How long does it take for gamesloft to fix issues. I can't so the flying metal nuisance quest as I can't get to the tunnel as ther a swirl blocking the path. Reported twice to games loft customer service who both times said its been passed to tech team. But this is really stopping me playing the game. As I can't do anything else

Im trying to finish the diamond in the rough quest and i need one more scsrab thst is in The Plains. I have been workkmgnon this nearly a month and been searching day and night for it and i still cant find it. Its like no where to be found. I have sent gameloft 3 emails on it and still havent gotten a reply back. I just want this fixed if ita an issue so i can continue on with the game.

Platform: Nintendo Switch Issue: “Scrooge McDucks Grand Re-Opening” I completed the quest and then the game froze. After I reopened the game it said I didn’t complete the quest. Now a sign is missing and I can’t craft a new sign nor can I buy a new sign. I thought it would fix itself and kept playing so I made it far and I do not want to restart the game.

Quest ~ Remy's Recipe Book

Issue~ there is an issue of when finding if been a day or past that when you find the books there are multiple of each. Which means I am stuck with multiple of all 3 books , can't sell them and they are taking space in chest that I could use for something else.area on beach removed some pumpkins from my garden and placed glitter to dig for more books. So i had to re-dig plant and water what that took out. There's nothing can do but stick the extra books in chest. Please fix this. Let me sell them or just poof them away cause this is annoying.

And yes , the quest has been completed now

(Update as of Jan 2nd 2024 , after going online the excess books were gone.
However , this problem still needs to be fixed for those that play strictly offline)

This is a task that I really can't post a video/screenshot of.

Its Day 4 and I still can't complete the Eve Quest 'A New Directive'.
This task specifically. "Use your Hourglass to find the last objects in the Swirling Sands around Ancient's Landing:
BnL Picnic Blanket.
BnL Trashcan Planter"

I found the blanket all fine. But Ive only been getting 3-5 sand swirls total in Ancients Landing and none of them for 4 days have the Trashcan Planter. I can't complete this task. I have my AL completely cleared no buildings/nothing in case I missed a sand swirl. But nothing.

Issue: The Secrets of Eternity Isle not starting.

Jafar appeared in my game while completing dialogue with Scrooge. Music played, but the words at the bottom were only showing my converation with Scrooge. The cutscene for Eternity Isle did not play and i was not given an option to respond/ask questions. Now my quest shows "Go to the stardust port" however Merlin will not respond to this quest when I talk to him.

issue: i’m stuck on remy’s restaurant makeover. i don’t have a photo with me right now but it’s easy to visualize. i’ve been stuck in this spot of the game since february of last year with no help from gameloft (after submitting i think 3 different tickets throughout the months) or fix for it. basically, i am told to enter remy’s restaurant but i can’t go in because it needs to be upgraded but the scrooge sign is missing. so im stuck in a constant loop of talking to remy and him telling me to enter the restaurant but im stuck outside of it and cannot enter. does anyone know what i can do? i have the deluxe version of the game and im so frustrated i haven’t been able to progress in quite literally almost a full year at this point 🥲

The torches are the correct ones. I’ve kept switching out the table and chairs to see if that would work. Nothing. I’ve even put everything back in storage and then tried closing out of my game and restarting it. Then replacing the items. I’ve even tried to restart with the placed items.

Issue: I'm trying to help Goofy open his shop in Eternity Isle and the quest says to follow him (and not just teleport back to the Isle) but when he gets to the Castle Gate, he doesn't go inside to keep running to the Port gate. He gets stuck past the door to the Castle Gate and pops up a quest for me (guessing it's the next step after "follow Goofy to his Stall In Eternity Isle) and the only option I have is to Enter the Castle. I can't reach him to click on him cause i just go right into the Castle.

Issue: I'm having trouble with The Fragmented Past quest. Might just be because I'm on Eternity Isle and with the opening of Chez Remy, all my villagers have come to the Isle (not the problem although i can't seem to make villagers the Eternity Isles too). So Buzz was seeking out Scar to confront him and Scar isn't stuck on the bench here but both Buzz and Scar both won't stop turning and moving to have the conversation I'm supposed to be listening to.

Issue: I accepted the quest from Elsa to catch the Glimmering Herring. That was a week and a half ago. I've hung out in game for hours and it will not rain. When hanging out with Goofy he will say that it's raining and wonder where his rain boots are but it is not raining. I've tried fishing after he says that but I only get regular Herring.

