Issue: Haunted Mansion moved forward and cannot move it back. When I logged in after the update my Haunted Mansion was moved forward from where it was and I now cannot move it back. It seems like there is not the same space behind it as there was???

Issue: Not sure where else to put it, but the game lags a lot visually no matter what graphics settings you change it to - it is very jagged lag, you run normally and every few seconds it's like the screen freezes for 2 milliseconds and then it keeps doing that with every movement (game requirements fullfilled in terms of the machine, and played on ultra settings before without issues)

Issue: after the Laugh Floor update, my haunted mansion has shifted to the side and no longer fits in the location I set up for it unless I rearrange all the decor I had previously set up around it. It seems it has somehow changed its dimensions.

Platform: Steam Issue: It is dusk in game (approx 6.50pm GMT) it has started to storm and this is the sky as a result of the storm (see picture). Storm ended approx 7.10pm and sky reverted to normal golden hour. Very creepy whilst it lasted.

The Blue, Green, and Purple Flower Rectangle has an issue with its LOD where the green flower turns black when you zoom out or are at a distance from it. Moving close to it causes the correct shade of green to pop in. I've attached two screenshots: one showing the error and one showing what it should look like all the time.

Issue: The Orange Flower Rectangle also has an issue with its LOD where the orange flower turns black when you zoom out or are at a distance from it. Moving close to it causes the correct shade of orange to pop in. I've attached two screenshots for this one also: one showing the error and one showing what it should look like all the time.

This seems be an overall issue with the flower beds with glass flowers in them where the black glass flower texture is being referenced on zoom out instead of the correct color texture.

Issue: Earlier I reported that my haunted mansion on my PS5 account had been moved following the update, and I could not move it back without removing some of my decor. Now I've noticed on both my Switch and PS5 accounts that my Fairy's Bloss-homes have moved somewhat and rotated 180°, so that the front door is facing the wrong way and is not aligned with the path I created, even when I turn it back so that it's facing the right way. Seriously, what is going on? Players don't want to spend hours arranging and decorating, only to have the game move things on its own.

Pc: steam: minnie head keeps jerking to the side in a glitchy manner and it looks a bit horrific in action, especially when it stays to the side when she spins in glee 😂

But so far, i’ve noticed some of characters heads (scar’s, the forgotten’s, mine, minnie’s, Gothel’s) are all jittery. I haven’t noticed it on the other characters quite yet.

I really don't know if this was intentional or not but its not longer 100% dark out. No matter the hour it half night half sunset. Only happened after the update. I absolutely HATE it. It shouldn't be half half. Even at 12 am it's half sunset....please fix this

Issue: Not a bug, but a design issue/flaw. There is so much to love about the Snuggly Duckling Tavern house, but the path in front of its door is not one of them. The hard edge where it meets the environment in which it's placed makes it jarring to the eye, and you cannot overlap rocks or other items with it to soften the edge. Also, the fact that it appears to be sun baked earthen road means that it doesn't integrate very comfortably in all biomes. The house's grassy/flowered area changes to match the biome in which it's placed, so why can't the path?

Issue: The center of the bordered paths don’t show up in these 2 square spots and borderless paths are invisible in these 2 squares period. This spot is located at the base of the Frosted Heights ice staircase on the side with the stone bridge that crosses the river. I’ve tried several paths here, restating the game, and placing the path down several different times/ways and it always does this in this specific spot.

Issue: Belle’s restaurant order bubble is way above her head and is difficult to see from several angles. I noticed this shortly after equipping her Winter Dreamstyle. Idk if that’s tied to the cause of the bug, but as you see it also does it in her Green Dress Dreamstyle. I didn’t test if it’s happening when she’s not wearing a Dreamstyle.

Issue: The pink house is in Scrooge's shop. I haven't bought this house from the Premium Shop, by the way. The house appears in every building and in the stairs connecting the Plaza and the Peaceful Meadow.

So Im trying to take my dreamsnap photo. The Haunted Mansion house disappears in full camera mode, but stays in selfie mode..I don't want to do a selfie. If you look closely you can see the vines when its full mode. It just disappeares. Its really annoying. 🙄

Issue: There is no windowed mode, only two Full Screen modes, so you are forced to play the game in full screen whereas the Windows/Steam version of the game lets you play in windowed mode. This is especially frustrating for those who have Ultrawide monitors and can't multitask.

