Platform: Xbox PC
Issue: I started play on switch and I decided to start playing on PC. I then decided I love PC so much that I wanted to purchase the expansion pack again to be able to play it on PC as well as Switch. Once I bought it for some reason my game doesn’t recognize this purchase. When I go to the castle to travel I don’t get the enter manual option or the glowing box to show where the entrance is. I started having this issue on Tuesday so I know the new update isn’t the problem and didn’t solve the problem either.

Platform: Switch
Issue: I updated and played for a couple of hours. I saved the game and manually synced to the cloud. When I went to play that night I found that I lost all of my progress since the update including the community challenge items.

Issue: After I did the update I was logged out of my Gameloft account and I can't seem to login, I keep getting online services errors

Platform: Nintendo Switch
Issue: My game is not refreshing each day, and hasn’t since New Year’s Day. I thought it was just the herbs, Scrooge’s shop, and Kristoff’s stall, so I quit playing until this past Weds’ update, and now that I’m playing again, nothing is refreshing except for the fruit trees/bushes, and mining rocks. Can someone help me? I’ve never time-traveled to the future in this game, so I’m not sure what went wrong. It happened on the new years date change. Please help! I can’t complete my this star path!

Issue: Missing dreamlight; I've noticed I've lost over 50,000 dreamlight (possibly more) over the last day. I haven't spent it on crafting or anything else but yesterday when I looked I had 42,000 dreamlight and today I am down to 30,000. What is going on?

Platform: Steam PC
Issue: Had the book bug in main room of my house so I reset my account and no longer have the Walt/Mickey fountain or Armor set from newest update "The Laughing Floor". I do have all the items purchased with moonstones and Gold Edition. Mail shows Fountain and Armor item's are claimed but don't show in build menu or wardrobe.

On the Switch
I feel like this is an entire game issue, but when my game just crashed it messed with my save game? Like I went back to a few days ago with the outfit I was wearing when I started the game then, and I lost all my progress on the Star Path duties I was just on, but kept the star path rewards I already have. I also no longer have Mike and Sulley. It seems like ALL of my progress, items, quest lines, and coins were lost (minus my rewards for the star path but my progress on duties I hadn't finished yet were reset)
I have saved since then, so idk what to do?!

Haven’t played in a couple months. When I revisited Eternity Isle, some areas I had unlocked were closed again and some power ups I had crafted were gone.

Issue: I started DDV while I had a free XBOX PC Pass trial to try out the game and I then decided to buy the Gold Edition for Steam. On the XBOX save I had redeemed the Walt/Mickey fountain and Armour from the 'Laughing Floor' update, and set up a cloud save to transfer my progress to Steam. The cloud save loaded Ok on Steam and I got all the Gold Edition rewards OK too, but the Walt/Mickey fountain and the Armour have disappeared from my build menu and wardrobe. According to the Mail they are both claimed.

Issue: My Multiplayer Code is only 5Digits, it should be a combination of 6. I emailed last month, but until now I didn't get any updates. I can provide the tix number.

Issue: Suddenly missing over at least 50,000 dreamlight. It was not used in crafting but only 12,000 remains despite having played almost daily since the first month.

Issue: Hello. Today's the first time I logged into DDV on Mac Apple Arcade in 2 weeks. I log in to a completely reset character and game, with no way to get back to my original account. I spent thousands on the blue stones for the shop, as well as star path and upgrades. I saved after every exit/quit of the game and made sure to take the extra step to manually save. How does this get reset and why can't I get my original saved game back? Will I get a refund if my progress is unable to be retrieved? I need help.

Issue: I am trying to log into my cloud save account, but I'm being told a different account is registered to my game. I originally registered it back during Early Access, but hadn't played Dreamlight Valley since then. I have reinstalled Windows on my desktop since then if that may matter. This has been the only steam account used on this computer, both back then and after reinstalling Windows. I have used this Steam account on one other computer (including reinstalling Windows on it as well), but I don't think I ever played Dreamlight Valley on it, as the graphics card in it wasn't going to be able to handle it. I have not attempted to connect to my Dreamlight Valley cloud account on any other platform. It's not an incorrect email/password as I've reset my password several times to test that. I have reset my local profile multiple times as well to make sure that wasn't causing the issues as well.
