I didn't get the 2,500 moonstones or the gold pack reqards for being a founder before the launch. I bought the Ultimate Founder's pack 9th October 2022.

According to https://disneydreamlightvalley.com/expansion/a-rift-in-time the Flowery Capybara, Artist's Overalls, and Flowery Summer Cottage House are available only if you buy Base Game + Expansion.
What about people who already have the base game? We have to re-buy the base game again for 3 cosmetics?
EDIT: I found the current Gold Pack cosmetics in the mail today. But see other posts -- some players did not.

Also tried to purchase the base game again or the gold edition and I got a message that I already owned the content. The only option available was the DLC purchase.
UPDATE:
Received two additional pieces of mail with the missing items upon restart of the game! Issue with star path and premium shop also seemed to be fixed upon restart, and my map has updated with new features.
Issue: claimed the 50,000 Moonstone but they aren't showing in my account. Also missing all other extras was supposed to get. Been a founder since day one and bought expansion today as well.

Paid for DLC already through my PSN account but my partner (it's both of our primary PS5) can't access it, I can. I also bought the main game and she can play that so it's not an issue of access.

Issue: DLC not available for other accounts with xbox set as home xbox.
Normally DLC purchased on my account will work for the other accounts on it (worked with other DLC for a diffirence ame last week).
However the rift in time DLC does not work.
I am also having the same issue. The Expansion loads on my partners profile on the PS5 but not on mine.
hi, same issue here ! i paid for the DLC with my profile, but my wife can't access the new content on the same ps5 (she's in my family psn account) !!! she gets the message "the store is currently unavailable". any idea ? 😩
update : i just found on the official website that only the user profile that purchased the expansion pass will be able to access the expansion content in-game. I bought it for my wife so it means that i bought it for nothing !!! incredible....

Issue: did not receive any items from having founders pack since early access. I got the moonstones but none of the other things
Very frustrating. I'm hoping Gameloft will address this, especially since they said the DLC was platform specific not profile specific and most games allow access to DLC on multiple profiles. I would have liked to start playing today but now I want to wait before purchasing it twice 😭
I have to say, if that's the case I'll be seeing if I can get a refund for sure
Shouldn't have to purchase the same content twice on the same console to be played on that one console. Any other game or DLC does not follow that rule on the playstation store. Seems a little sneaky if that really is the case.

it seems that is really the case since the info is on their website. the other problem is that playstation doesn't refund if the dlc has been downloaded, and that's my case. i don't know what to do, but i feel i've been stolen.

we all have been, the DLC doesn't even link with the platform account or gameloft account, it links with the current character that you have created, it's literally a big theft

I submitted a help ticket about this profile issue with the expansion pass. I suggest everyone else does too so they know that this needs to be fixed. I'm sure there are lots of us who have multiple profiles for family members on our console. I played on my switch because I was away from home, I cloud saved and went to my Xbox and now I’m getting a cloud save error! I bought the expansion on my Xbox but already used moonstones on my switch! I don’t want to lose my moonstones or my new items but I can’t play the expansion because I bought it on Xbox!
The wildest thing about this is that the base game is shared between accounts. What a rip off.
Paying over $100 for the exact same DLC on the same console is shocking
I bet if they made that public before release there would have been an outrage. Instead they hide it in the FAQs, so people only go looking after they purchase it. Very disappointing.

Basically I accidentally signed into my wrong account and it accepted my DLC but when I went to my main one, it wouldnt let me have it,
is this a glitch or is it only for one account and I have to buy it again 😦 as my founders stuff worked fine for both but the rift in time one has now only activated for one of my accounts 😦

Issue: claimed the reward for being a founder but only the companion is available, didn't receive the house skin, outfits or moonstone
send reports to customer service about it. if a lot of people send reports maybe they’ll actually fix it and not scam us. because lets be real, thats what it is.
The FAQ answer was also not added til earlier today. I checked last night to make sure and it only said "platform specific" no mention of profile.

Issue: Progress Loss/Save Game not working.
I unlocked the hourglass and EVE, saved and closed the game. I just hopped back on and I don’t even have any of the shops open on Eternity Isle, which I completed hours ago. I’ve had similar issues during the previous update, where I ended up doing Belle’s level 10 quest 3 separate times.
Same on the Switch! Now I can’t play it, nor can I buy it again on my profile because it says it’s already downloaded! 😭😭😭
Literally came in here for the same reason.
On Steam you can share DLC only if other people don't own the base game (because of the way sharing works). My wife originally bought the game on Switch, Switch died so she now uses the Steam Deck.
Usually, DLCs would be shared in this case. But now if she wants to play we have to buy the base game and the DLC again for her to just play the DLC.
Of course we bought the game when the game was supposed to be FTP upon release, so we each bought Founders packs to support, so we didn't think we'd be running into this.
This also make me wonder, if you decide to restart on the same platform you purchased the DLC on -- does that mean you no longer have access to the DLC. Or that you have to submit a ticket to be able to play the DLC if you reset?

