How the crash occurred: using the Switch's ability to create screen captures after taking a selfie as part of gameplay causes the game to freeze, so I have to close it down and restart the game. Had the same issue on PS5.

How the crash occurred: crafting asphalt with border and exiting the crafting menu. I exited and it said my game crashed and had to close. Then it said it had corrupted data and that I needed to redownload the update file.

Game froze and I had to restart when I was talking to Olaf.

How the crash occurred:
Using the Well in DL. The Well on the menu map, trying too go the beach.

This isn’t really related to crashing but, I keep losing the connection on my Switch and it says you’re offline or cannot connect. I know it’s not my internet as it was reset and I haven’t had any issues prior to this most recent update.

It’s a tad frustrating because I cannot complete the Star Path tasks

Crashed my game for no reason

My friend keeps trying to play on her switch but keeps getting Error #6 the initialization error and she tried to uninstall and reinstall but it didn't help. It has been like this since the update.

How the crash occurred: After decorating for a prolonged period of time (I had the decorating panel open for maybe 20-30 minutes), my game crashed. The trigger for the crash was selecting an item to put down. Directly after selecting it, my game crashed.
"The software was closed because an error occurred" was the message I got upon crashing.

EDIT: Upon re-entering my game, it looks as though only half of my paths put down actually saved. I wonder if paths are the issue with crashing.

Not crashing per se, but my game soft locks every time I check my mailbox and try to back out of the mail screen and I have to force quit / reset

How the crash occurred:

Walking, wanted too pick up this herb... now screen is stuck, only camera joycon works. Hear the sounds. But cannot move or go to menu. Need to forced close the game. ( waited 5 a 10 minutes before closing, but game was still frozen)

EDIT: So went straight too the same spot when entering the game. Tryed too pick up the herb again... Instant Frozen screen again. (Next step will be trying too move it in furniture mode)

EDIT 2: After the second restart, i fixes the issue by moving the tree a couple centimeters. But that spot is very glitchy. So when i walk there or pick up something is has a lag/little glitchy. Really weird.

My game closed while i was trying to go to the cave on dassle beach...has anyone had that happened and if so how'd you fix it??

Seeing the teaser for the next update makes me want to pit a reminder post here for hopefully someone to see. If we’re going to interact with Daisy using Touch of Magic, please check the interface with Switch so it doesn’t crash as much. I stopped using it. But if we’re going to need it for her, I want to call attention to it.
