Issue: No screenshot, because I didn't realize what happened until afterward. When opening the green chest on the Laugh Floor in the Monsters, Inc. Realm it gave me a furniture pouch containing a Monsters, Inc. Computer, but I never received the item nor was added it my Collections tab.
When I got a furniture pouch out of the chest in the Reception area, I waited to open it when I was back in the Plaza, and I got my item as expected. I'm guessing that opening the furniture pouch while inside the Realm caused it to glitch and not reward the item correctly.
Previously I've opened pouches inside a Realm before and never had this issue.
Edit: 2/29 - I've made a new bug report for this under Collections Issues, because after reset today, the computer is in my inventory, but not tracked in Collections, nor can I buy more from Scrooge's store.

After the update, my house had been moved into he valley and all the flowers I had in it's place have disappeared.
The house was in the back corner where it's empty in the picture and flower garden where the house moved to.

Issue: I updated and played for a couple of hours. I saved the game and manually synced to the cloud. When I went to play that night I found that I lost all of my progress since the update including the community challenge items.

Issue : I'm sorry for bothering you with that but I've got an issue with update 9 and the furnitures.
I'm playing Disney Dreamlight Valley from the first day and since my goal is to reach the game at 100%, I'm regularly taking notes of my advances.
I've also bought a rift in time and I was 100% for the furniture: I bought with Moonstones and crafted everything I could but...
With update 9, I noticed that my number of furniture went from 1407 pieces of furniture to 1241 and some I crafted in rift in time completely disappeared...
Could you please tell me when the bug will be fixed and my furniture be given back ?

Issue: Partner Statue and Armour disappeared
I claimed both items on the update day. I placed the Partner Statue in my amusement park. Today I went to the same location and the Statue was gone replaced with the fountain I originally had there before. I had also removed some benches and they were back too. I checked my inventory and both the Statue and Armour are not there. I also couldn't buy Statue from Scrooge.

Issue: Lost Quest Item: unable to progress. I placed the russian doll in the halloween tree and now am unable to progress. I don't know what to do at this point? Itried to crash the game before it saved but was unsucessful

Not necessarily sure this goes here but gonna leave the issue here anyways. Left my game alone for three days to purposely have moonstone chests & green chests max spawn for three each. Was working until this week where now I only get three moonstone chests & only one green chest. And yes I’ve looked everywhere for them, my valley is purposely barren so I can find those chests easier

PLATFORM: XBOX S - I’m having a huge issue where things I grind for in Eternity Isle disappear when I get back to the valley. Example… I just grinded for tin. I got about 50 and put half in case in my storage and left the other half in my backpack. I saved my game (both cloud and regular save) and then fast traveled back to the Valley and it’s all gone. I actually just realized it’s not disappearing, it’s being used to make bronze Igots!

Issue: I purchased the Mice Vanity mirror in the shop, went to place it in my house and it kept disappearing. I logged out and back into the game and it was no longer in my collections and back in the shop. So I went to buy it again and it kept saying transaction error. Everything else I bought from the shop today which were 7 other items are in my collection still. This has never happened before!

When I unlocked the Overlook on Eternity Isle, there were a number of already dug holes at this location.
I planted 3 of every type of Eternity Isle exclusive crops in this location using the pre-dug holes.
Today when I logged in, only two items remained, all the others vanished.

Issue Door 2, 3 and 4, key pad and gray floor with yellow outline disappeared in Monster Inc Realm when I returned to pick up Mike. Black filled the spots where those things were. It didn't effect the Quest and both characters are living in the Valley and Level 10 quests are done. It could cause an issue later if access is needed for future quests.

Issue: When placing two or more of the Vanellope's Promotional Poster (reward from Mike's level 10 quest) in a biome, one will disappear upon placing it down. It doesn't return to inventory, it isn't purchasable from Scrooge. It basically vanished completely leaving me with only 3 posters. Is there a way to get it back?

Issue: I just realized tonight that a WALL-E Weather Panel I bought this week from Scrooge has gone missing from my Inventory and Collections. The day I bought it I put it down briefly to see its object footprint and then picked it back up, because I needed to rework the area I was putting it, went back tonight to work on that area and the item is gone. I never went back into Scrooge's store that day, and I'm guessing it's like other reports where the item would have been back in the shop unable to be purchased again with an Invalid Item error, but I don't know because I didn't realize what had happened. This and the Transaction Error in Scrooge's Store is incredibly irritating. Now I don't know if anything I buy is going to glitch out.

Item/House Name: Golden Potato - I put both the Golden and the Red Potato in a chest in my Player’s home but when I went into the chest this morning, only the Red Potato was in there. Also, the items from the chests in Scrooge’s shop next to the staircases did not appear when they were opened

Issue: Things disappearing after being placed down anywhere in Eternity Isle. I know after I bought the DLC I had placed a cooking pot down near the bridge and then somehow it disappeared one day. And then today was completing some Mist Duties, placed 3 decorations down in the Glittering Dunes to complete that specific duty, then went to try and pick them back up and they were gone from the map. And no, I hadn't picked them up yet. I was all the way over by the grove when I placed those decorations down, I know exactly where I put them, side by side, and they were just gone. Completely vanished.

So I bought this item in Scrooges store, I went to order more & couldn't. The second I stepped out of the store the item disappeared from my inventory completely, ot wasn't even in my collection menu??? This makes me wonder if other things I bought have disappeared 😭

Screenshot /Video: No Screenshot /Video. The game glitched. Could not open red bag, pick up “extra” gems, or use Ancient Vacuum. Restarted the game, and the Vacuum was gone from the biome (Forgotten Lands), and not in my inventory. Made a new one, and have been using that for 2 days with no issues, except the loss of resources in making a new one.
