I don’t have a photo as I am posting this on behalf of my husband but he cannot get multiplayer to work on either end. Which sucks because he has stuff in his Scrooge store that he wants to give me.

Issue: Can't join via multiplayer and can't generate multiplayer code. I deleted and dowloaded the game again, restart the Xbox, internet connection, always this issue.

Issue: Unable to travel to another valley. My friend was trying to connect to her second valley and couldn't connect. She got something like, "The valley for this code does not exist." I then tried to connect to see what was happening and got the error: Cannot start a multiplayer game because the native token authentication has failed.

Hello! I have a multiplayer issue. The code is only generating 5digits and I have the error "Cannot start a multiplayer game because the Visit Code is invalid."

Issue: Game crashes and disconnects when trying to create code for multiplayer. Worked for about 1 min then got disconnected. Game is fine but as soon as I go to generate a code the game crashes and closes out.

Issue: Most of the time I get a joining error and when I am successful in joining a valley my character is unresponsive/frozen. I also noticed I have been able to enter decorator mode and act as though I am going to place down furniture. Admittedly the only internet available where I live is less than ideal but I had some success with multilayer prior to the last update.

Couldn’t connect to multiplayer, once I did & bought things in my best friends Scrooge shop. Once he exited the store with me it kicked me completely from his valley. Then when trying to load into my valley, which was taking unusually long, it keeps saying it can’t connect to DDLV Server. Then when able to, I couldn’t access the pause menu, after a minute was able to then when trying to locally save it wouldn’t. Then would after a minute but as soon as I tried to cloud save it crashed. (Copy pasting in all relevant issue boards)

I open my valley and my friend cannot come visit. It tells me that she's on the way, then says she left. Yet she's seeing my village on her screen when it tells her she's disconnected. Neither of us are having Internet issues, I'm still able to visit her village. This has gone on now for 2 days.

Issue: Every time I try to join another person's Valley, no matter what console they play on, I always get a Joining Error. I always have to click "ok" several times just to get it working (and sometimes that doesn't even work). This has been an irritating constant issue since the Monster's Inc update. EVERY time I go to join someone else's Valley.

Issue: I joined my friends valley. But during and after I left her and went into my own valley this kept popping up all the time. It stopped ofc when I logged out of the game and went back in. But still annoying that it happened.

Issue: people can't join my valley. I have a message on my screen saying that they are coming and suddenly it says that they left but they never spawned in my valley. I have no trouble joining other people's valley though.

Edit : It was due to my sunflower field. I was below the item limit, but I guess 648 sunflowers next to each other is too much for the game 😅

I removed them and everything is working fine now!

Platform: Xbox Series X & Playstation 5
Issue: my friend and I both are trying to play together, she's on PS5 and I'm on Xbox. We both have tried generating 3 different codes each. All 6 times we tried it comes up with the same thing. We also both checked our CrossPlay Settings on both consoles and our settings do allow cross-platform play. Unsure if this is a Game issue or a Console issue.

Issue: When I try and get a code for my cousin to come and join my Valley, it only generates a 5 digit code and wont let her join in the game with me saying that there is an error. I have tried to restart the game but no luck. I'm pretty sure but i could be wrong but i think it needs to be a 6 digit code not a 5. But no matter how many time i restart the game it always generates a 5 digit code.
