Issue: multiplayer not working for myself (ps5) to join Xbox or pc users despite offering ‘cross-platform multiplayer’ experience. Apparently users online are saying PlayStation isn’t compatible with other platforms except ps4 to ps5. Disappointed because there are so many games on the market offering cross-platform for all consoles😭

Issue: My husband visited me and his avatar glitched. He is stuck in the the same pose and his body is squished and face is glitched. Walking around, he just glides. Going into a building didn't fix it. His avatar looks normal temporarily when going into Wardrobe but goes back to being glitched when that screen is closed. His avatar looks fine on my Switch screen and is running around normally but it's glitched on his Switch screen.

I’ve found out this morning that she regularly TT on her switch for ACNH. But she had the local time turned on on her switch when we played. I do not TT.

I have visited 3 friends this morning. I found 2 shards at one friend and zero at the others, despite running their entire valley's for about 10 minutes each. If shards are supposed to drop every few mins, I should have gotten several at the others as well. I can't shard. 😦

I was the host and the fact being unable to do anything but walk around together sucks. I can't interact with the characters, or farm my crops. My friend can't help me. You should be able to set up settings on what people can do in your town when they visit.

When in multiplayer you can’t do anything except walk around…not worth it. We should be able to continue quests talk to characters, forage and play the game! Hopefully this will come in future 🙏💕

Issue: I am unable to drop any of the expansion items to someone that was on Switch and vice versa in multiplayer. When interacting with the item in the inventory, there is only a split option for the person visiting the valley and a drop option for the Host. The host is able to drop the items however once the item is dropped the visitor cannot pick them up and it doesn’t show on their screen the item on the ground.

Issue: not able to trade DLC items (everything from DLC, not only specific item) between my Xbox and the PC or Switch from my friend... we really want to help each other, but it is not possible to drop the items.. and when items were dropped before the visit, it is also not possible to pick it up .. so sad!

For weeks now I been unable to visit my family/friends valleys and vice versa. You go to the Console to Open a connection and it infinity spins for a good 5 + mins only to quickly fade to black and Have you see as my second screen shot shows and no code at all appears. Have Uninstalled, Reinstalled Even tried Community tips To Get my multi play side working all no svail. Had family/friends also try unistalling & reinstalling/Trying tricks and same luck as I have.
I've beta tested for many games mostly MMORPGS Everything i known in my years of testing There no fix any one can do but Devs. Hope this helps in getting this nifty feature back in to access mode.

What is the point of multiplayer, why cant you interact with people or use your axe or fishing rod etc all you can do is have a look around, i cant even go in the shop or remi's, some items that i drop for the visitor they cannot pick up like meals, it will let them pick up some meals but not others.....ive never found any pixels etc either, just dont see the point of multiplayer.... i play on switch and pc

Having issues visiting Scrooge store on multiplayer, black screen keeps loading when host enters store for over 10 minutes and nothing. ( it all started happening after decorating with DLC crafted items on my valley) first time I used a blue stone path I was not even able to travel to eternity isle, kept crashing when trying to go to EI . Removed path and was able to use. But now I heavily decorated using paths, fence and other trees from IE on main valley

Issue: Hosting more than one person in Multiplayer causes Scrooge's shop to either freeze entirely upon entry, enter an infinite loading screen (black screen with the spinning loading star in the bottom corner), or if it does work none of the items spawn in for the other player. No screenshots, unfortunately, because there's no error messages.
