I bought the dlc for the Xbox got on it for a couple minutes then cloud save it for on the switch got into the cloud save then got the dlc for that. N that stayed in for a minute n then cloud save n then try to get back on my Xbox but now saying I don't have it or I don't have the updated version. Idk what to do

Crashed when doing the EVE quest, I have 2/2 robot items but quest is stuck on 0/2! I’ve restarted the game, forced quit ect but still nothing! Idk how to restart the expansion I’m not very far so I don’t mind restarting I just can’t 😭

I'm having an issue with the part where you have to disguise yourself as a robot to talk to EVE I took the stuff out of the chest in the area pictured in the EVE memory on eternity island I put the costume on and it still showed 0/2 next to Find the robot costume from the memory. What's going on. Please help and the chest is still sparkling

Xbox series S, my game is unplayable due to it crashing every 10-15 minutes. The bugs should’ve been fixed before the game came out of early access. It disappointing. I won’t be buying any DLC until it’s fixed, it’s a waste of money.

Issue: The game has been crashing for months the update didn't fix it. I crash loading out of houses, walking around my Valley, taking photos, pretty much doing anything but just standing there. Oh and now using the menu causes it to black screen when you close it. Sometimes you can open and close the menu to get it to go away, but most of the time you have to close the game. It is very very frustrating. When it Auto saves is usually when I see crash the most. Yes I have the extra item limit turned on, and yes I have over the low end limit.

The amount of crashes and game breaking glitches on Xbox series S AND X is astonishing.

-traveling up or down some ramps leads to rubber banding and crashing
-picking up some memory pieces leads to the picture being stuck on screen and can't do anything
-have a quest to meet rapunzel but a giant rock is in the path and cannot move past it
-loading into the game sometimes leads to a freeze
-loading into a different area sometimes leads to a freeze

Seriously I've had to restart the game 13 times today and I've reinstalled once. Please do something the game is unplayable.

Beast has the icon above his head to play Scramblecoin, but when I attempt to play a round with him, the controller freezes. I can still hear background noises, I can see characters walking around, but the Scramblecoin game doesn't launch and I'm unable to move or backout of the interaction. Restarting the game is the only option.

Issue: The day the expansion came out, I purchased the expansion on both Switch and Xbox. I started on my switch because I was on the go, but when I got home to play on my Xbox, I got the error code 5 when trying to use my cloud save on xbox. I can still play on switch but Xbox version isn't talking to the cloud correctly. I have checked for updates for xbox as well as uninstalled the game and re-installed and still same error.

I don't know if this Xbox specific, but I haven't heard of anyone on other platforms having the same issue.
If I go into the furniture mode, cooking UI, or Crafting UI while within a building (My home or Remys) my frame rate crashes. The lag is so terrible its hard to move through the room. Exiting the building always fixes the issue, but when serving customers in remys it's very frustrating.

I can spend hours on Eternity Isle with no crashing, but if I load into the valley or attempt to travel there, the game instantly crashes. Consistent xbox one x issue with crashing it happens at least once a day. And sometimes I lose some of my save data and have to reboot the game for it to happen maybe an hour later. It's been a consistent problem shortly after I started playing this year.

My partner has an Xbox one S, he is seeing similar crashes, freezes and pauses like myself with my Xbox series X. He’s also unable to progress with Rapunzel’s Sun Dial quest as one of the gears have disappeared. I have helped him search using the hour glass and the missing sun dial gear isn’t anywhere to be found.

The DLC works perfectly and I can spend hours on it without issues, but as soon as I switch back to the main Valley it begins to crash constantly... Issue: game consistently freezes/crashes when leaving a scramblecoin match, regardless of character. The screen goes to the black transition screen but in a moment the progression star stops shifting and the game freezes and needs to be hard reset to get out of it and return to the game.

Issue: as with many other folks here, the amount of crashes is abysmal. The game was working as intended until I purchased the A Rift in Time DLC. As I progressed through the quests and biomes on Eternity Isle, the game started soft locking more frequently.
I’ve played 40 minutes now and I’ve had a soft lock 4 times.
Really sucks when it’s at any random moment and there’s no consistency of what causes the locks so I have no idea what to avoid!
Definitely disappointing for paid content.

Platform: Xbox Gamepass (then also Steam - this is a duplicate of what I posted in the PC chat as well, if it belongs only in one of these two chats feel free to delete the less useful one!)
Issue (Include Error Codes): Randomly crashes after about 15-45 minutes of play time; if i'm lucky I can get about an hour in but there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. Crashes while i'm foraging, mining, walking around, sometimes near buildings, sometimes near nothing, sometimes when lots of items are on screen, sometimes when i'm in a corner and there are hardly any items at all. However, it does not seem to crash when I'm in design/furniture placement mode, or while I'm in the middle of dialogue with one of the characters. (Can't recall if it's crashed while I was in a menu, but I don't think it has.) Changing my video settings did not help. Uninstalling and reinstalling the gamepass version helped once a few days ago, but the crashes came back today. Turned off my PC and made sure the inside was thoroughly clean in case it was an issue with my video card overheating (despite nothing else on my PC freezing or crashing, and I work with VERY large photoshop files, high-res video, and blender no problem). Freshly booted my pc back up, but the game crashed again after about 20 minutes. Uninstalled & switched over to Steam, but I got 17 minutes of play time there so I asked for a refund.

After a moment the screen gets that white overlay and the windows standard "ddv is not responsive" dialog box appears and I close out the program.)

Xbox X - Just tried doing multiplayer with someone and it was a nightmare. Crashed 5 times for me and a few times for my friend too. They bought something in my Scrooge’s shop and then their game crashed and the item was no longer in their inventory and it was showing up as bought in my shop. Xbox series S- So as of now my game crash’s every 5 minutes. It’s basically not playable at all at this point. Nothing to do with troubleshooting my Xbox as I have done EVERYTHING it lists on Xbox/Microsoft's website for game crashes. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a game that is not free to play. I can’t be compensated for anything so what am I supposed to do? I’ve paid for this game, my hard earned money has gone into this and now I can’t even play it. I even closed the game out and when I went back in it had no audio. DreamSnaps is broken for me as well.

Issue: I had just harvested 100 planted pumpkins but had 434 in my inventory from timed bonuses and buddy bonus drops. I sold them for over 200k and started planting new ones in their place. The game crashed whilst planting and after reloading i only have 134 pumpkins in my inventory, so I’ve lost 300 pumpkins and my entire garden plot is also empty, I also don’t have the 200k+ anymore.

I want to plant and harvest fast as i used too. Even the fruit trees and bushes are not always harvestable without freezing and waiting. I can not make enough star coins this way to pay at stalls, Scrooge and Kristoff stall. Its almost a month ago that I send a mail about this problem.