Nintendo Switch:
In need of glitch help.
Currently I’m doing a quest for Kristoff’s stall- I’ve finished all I needed with goofy, and have collected all supplies needed- and the quest is directing me to craft the stall- but said stall is NO WHERE to be found at the crafting table. Is there a specific place or way to craft this stall? Or is it yet ANOTHER glitch? My game is SO SO glitchy- and freezes allot- my entire map is COVERED in orbs because I can’t touch them without my game freezing , also when I give characters items from a quest there is a 50/50 chance of also freezing and losing gained data when having to reset. Another issue: when Ariel arrived to my island it told me to go say hi and welcome her- but she wasn’t showing up on the map , and I couldn’t/ can’t find her either , at all, for days- still can’t . And now the Kristoff stall is mia 🤦‍♀️ is the game always this imbalanced

Anyone know how to fix this

Platform: mobile Issue: seed of memories quest stuck. I planted the Dreamlight tree seeds and then it immediately started raining. I waited for it to stop and for the plant to be dry and watered it again and the quest still isn’t progressing.

Quest: The Curse/Orb of Truth
Issue: I’ve reached the other realm “here and there” but the orb of trust isn’t on the floating island in the glade of trust. There is no lit beacon (as seen in walkthroughs) and I have searched the entire valley. My player is currently stuck in the here and there realm and I can’t progress or go back. I’ve restarted the game and my device several times. Additionally, because my player is stuck, I’ll missing out on the current star path items that I’ve been working to get all week. I sent a troubleshooting message through the GAMELOFT site and have yet to hear back. Very frustrating situation. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

Issue: Cannot finish Maui's 'Heart of Dreamlight Valley' Friendship quest. I obtained 2 pieces of the heart of the dreamlight valley, but game says that I have 0/1 and 2/1 - the 0/1 is preventing me from crafting despite Maui's dialogue saying that I have everything I need. Tried different variations of tracking the quest, reloading the game, and putting the pieces into a chest but am completely stuck.

Issue: I planted the seed to grow the Dreamlight Tree, and instantly watered it, as I would with any seed. I watered it before the quest changed to "Water the Dreamlight Tree seed", and now I cannot water it again - the quest has become stuck. Obviously, I will wait until the tree has grown to see if this cures the issue, but hope I haven't broken my quest...
EDIT: Yes I see that this issue has been logged on here many, many times - a search for 'Dreamlight Tree' shows them, but I am adding my report to maybe increase the likelihood of it getting fixed...

Issue: I'm in the Vitalys Mines and using my pickaxe to remove the doors and monsters however none of the red monsters have an option to remove them with my pickaxe and clicking where I normally would does nothing. I managed to get around the first couple that couldn't be removed but I've now reached a point where I need to knock them down to get past but nothing is happening. Screenshot is to show exactly which monsters aren't removable for me.

Issue: Star Path task has been available for about a week now but I have not been able to come across any orange bubbles spot since I unlocked the task. Before the task I always had orange bubbles appearing in the forest. I have been checking frequently, and fishing the white and blue bubbles to try and trigger the orange ones.

Quest: Deal of the Day: Chocolate Fountain
Issue: Despite the most recent update, the 10th and final ice shard is still missing. I've broken all 10 of the ice blocks, but only 9 ice shards have dropped. I put in a ticket for this, and after checking the status, it looks like Gameloft marked it as resolved without a full resolution (I've followed up in the same email chain). I couldn't find anywhere in this server anyone else that is having issues, but on other forums, it seems it's still an issue. Anyone have any advice or a solution?

My daughter is playing dreamlight valley and she is working on repunzels quest for the vine seeds and we have looked for weeks to find them and been all over the glittering dunes and she is still missing one seed. However it doesn’t say „take care of the plant until it is grown“ it is just stuck at the point saying I have to water it (which I did). Also I’ve read somewhere it takes several days…for the tree to grow. But all the people I’ve watched completing this quest they were all a step further.

When I went into her tower to get the Jewel of Time. I had to go into the blue chest to reveal sand version Mother Gothel and help Rapunzel tell her true feelings to her and I know she disappears, then Rapunzel spots the Jewel of Time in the pile of sand left behind Mother Gothel but after completing that quest, the sand version Mother Gothel and the swirling sands are still sitting in Rapunzel’s room.

