I've lost out on the additional 8,000 plus I had on switch

Purchased moonstones yesterday. Contacted support when it did not arrive in my mailbox was told to wait 24 hours. Just logged in still no moonstones, purchased 4.99 again to see if glitch went away still having same issue. I’m seeing it’s most likely a PS5 issue………….

Issue: when clicking the [continue] button in the window "Redirect to store -- Confirmation" the window closes but nothing else happening. I have bought some before and that worked fine. My game is updated and I have synced the save to the cloud. Tried restart, tried starting it from steam or from desktop, no difference.

Updating from my post yesterday. Somehow my Moonstones on 2 platforms merged. I had 10,070 on PC and 8,000 plus on Switch (prior to this all moonstone were separate.) After the update, I had the 10,070 amout from my PC save on ny Switch. After paying for the premium star path and some items in the Premium shop my Moonstone balance went to 3,000 some odd Moonstones. Logging into PC today my Moonstones match the balance that showed up on Switch! 4,920 (after collecting Moonstone rewards.) I am missing over 8,000 moonstones that i paid for!

Issue: cant open blue moonstone chests. it says ive already collected reward and come back tomorrow. I havent opened any blue chests today I just started up the game. tried restarting the game and tried opening two different blue chests and still got the same message. Ive always been able to open multiple blue chests before if i didnt fine the one that dropped the previous day so why cant I open these?
