Issue: random crashes continuing from previous version through xbox app, after trying to open the inventory, no error codes

Platform: PC/Xbox app (not sure if I should put it here or the Xbox thread)
Issue (Include Error Codes): random crashes a few minutes after opening the game. Uusally when I try to open a tab or something. Happens everytime I try to get into the Dreamsnaps menu, so I can't play 😦

Issue (Include Error Codes): no error codes come up

almost everytime i open the dreamlight tab , and try and collect the dreamlight from the completed duty(no matter the category its in), it crashes and closes the game without any error codes, was happening some before the update, now it is more often, only started after shortly buying the rift expansion
then it will also crash just trying to start the game

Issue: No error code. The game crashes whenever I complete a game of scramblecoin and leave the scramblecoin page, regardless of whether I win or lose. This is only since the new update.

Platform: PC through Xbox app
Issue (Include Error Codes): no error code, it just crashes. I was in eternity Isle yesterday, so the game started me there after updating the game this morning. I've been able to play there just fine or to visit realms. HOWEVER, when I try to get back to the main valley, the game crashes every time. When I load up again I'm back in eternity Isle. I've tried repairing the game files and even reinstalled the game. I also restarted my computer. And deleted my local save so it would be forced to use the cloud backup. Hasn't made any difference to the issue though.

I'm sad and miss my valley 😢

Issue: After completing daily tasks, when I try and collect the dreamlight from the completed duty, the game crashes without showing any error codes.

Issue (Include Error Codes): Game loads in Eternity Island, but when attempting to travel, via fast travel, to Dreamlight Valley, loading screen stays on for a while then the game will shut down and I have to restart the game.

Platform: PC/Xbox GamePass App (but bought game)
Issue: Continues to crash each time I go in. I just downloaded the update an hour and a half ago. It’s when I go to the menus, it would completely crash. It’s been happening for 3 weeks now, every other time I get in, it crashes. No error codes. Really excited for this update & hate to be disappointed from the crashes.

issue: crashing at startup and when launching multiplayer portal in my valley periodically. I was having the same issue pre-update aswell. no error codes, just straight to desktop.

Issue (Include Error Codes): Game keeps crashing when starting up, once playing it can sometimes run for hours or crash constantly with no error codes. Just crash to desktop.

Issue (Include Error Codes): non stop crashing, especially with multiplayer. Crashes almost everytime, sometimes when going to main screen, sometimes during load, sometimes once I try to go into store. Sometimes game won't load, takes 4-6x. Never had issues before this update.

Issue (Include Error Codes): No error codes. Game keeps crashing. I don't think it saved my dreamsnap from last week I submitted. It's showing No submission when I did submit a picture (game may have crashed and didn't save the submission, I don't remember). Also every time I try to go claim dreamlight from a task, it crashes back to the desktop. I also own the game on Switch and don't have these issues. This started before the update happened.

Platform: PC/steam. trying to complete scramble coin duties only for the game to crash after beating the villager the duty specifys for also beauty and beast realm still lagging so bad during loading that crashes the game to point the game stops responding.

2 problems

Problem 1
I just unlocked eternity Isle yesterday and was playing scramble coin just fine last night. Today after doing the scramble coin daily challenge with different villagers my game gets stuck on the loading black screen then crashes, nothing saves so I am unable to complete them as of now. I've tried winning and loosing against them.

Problem 2

When ever I go into furniture mode while inside any of my houses I start lagging like crazy until I leave the house. This happened on the 2nd floor of my main house, when I tried to go downstairs while lagging I black screened and the game crashed.

Issue: The game crashes randomly. The game will just close out, with no freezing or error codes. It has happened 3 times. 1st time I just finished a game of Scramblecoin and the 2nd and 3rd times I was just working on tasks for the Star Path.

Issue: The Beauty and the Beast realm is very hard to get into because most of the time the game freezes on the loading screen. After several restarts, I did manage to get in, but the realm lagged very badly and I couldn't do the quests. When I tried to exit the realm, the game froze again.

Issue: Game fails to start/load every time. No error codes. Game will either freeze on the loading screen, making me force quit it or it will finish loading then the screen will turn black and either close out the game entirely or stay black until I shut off my computer. I was able to play the day the update came out but haven't been able to play since 😦