“Remy’s New Espresso Machine” isn’t appearing in the restaurant. I actually restarted my entire game a couple weeks ago due to having this problem for a month and started this part of the quest after I updated with yesterday’s hot fix and it’s still broken. Even though I didn’t even start any of the eternity isle quests/go there at all in the hopes that my game wouldn’t have the whole “two restaurants; so it won’t spawn in either,” problem. But I still ended up back where I was weeks ago before I restarted the game.

Issue #1: Cannot complete the Level 10 Quest with Gaston, he won't graduade Stitch, they standing before another, but no speech bubble or anything. They just stand there, Gaston is cossing his arms and Stitch is jumping, but that's it.

Issue #2: Cannot complete the Level ? Quest with EVE, I can't find mechanic Parts (?) with the Sandclock-Staff. I have 64 radiators and all other, Level 3 Staff and no mechanic Parts so far. Or they're counting? I have everything, that can be collected, but it stands by 0/3 anyways.

I went ahead and planted the dream light tree seed and as I was doing that it started raining which automatically watered the seed. Well the next part of the quest was to water the seed and now it's not registering that I'm doing that because the tree is already watered. So now I'm stuck on this part of the quest with no way to move forward. I've tried waiting for it to stop raining to see if the seed dried out but it doesn't. Tried restarting and it was raining again when the game started.

And if I play on my IPhone (which persuaded me to buy for console) it works perfectly and that is a free version. I’d really like to play the expansion pack, especially since I paid for it. Issue: unable to plant the Dreamlight Seed. It’s my inventory, but no matter where I dig, I get the message, “No items available.” I’ve removed trees and bushes. I’ve dug and pulled out forageable items in case that was the issue. I’ve restarted the game and even restarted my device and still nothing. I obviously can’t continue with the quest until this is resolved.

I have everything in my inventory to repair the sound system, but when I go to a crafting table the Sound System item doesn’t come up like it’s supposed to. It shows Nala’s head by the iron ingots, but I already have enough to make the item so it seems like the game thinks I don’t have any and won’t let me progress to repair the sound system.

Issue: "The Quest instructs that I "Follow Rapunzel to the suprise", however she is just standing there idle and not doing anything (Keep in mind this happened in her house where the Quest was being done) So then I thought to leave the house as the surprise might be outside, but no luck, Rapunzel is standing idle as a statue. I guess there's no surprise then? 🤷‍♂️

Issue: Quest glitch

I can’t complete the quest “The Tower” from Rapunzel.
The quest says that I have to remove the swirling sands around Rqpunzel’s tower, but there are none. I removed 2 of them and the 3th glitched and could not be removed. I tried to close the game and start it back up and haven’t played in a couple of days, but the 3th swirling sand won’t come back. I just can’t complete this quest now.

Does someone have the same issue? And what can I do about this?

As posted by multiple people at this point, a rock spawned where EVE was standing, blocking my way to the royal hourglass. Pretty frustrating this hasn't been acknowledged let alone addressed, considering it's paid content. Would be great to be able to play something I've invested money in.

Issue: I am stuck on the Rapunzel quest called the Sundial, I have 9/10 gears and cannot find the remaining gears in my inventory, chests etc. When i got to 9/10, it completed the quest and told me to hand them into Rapunzel but the quest says 'Make sure you have all the sundial gears in your inventory' so I am unable to complete the quest or move forward in the game.

Issue: When i'm doing The Housewarming quest and trying to set the items down in Rapunzel's Tower in the spots from the picture, it does make it easier that only 1 item lights up to be able to be placed in a spot, after I placed 1 of the items (the Nightlight), the game refuses to place any of the others in their spots, only 1 lighting up for that spot or not. Edit: i tried logging out and back in and that worked, i could place another one of the items.... and then it stopped allowing me to continue the placing them. So i guess that's what i'm doing: logging out and back in 2 more times to place the last 2 quest items

After accepting the quest there was a glow on the ground on skull island, but I couldn't dig on the beach so I quit the game and opened it up again. The only thing I found on skull island after that was a couple of dark crystals. I keep checking, but nothing else has been spawning there, including the statue.

As posted by multiple people at this point, a swirling sand thing is blocking the path to get to the tunnel to get the robot disguise. I have emailed gamesloft twice had tickets logged abd told it be passed to developer to fix. This was months ago. I brought the rift in time expansion the day it came out. I am also one if the people that was there in the begin of the game. So this issue hasn't been acknowledged. I can't even get my money back. I can't do anything in the rift in time
