So far I believe that is by design to prevent guests from also mining. MP is most likely just a clone of your character, with a different inventory and clothing. Like how we're only allowed 5 mannequins in a room, I bet they're more clones.

Just finished the expansion pass story quest, went to open a chest at the castle, and the item (the blue thing) got stuck in some trees that can't be moved. I didn't even get to see what it was first, so I don't know if it's important or not.

Issue: There is a Rapunzel lyric sheet next to a mineable rock in the area of the Promenade/grove with the giant bamboo. Collecting this memory caused it to spawn inside the rock, rendering me completely unable to get it.

I probably should have taken a far out shot but I can’t pick up this mist orb in front of the tunnel leading to the sculpture with the missing arms. It’s trapped somewhat in the wall in a nook where I can’t reach it behind the sand swirl on the left side of the tunnel entrance. *Edited to add that I play on Switch.

Issue: Please fix the issue with picking up items that were dropped on rock rugs. I love the rock rugs and have MANY of them in my valley, and while working around this issue has always been a bit annoying (going into build mode>moving the rug>picking up item>putting it back) - now with multiplayer, it's literally impossible. Both me and my visitors have lost a few pixel shards to this issue already, so I hope it gets fixed soon!

Edit: just found out the same is true for fountain tiles as well.

Platform: Mostly PC/Steam but also rarely Nintendo Switch Issue: I mostly play on Steam/PC, but I wanted the bonuses from the Cozy Edition. I bought it for Nintendo Switch. I was about 75% through the rift in time expansion at this point. I logged in to my cloud save on my Nintendo Switch, claimed the Cozy edition, cloud saved, logged out, then logged back in to my PC/steam save. Afterwards I can’t pickup things like cumin/bamboo/majestea. However I can pick these items up in zones that I unlocked after this started happening. I realized my Nintendo Switch is set for December 12th. If I played on Nintendo Switch I would just set the time back to today and let the game catch up on the 12th, but since I’m on pc … what do I do? Will just waiting it out fix it even though I caused the issue on my Nintendo Switch and am playing this same cloud save on pc/steam? edit to add, mist no longer spawns back at all - I gathered it all from every area, and time bending no longer works, and says there is no more treasure in the area - I just realized again I tried to play again now. So, will waiting it out fix this or is is a separate issue?

I currently have 2 items I can't pick up, in separate areas.

In front of Jafar's palace. I broke a small rock formation that dropped an ancient object. Object landed in trees, beyond where my character can access. Unable to move trees in furniture mode to retrieve object.
Inside Cave of Wonders (see attached video for exact location walk-through). I think there might have been a chest there but this was a few days ago. Coin dropped at edge of rock wall, unable to retrieve.

Follow-up: when I opened up the game again today, it asked me if I wanted the cloud save or the local save. They looked exactly the same, down to the seconds on the time stamp, so I went with the recommended cloud save. When I returned to the site of the stuck memory, it was shifted over and I was able to pick it up!

PS4: first, the reward chest after finishing the main quest jumped into these bushes and can’t be reached. Second, I think I was actually able to pick these things up, but it took the game crashing for them to disappear. I could run over them when they were glowing and nothing happened and there was no pick up option after the glow was up.

After all this months I can't still harvest my crops in the valley properly. At the Isle of Time it works without problems, as it should be, but at the valley it buggs. The character stand still for around 3 seconds, then harvesting one, or two crops, then the same again, stand still, and so on. It is so frustrating, can't harvest my pumpkins since months (and run out of money. bye bye 5 billions 😭)

Picking up branches, or harvesting fruits from bushes/trees it is the same btw.

PLEASE FIX THIS. 🙏

Try watering them first. This was happening to me and I realized they needed to be watered. Dried flowers cannot be picked up. Hope this fixes the issue for you.

Issue: I've been trying for a couple of days to remove this Bird of Paradise flower from The Docks, but it can't even be moved in furniture mode. It's not dry, because it's rained, so it appears to have spawned stuck in this spot. No issues anywhere else on the Isle or in the Valley picking up items. Edit 12/28: I finally had a Level 2 vacuum I was able to place down and it picked up this flower. I'm leaving this post though, because something else that can't be vacuumed (like a Memory Orb, etc.) could get stuck here.

