Issue: The Haunted Mansion house skin seems to have changed size? It moved to a random area in the same biome and destroyed a TON of the decorating I spent a long time on, and now I can't even put it back in the same spot without destroying MORE of the decorating I did to make more space for it? I'm really upset right now, if you're going to do this kind of thing at least return the house to my inventory instead of just sending it to a random spot and overriding whatever was there...

I have removed ALL Items away from the wall and walked the parameter, it won't give me the option to replace the door, I have changed the angles of the camera, restarted my system, force close the game and it still hasn't appeared. Edit: mode just seemed bugged actually, realized upon exiting a second time that some items didn't register as being removed and placed, was able to rearrange things correctly. Not sure what fixed the bug or how.

Issue: Bookshelf flips orientation when moving from wall to wall in a clockwise direction. Moving from the north wall to west, it stays facing the same, but when moving west to north, it flips to backwards. This happens with all 4 walls. To grab a flipped bookshelf, the camera must be rotated to outside of the room boundary.

Issue: Before Update 9 you could get out of the pathing by clicking anywhere else, however this no longer works and you have to hit ESC or F to get out of it. This is really inconvenient, please fix this.

Issue: I reported this last update, but after finishing all of Rapunzel's quests and moving her to the main Valley this banner still remains locked and says it can only be used on Eternity Isle. With the ability to move villagers to the Valley and vice versa, this item shouldn't be restricted.

The Homey Rug can no longer be placed on pavement. My other rugs don't seem to have any issues with pavement placement. If I place the Homey Rug on pavement, it deletes pavement. I use that rug in outdoor decorating and it just doesn't look right with gaps in the pavement. Tested multiple pavement types in multiple biomes

Issue : as of most recent update. I have noticed some items have increased in the size they take up when place. Then I realized my rug was moved from infront of my main home. As I initially had it placed up to the door. So there is now 2 rows if front of the door preventing me to place as it was . Which required me to completely move my house and rugs as well as the surroundings there of.
Can we please reduce the amount of tiles around houses as well as look realistically on how much room items take up please.

I enclosed a Pic to illustrate my rug issue. Where it is in pic is how it originally was placed. But as you can see The dark red now prevents me from doing this.

Issue: Paths with borders no longer have borders when placing new paths on the ground. When adding onto an existing bordered path, it’s fine. But any new ones won’t come with borders.

Issue: house/building footprints
explanation: Please can you fix the housing footprint space for a lot of the buildings in the game so that we are able to place items closer to the building itself and not be blocked by air that’s taking up space. it would also be really great if you fixed the alignment and sizing of the buildings so that all doors can be centred on a path, currently scrooges shop doesn’t work great with paths at all because it’s an odd number and slightly off centered and path tiles take up 2x2 not 1x1

I'm sorry for bothering you with that but I've got an issue with update 9 and the furnitures.
I'm playing Disney Dreamlight Valley from the first day and since my goal is to reach the game at 100%, I'm regularly taking notes of my advances.
I've also bought a rift in time and I was 100% for the furniture: I bought with Moonstones and crafted everything I could but...
With update 9, I noticed that my number of furniture went from 1407 pieces of furniture to 1241 and some I crafted in rift in time completely disappeared...
Could you please tell me when the bug will be fixed and my furniture be given back ?

Platform: switch. Issue: Bamboo shelves. I am@unable to remove or move bamboos shelves on the wall even when there is nothing on them. I had placed one and was moving it along the wall and it stopped as I was sliding it across the room door access. It is now stuck there as well as other shelves along that wall. I have the same issue on PS5 the furniture catalogue says I haven’t done the items when I have the items around my valley u can remove them and it re adds them but I don’t remember everything it’s annoying

I've got the same problem, I don't remember everything but I'm sure about the Aladdin's furniture.
I removed them and added them back.
It worked at first but when I quit the game and came back, it had disappeared again from my catalogue...

