PS4: Issue: Game crashed coming out of my own house. and it takes for ever to switch screens when i am exiting buildings or houses. I was just waiting for it to crash. It seems to happen every update no matter the size even patch fixes will cause it.

Game freezes every time I try to take a selfie with a character. So far it’s done with Mike and Sulley a few times.
I’ve been forced to close my game and restart it multiple times.

Issue: Character animation frozen in place. Can still move and select a tool but animation does not change and tool does not appear. Upon using the tool, all controls except 3rd-person camera stop responding. Game needs to be closed via the system menu.

How the crash occurred: using the PS5's ability to create screen captures after taking a selfie as part of gameplay causes the game to freeze, so I have to close it down and restart the game. In the attached video, the clicking in the last few seconds is me trying to use my controller to make something happen after the game froze. Had the same issue on Switch.

Issue: Game keep crashing right after loading. I have been trying to play for about an hour now and I can't get it to load without crashing. I get to where I'm standing in front of my house then it crashes.

My game was experiencing lag when using the furniture menu outside…after some time of decorating, my game crashed and my auto save (system) file got corrupted. I don’t currently have PS+ so I wasn’t asked to chose from they server’s cloud save. I was able to recover a backup save from a USB disk drive storage, unfortunately, this meant my save was from Feb 28 (2-3 days ago). 🥲 rip my 2 days of progress.
Be careful about the crashes corrupting save data…because it’s still happening. (Granted, it’s been a very long time since I last experienced a save file corruption.)

Issues: freezes when taking photos (restarting game necessary), lag issues in restaurant, cannot pick up items that have been dropped in restaurant, cannot go to the right on some menu screens (inventory, collections etc - restarting game necessary)

It's the second time in a couple of days that the game crashes, which often happens for the usual reasons and the usual codes, but it's the second time that after the crash it even damages my data and I have to recover the cloud save when starting the game

My game has crashed twice within around 30 minutes. I was working on a quest in Eternity Isle using the hourglass and my game crashed randomly.

Game is very unstable at the Moment. Crashes frequently. Per hour 2-4 times. On eternity Island much more crashes then in the original Island.

I'm tired, when I use the forniture mode for a long time (more of couple minutes) it often crashes and sometimes like now it damages my data and I have to recover it from the cloud

- Constant lagging to the point I can’t do much. No crashes have happened, but the game will freeze for a couple seconds and resume for a couple seconds and just repeat the process. Can we please just get an update strictly for fixes before adding new context?

Issue: Very frequent game crashes. I can't reproduce them, but they seem to happen a lot more on Eternity Isle though that may be because I am spending more time there. I get 10-15 minutes of playing at most between crashes when on the isle. They don't seem related to using the menus but mostly happen while navigating the world.

Was trying to complete a quest from the DLC with Rapunzel where you put the Second Sun Core, it immediately crashes so I can't complete her part of the quest. Additionally, anything regarding the DLC I can't stop crashing.

Game stops completely even when just running around. Only done this since getting Rift of Time DLC. Has happen 3 times now and only got the DLC yesterday. And the PS5 is brand new, got it beginning of march.

Issue: The game crashes for literally no reason at all sometimes. Most times it crashes because I'm using a in-game feature, fast travel. Other times it just crashes because I have made the poor decision to glide instead of walking. The game worked perfectly fine up until we got the DLC I wish we can go back to the previous build.

Issue: Roughly 30% of the time—sometimes as high as 50%—exiting The Oasis on Eternity Isle via this archway results in the game completely crashing out. Obviously it didn't happen this time, but I can't capture video once the game has crashed, so I'm including this just to show the location where it happens. I've taken to manually saving the game every time I follow this route, just to protect my progress.