Issue: Cloud save account exists but I try to log in, it tells me my account doesn't exist, I try to make a new one, it says it already exists. I don't want to have to completely reset if I don't have to
This is simply unacceptable. Not sure about Sony, but Microsoft terms are pretty clear on licensing of consumables vs durables.
This stance is in violation of that. I'd suggest anyone tweet at both Gameloft and their platform of choice about this.

I figured I would just have to put my email and password then be all set but the continue button doesn't pop up at all. I did the cloud save and everything :/
States you can play this on the PS5 console linked with your account (so not 'only your account on that console') through console sharing on the playstation store page for the DLC. Just for what it's worth. To me that shows the DLC is being mis-sold on the playstation store.

I'm not ready to give up! Especially since the product listing says you can download and play on the main PS5 console. Gameloft should at least offer redemption codes for us until they update the language on the story listing to make it clear.

Yes someone said it on Reddit yesterday and I'm grateful they did. I had to wait for it to download to my console but by the time I log in it was there. Just log in to the main valley after purchase and you will see Jafar pop up
Purchased a new Xbox and got the game and expansion. Down 400 dollars now all because the switch crashed so much and I wanted room for more items on a more powerful system so I'm all excited and go to login on the Xbox and ge a cloud conflict error#5. Can't play a new game can't load the old...tried deleting game and reloading and nothing works...so frustrating
I love the game but these issues just ruin my perspective of this game.

Issue: won't let me load my cloud save
For those with the mailbox issue: Check your inventory! I had the same error because I didn't have enough space in my inventory!

Issue: There is lag while performing any type of activity, farming (which has been lagging for several updates), foraging, talking to chars, mining, time staff whatever its called-ing, picking up memories, etc. Every third or fourth time my char/game will freeze up for about 10 seconds, and then the action will complete. Its juuuust frequent enough to almost make it frustrating and unplayable.

I didn't get the 2,500 moonstones/the 2,500 moonstones rewards didn't reflect on my account. I already purchased the new Star Path.

Issue: I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask, but does anyone know if there will be adjustments made to trophy achievements? My problem is that I originally played the game on PS4 and unlocked some of the trophies, but when I moved over to PS5 they didn't transfer and seeing as their "Claim the reward for mine 1800 times" and things like that, I can't unlock them again. This is honestly killing me 
(I would've put this in the achievement section, but it looks like its been locked)

Issue: mailbox - I keep checking my mailbox and there is not “advancing on eternity isle: key resources”. I also bought the expansion and didn’t receive the Royal costume and the jester monkey. I’ve reloaded many time and my inventory isn’t full but I still cannot find/see these.

Issue: mail - I received the “Advancing on Eternity Isle: Key Resources” package but cannot redeem it, on switch or pc. It pops up saying “Something unexpected happened. Try again later.” It happened yesterday when I first saw the notice on my mailbox and still today too.

Issue: The villagers will not show up on the map that they’re in Remy restaurant. Also I can’t accept the advancing on eternity isle: key resources.

Issue: every 10ish minutes or so the game keeps crashing stating “the software was closed because an error occurred” the crashes started yesterday after I downloaded the new update and purchased the expansion pack, I have been loyal since day one and I haven’t had rarely any crashes until this update. I hope this gets fixed soon I would like to enjoy the game.

I read somewhere that our trophies won't transfer if we move to PS5 but don't quote me. I believe I read it in the DLV Reddit, I was upset about it because I don't want to lose my trophies.

Issue: started playing update on Switch wanted to change to my PC but it’s not letting me open up. Saying cloud save is 12 days old and can’t sink even though I just cloud saved on my Switch.