The Spiny Dune Tree cannot be moved or removed after placing it in the Valley (I placed it in Sunlit Plateau). Undo option does not work.

Platform:XBox - Furniture Item: Bamboo Shelf - Issue: Shelf can get flipped around backward when traversing corners and once placed cannot be selected or removed. Leaving room/house does not resolve it. This is similar to the previous issues with paths and fences. Also, on expanded rooms in the house sometimes the corner pieces will refuse to align in the corners.

Issues: There is a huge inconsistency in the item footprints. This makes designing so much harder and I do feel that a full audit of the items is needed. In Eternity Isles, the foot prints are great. Small and you are able to crowd things in. But thinks like the marsh milkweed has 4 squares when 1 would be perfect. Ever since EI was released, the house footprints have been wonky. Gastons can't have a path under it, Beasts castle has a ridiculous footprint, and even the heart castle can't have things too close in the front. Not to mention the haunted mansions changing so you can't put things on the brick. That was the best! Please fix the foot print of items and don't increase them with updates.

Issue: I can't seem to be able to place the "Vivid Dresser" furniture item anywhere. I've tried many times to place it in my house and whenever I back out of build mode, it disappears. I open my inventory again and it's back in there.

The new feature where you can sort by star path items, which I really think is like if it would work, causes a problem where when I scroll down to that filter I can no longer scroll through the filters. Issue : Placing Ancient Machine in Glittering Dunes. I have machine built and ready to be placed. But when I go to place it, it won't save. It either deletes the placement or I can cancel or remove it but won't let me save the placement? Not sure if this is a glitch or needs an update. Been trying to complete this quest for about 2 weeks now and it won't let me place the Machine. Any advise. I have restarted the app several times. I have even deleted the app and re downloaded onto my device. According to the app store there are no updates. Just lost for what I can do to complete this quest so I can move forward to other quest.

I understand that the houses are each linked to make it easier to manage, but here it just happened that way. (I haven't gone through any other chests either.

Issue: purchased item stops existing like I never purchased it
I bought a modern orange armchair (not exactly sure if that’s what it’s called) to match a modern orange l shaped couch I have. I placed it down in my house and it poofed out of existence. I figured maybe it was where I was standing so I moved and placed it again. Went to live mode and it’s gone again. Did this about 5 times. Logged out and back in and now it’s not even in my inventory at all. It’s like I never bought it. This happened about a week or so ago, late posting the bug cuz it’s not a big deal but just wanted the team to know about it.

When I log in from the Microsoft Store, it asks me to enter my credentials and then tells me this:I have updated drivers, windows, microsoft store... I can't access the game without starting a new game.

Issue: When you move the camera around/look at the Gaston portrait, it vanishes and goes transparent. This is also happening in Gaston's house.

Issue: Shower won't place in one of the corners leaving a 1x4 gap between it and the wall. It's only in this corner..... I can also place furniture between the gap, so I'm like 100% sure the issue is with the shower.

Issue: Can't pick up furiture. I have two issues, one is I cannot remove the disposable camera from the the table I placed it on. Which means I cannot store the table.

Second issue is I cannot target the simple lamp to put away in my plaza near the area that leads up to the forest of valor.

Paths with borders aren't working in Eternity Isle's Ancients Landing area. It seems like certain grid spots in the space are making the borders invisible while keeping the actual pathing visible. Tried with multiple path types and it seems consistent across the board. Tried hard close/re-open and restarting console but issue is still occurring.
I previously had bordered pathing in this area, as recently as the DIY Theme Park Dreamsnap Challenge. So, this issue seems to have started recently.

I have actually had this issue before too, if you rotate the camera to the outside of the room (into the black void) you might be able to move it again. Thats how i dealt with that issue with the same bookcase.

Bought the Starlight House Bundle, but the Basic Lounge Chair is not in my furniture inventory. But when I go to Scrooge's shop to buy furniture, it shows me that I have 3 Basic Lounge Chair in my inventory. I searched everywhere several times but it's not there. Please look into this.