Issue: I still had "The Beginner's Guide to Transfiguration", "Conjure Your Cares Away" and "Curses and Hexing 101", the books from the quest "The Great Blizzard", I thought I could use them to decorate my house, but I soon realise they can't be placed on a table, they can only stay on the floor. But now the problem is I can't pick them up from the floor either. I can still move them in Furniture Mode, but they'll stay in that room. Those three items were simply not meant to be thrown on the floor or picked up from the floor.

Yesterday and today I've gotten cactus flowers that I can't pick up. I moved the three together yesterday and it totally bugged my game - if I walked next to them or by them, I would get stuck running in place, able to use wells to tp and get unstuck, at least. Those three flowers were fixed today, and then I just got another three in the Oasis.

Issue: If I try to harvest this majestea plant from any angle, it moves me out of bounds and my controls freeze. Shown is my location after pressing harvest, which seems to technically be inside the tree. Controls freezing means I don’t harvest it and can’t hit any other buttons even though they’re visible on the screen. I can move the joystick freely, but my character doesn’t respond, while the rest of the buttons don’t even react, including the menu. I can’t move the camera either in this state. Can always be fixed by restarting the app, but I can also always replicate the glitch after restarting if I try harvesting that specific majestea again. No other effects on the rest of my game, meaning it isn’t an issue but seemed worth reporting since I can replicate it at will.

Found a partial solution. Build one of the Ancient Vacuums and set it up in the area with the stuck plant. It will pick it up for you.

Issue: Fly Trap flowers in the Grasslands and not interactable. If the character gets close to these to attempt to pick up it gets stuck in the running animation and I need to use a well to tp out of it to fix it. I have tried using furniture mode to move the flowers elsewhere but that doesn't fix it. It started as 2 flowers and a third has joined them today.

I see the golden chest hidden under the grey rock and some herb (garlic?) suggesting it should be accessible and sometimes even Royal Hourglass Tool directs me towards this place.

Issue: Cinnamon keeps spawning underneath the Spiny Dune Tree where you can't pick it up without moving it in furniture mode. I do like that we can place objects underneath it, but maybe adjust it so Cinnamon doesn't spawn there 🙂

Issue: I can't pick up the yellow orb shown in screenshot (there is no text prompt to pick it up, and nothing happens when I try), and my character gets stuck in the spot shown in the screenshot when I try to retrieve this orb. I am able to escape by fast-traveling to a well, but when I go back to get the orb the same issue repeats. If it helps to know, the yellow orb was generated from picking up a note on the ground. The location is just outside of The Lagoon, when you travel up the series of small bridges that look like they have grown from trees, at the very top.

Issue: unable to pick up mist in the upper part of the oasis in glittering dunes. I can still mine the rock, but can't pickup the mist for the life of me. I think I tried the ancient vacuum and didn't help. So close, yet so far.

Issue: unable to pick up 3 flowers (2 blue, 1 black) in the glittering dunes. Flowers looked fine, not dried out. 7 hours later (after Switch was in sleep mode; did not restart, and no in-game fast travel, etc) flowers were able to be picked again without doing anything to them first (like watering).

Issue: In the Lagoon there is a branching path upwards blocked by giant plants that leads to one of Rapunzels song lyrics. Upon reaching this point I try to grab the memory but it goes out of bounds inside the plants and I cannot obtain it. When I do try to force myself upon reaching it I get stuck within the plants and I cannot escape unless I leave the game. When I try restarting the game I do manage to escape but I'm still unable to obtain Rapunzel's memory.

Issue: Piece of tin is stuck behind Gaston's lodge in The Wastes. It flew over there after mining the node pictured here (right next to his lodge). Can't pick it up in furniture mode, and can't move Gaston's house.
edit: was able to pick it up once I progressed far enough to move Gaston's house. Just couldn't fit back there beforehand.

Issue: Memory spawns in a place where it cannot be collected. This is in the Wild Tangle, up on the top little floating island you get access to through the Lagoon.
Item Name: Memory? I'm not sure the specific memory since I can't collect it, but it is a yellow orb that spawned from a page on the ground.