Will there be a bug fix with the companion and their houses. Every time I lay one down my game force stops and goes to my Home Screen. It’s sad because I really want them to be around and enjoy their little area I made.

Issue: Exiting Build mode, or cooking food inside interior locations causes FPS to drop to 30 with terrible lagging. Only workaround is to leave to an outside location.

[PC] Has anyone had the issue where if they enter build mode or cook food in an interior location their FPS drops hard and game starts lagging terribly? Once you leave the location the game goes completely back to normal. Its making it very difficult to do any missions/Dreamsnaps. Especially when completing orders for the restruant. I have to cook the food, leave then come back in otherwise the game might freeze when talking to villagers.

At first I thought it was my processor or graphics card dying. but it doesn't happen in any other game. and it only happens when cooking and building in interior locations. If i cook or build outside, the game is perfectly fine with it.
I have tried lowering my graphics settings to minimum. Closing all other apps besides Steam and DDV. Restarting PC. Still happens to me.

issue: once crafted the bamboo bench does match the color of what's shown in the crafting menu. it would be great if this could be fixed in a way that makes both options available for players (both lighter and darker bamboo benches).
the first image is the bamboo bench as shown in the crafting menu. the second is the bamboo bench placed in the valley.

Been having this issue since last update. Its only these items. In my Eternity Isle collection menu it tells me I don't have 100% time bending when I actually do. As you can see in the picture its greyed out. No matter how many times I make it its not counting to the collectiron menu and its really annoying. I didn't have this issue until the most recent update. Please fix this

Issue: Clouds have changed. Quality has substantially reduced and is very pixelated. Clouds used to be volumetric however now appear as flat, low quality billboards. First stars are missing, then banding in sky and now this. Looks even worse in real and this is on LG C2 OLED. Was not an issue in original update appears to have just happened with the store refresh

Issue: [not sure if this goes here] Anything can spawn under these trees and get stuck (like coins and whatnot) I understand I can just move the tree, but that's not the point. We shouldn't have to. It's especially inconvenient when you have the timed drop coins for the chest. If a coin gets stuck in a branch for example, and your character can't get to it at the right angle and you have to go into furniture mode to move the tree then by the time you are out of furniture mode the timer is up and you miss the chest.

Issue: There was a thunderstorm this morning on Eternity Isle, but when I went up into The Ruins I noticed the rain had stopped... except it was still overcast and lightning would flash. When I moved back towards the stairs the rain re-appeared... and vice-versa. Odd, as The Ruins are not covered as a reason to explain why the rain disappears/stops.

Issue: Color changes on this craftable flower (I believe it is the black and yellow glasslike flowers with purple fly trap). It is normal when you are close but when you walk away or zoom out in furniture mode it changes and some of the flowers disappear as well.

Issue: hard to explain but occasionally while playing the graphics will seem to bug out while moving the camera. I took a video to show what I mean.

Look at the trees in the background. As I move the camera back and forth it's like the graphics lag behind for a split second. It's quite disorienting and kinda makes me dizzy when it gets really bad.

Happens in both eternity isle and the main valley.

So far I can't tell what's causing it. Saving/closing and reopening the game seems to fix it so perhaps a memory leak issue?

Issue: Weird glitched lines around the Wide Arched Window and a handful of others. The lines stay when the wallpaper is changed. Also the glitched lines are still present no matter what graphics settings is set, the intensity changes. I can get it to go away temporarily by switching between graphics settings but it shows back up sometimes.

Issue: It's been over a year and I'm still missing my stars. They just disappeared when we got the Festival of Friendship update. No one has ever gotten back to me about this issue, I just want to know if the stars ever plan on returning. I've been pretty patient, but this silence is starting to get to me. I hope I can get a proper answer, because I tried to contact customer service and I got a very generic response.

Issue: At the beginning of this quest, your character says this plant is "in the corner," but instead it's stuck in the table. (Nothing near the exterior of EVE's house has been moved from its default location, nor has the house itself, if that helps.) I can still interact with it and progress the quest, so it's just a visual issue, but still.

To add to my above message about the monkeys, they even disappear when near the walls outside those hallways. Pictured is a spot where a monkey just disappeared on me. When that happens, it reappears in its original position and if I try to chase it, it runs away more times than critters that run usually do, often disappearing if it ends up near a wall and resetting to its original position.
