Update and Shop have not been available for me all day. “Something went wrong.. the store is unavailable, please come back later” I am able to save to cloud, I have restarted game, and did the “stop using Apple ID” then restarting. Nothing worked

Game crashes a lot more often since the update and a lot more screen tearing.

Platform: Mac (Apple Arcade)

Horrible screen tearing throughout the game. Even scrolling the Map and worse performance overall.

Before the Laugh Floor update 1.9.0 the game was running flawlessly. Played yesterday and none of these problems existed.

A different problem im having is that the View button on the xbox series x/s Game Controller doesnt seem to work on Mac.

Issue: Crashing on Mac, no reason given
Mac-Store version. The game is randomly crashing on Mac platform and no reason is given. Just freezes up and I usually have to Force Quit the application. I have a fairly new iMac with good memory, and the game seemed much more stable before the latest update.

I did the update and it made my cloud save out of sync. I unlinked it and relinked it and I’m missing star path items and it is acting like I don’t have Mike & Sully already. I’m not sure how to fix this. It basically put my cloud save to the last time I played on my Mac but I had been playing on my switch and I did save & cloud save it from there. Example is I’m in an outfit I haven’t worn in awhile and I don’t have Celia’s hair or the Monster door unlocked but I already did that.

Issue: 95% of the time, consistent crashes immediately when launching the game, crashes during gameplay, and game freezing after being loaded in the moment you move your character + freezing mid gameplay. Prior to update, my game almost never had any of these issues.

Issue: My game will not connect online, this means i can not participate in events, open my mailbox etc.. i have tries to reconnect my internet, reinstalled the game and used my phone as a hotspot. Please help as i know a lot of people are experiencing this issue

Issue: I am also having issues connecting to the game. It was working fine this morning. I even had visitors to my valley but as of this afternoon I get an error message that reads cannot connect

issue : my game will no longer let me connect to online servers, i have tried everything even re installing the game, different internets, i know my internet is working im 1000% positive, it started yesterday, still problems today, which sucks as i still needed to complete my dreamsnap and that please help! please fix it

Issue: My game will no longer connect to the internet. Unable to open blue chests, submit Dreamsnaps, vote on Dreamsnaps, etc. This has been going on now for a few days, and I now have several blue chests I am unable to open. My internet and computer have both been rebooted and the internet is working fine on my computer as well as other devices.

This solution worked for me. Sharing to hopefully help more people!
•Close the game.
•Go to system settings.
•Under your Apple ID, click on Sign-In and Security.
•Click on Sign-In with Apple ID.
•Go to Disney Dreamlight Valley and click "Stop Using Apple ID."
•Open the game back up.
•It will prompt you to sign back in again with your Apple ID and it should hopefully be fixed!