Issue: I’ve started playing on ps5 from ps4 and I’ve just unlocked the Angler trophy (catch 1800 fish) on the ps5 and I’ve now I can’t platinum either because they don’t merge trophies, is going to be fixed? My ps4 is at 85% and now ps5 is at 9% I’m unable to platinum either unless I start over which is completely ridiculous (sorry if this is in the wrong place)

Issue: I bought the dlc on steam and when I play on the same account on my switch it wants me to rebuy the dlc. But I still have items from the dlc in my inv. It's like half the items register. I don't want to buy the dlc twice for the same account. Especially because I bought the switch and pc versions. And the ultimate one on the pc.

not sure if this is the right forum, but i delinked my primary account and I can’t get back in it. What am I doing wrong? I’ve even reinstalled the game on my Mac mini to no avail.
There’s a major bug where after resetting your progress and profile, when you create the character the game doesn’t fully load into meeting Merlin. Happening on multiple devices - you have to close and play game and then it will load the entrance scene correctly.

Issue: Purchased the expansion the day of the release. When it was installing I didn’t realize my daughter’s cloud save was logged in (and I emphasize this - it is MY profile on Steam, her cloud save was loaded)
The expansion only will work on her email, even though my steam account is linked to my own email
I’ve been advised that nothing can be done, and my ticket was closed - which is insane. I haven’t played a second of the game I spent $50 Canadian dollars on.
I understand that the expansion is meant to only be used by one profile(which is a disgusting money grab, but I digress) but that doesn’t make a lick of sense to my situation.
To me the ideal solution is that we can both play the expansion - the same way we can both play the main game which cost LESS than I paid for the expansion.

My issue is that my account was unlinked and link to another email. The cloud save has not been synced yet. Is it possible to bring back the other game
my sister used my computer for her cloud save while I was using my switch. When I returned to my computer and went to switch back. My cloud save won't load and her game is wiped.

I participated in the Dreamlight Park Community Challenge and earned the reward (which can be seen in my mailbox still), but the Small Quirky Teapot is missing from my collections menu, furniture inventory, and Scrooge's order catalog. Additionally, I've made sure to fully complete every Star Path so far, including all premium rewards, so I am 100% positive I unlocked these motifs. I did make sure to also check through my motifs without any filters just in case they were categorized wrong, but I didn't see them.

Issue: Reverted my save back to the 4th December save due to my dreamlight disappearing. I have items missing from the recent codes we were given and when I tried to enter them again, it said does not exist or already redeemed. I checked my mailbox and it says already claimed.

Issue: I have two different accounts(one for steam and one for switch). But when I try to enter the steam account, it always loaded the cloud save of my switch account. It automatically switches the account names on my switch, too. So, I only can play my switch account at the moment.
Issue: I realized today that my character is stuck at level one and my experience points are -1000000000.

Issue: Cloud Save logging off not working (sister logged onto the game and now I can't switch back to mine). Hopefully this will be fixed before the tree gifts go away?

Issue: Cloud save will not load my game. My sister was playing on my PC and logged in to her account (she normally plays on the switch). She did this by unlinking my gameloft account and logged in with hers. Now when I log in to my account it will not load up my game. It loads her's. Please tell me I didn't lose my game.

Hey guys my account seems to be messed up, I unlinked my account on my Xbox and let signed my wife into hers while she’s recovering from surgery so she could watch me play and just do the daily stuff for her. Now when I go back to sign into my cloud save it only pulls up her game…we’ve tried everything we can think of can anyone help?

Issue: I use my steam deck mostly to play the game so i never had an issue with it until i downloaded it on my laptop and my progress is now wiped? and i contacted disney dreamlight valley and they said my progress was fine? Explain why my starpath is gone, the christmas items under the tree are gone? Like I didnt pay 30 dollar DLC for my progress to be deleted when everything is backed to my cloud

The screen shows a message saying "it wasnt able to connect to your epic games account, try again" my internet is working perfect, I have epic games working ok, I restarted 3 times and I can play the game but I cannot save to the cloud or make the new dreamsnaps events 😦

Issue: All of my dreamlight disappeared in less than 24 hours
Id like to add onto this, it has been an ongoing issue for me for the past two updates. I play alot of games through the epic launcher, and none on them do this. It has also caused the game to force log me out of the cloud save even without selecting "continue offline" , causing me to lose progress and have to back track. So be sure double check that regularly until they resolve it.

Issue: I purchased the gold edition of the game but none of the gold edition items (including the dlc) show up on any accounts other than one, which isn’t even one that is used for the game.

Issue: I bought the DLC on both platforms and can not go the Eternity Isle on either platform. I have all dlc items and buildings on my main valley, I can even talk to Eve but I can not actually play it anymore. I have uninstalled the games and reinstalled, Check my internet connection and it says it is very fast. Everything was working up until last week.
