issue: when voting in the dreamsnaps challenge, when hovering over the picture you want to vote for, the whole thing zooms in a little bit when selecting it, moving the "vote button" a little bit down. then pressing on "vote" does nothing. you gotta press above it for it to register

Issue: When voting in the DreamSnaps challenge you cannot vote for the photo of choice as when clicking the Vote button it does not submit the choice. ,When hovering over the picture you want to vote for after the image zooms in you can find the hidden selection point is found just above the Vote button in the blue space. It seems the Vote button has moved up in the coding causing the actually visual button to do nothing.

Every time I tried to submit my dreamsnaps this week, it kept telling me I couldn't submit my photo due to touch of magic items. I removed every touch of magic item in my valley and it still said the same thing. I wish it wouldn't be so sensitive to the touch of magic items. Also, I think touch of magic items in dreamsnaps would show everyone's individual creativity which would be fun to see in snaps 😊

Issue: I claimed the rewards for the last challenge and had a full pocket so I got an error. I emptied my pockets and went to claim it again and I was able to do that, I don't know if I got the moonstones but I didn't get the chest for sure. -update: I counted and I got the 4000 Moonstones from the challenge, only the items missing-

Issue: This is now the second DreamSnap where I did not receive any reward. I didnt say anything the first time but now when I am expecting the moonstones I did not receive any. the first one was WALL-Es Garden and then now the Blue Jean one. I always go back and check my submission and it is there and then I get no moonstones. I also have not submitted any since WALL-E until the one last week. To still not receive anything is a bit upsetting. I need my moonstones please. 🥺

Platform: PC Xbox Issue: Last week when I was going to vote for the previous DreamSnaps, first it took a little bit of time before I was presented with two pictures to choose between and when clicking on the vote button on the one I liked the best it didn’t register no matter how many times I clicked on it and wouldn’t give me another set of pictures to vote for. After looking for answers, thanks to someone here who wrote that if you clicked a little bit above the vote button, it would register. Which worked for me. Video:

Issue: unable to vote for dreamsnaps. Nothing shows up when I click to start voting. It just shows a loading screen for roughly a minute before exiting back to the event tab. It’s been happening for the past week and nothing has changed.
To clarify, nothing shows up. No pictures, no vote button. Nothing. Just the screen darkening a bit with the star spinning in the middle before it disappears

I have the same problem! Everytime I go to do a Dream snap photo it keeps saying can’t submit your photo because of touch of magic! I literally cleared everything only left items bought from Scrooge’s shop and it still won’t let me submit photos because of touch of magic! I also agree if it’s gonna be in the game we should. Be able to use it with the dream snaps so everyone can have their own unique way of showing their valley and photos!

Issue: So I haven't missed a dreamsnap submission yet and I always do fairly well anywhere between 1200-4000 ms. But the pixie dust? At some point stopped popping up, showing that it was being added to the bar. I don't how how to get to the prize bar or see the prize bar. But I see the small version of the bar and it's been stuck on half way for like 3 months maybe more 😅. There's just no clarification that it's actually moving and dust is being deposited. Is this a me issue or just how it's designed? Cause I distinctly remembering when dreamsnaps first came out it would show the prize bar. Just wondering if it's worth submitting a ticket over.

It makes the whole voting process very unfair when some photos are having multiple opportunities to get votes from the same person, when others are probably not even being viewed because of this. I have seen the same ten photos over ten times each. I’m also getting the same sets of photos back to back. This really needs to be fixed please!

Issue: Duplicate dreamsnap pics. I noticed several people have reported getting duplicate pics while voting on dreamsnap submissions, I am also getting the same pics over and over again, including ones I already voted on.

Also, I gave up trying to submit for this weeks decor challenge (Out of the Toy Box) because I kept getting a message about having a Touch of Magic item in my pic which is absolutely incorrect. I actually started over from scratch several times and used different items for decorating and changed outfits but no matter what I did I would get this message so out of frustration I just gave up. I am having the same problem with the current dreamsnap outfit challenge (Winter’s Here). I hope these issues get resolved soon as I am missing out on a great deal of moonstones, prizes, and leveling up.

Issue: the same as those above - when voting, we get the same photos - not just same photos for me, but its the excact same photos as i seen others voting on (youtube creators) i gotten the same ones, just different order, and several repeating. I can go out of the menu, come back later aaaand same photos...

So theres probably only a few dozen ppl getting their photos voted on - while 99% dont get any cus their photos aint there... 😦
When you're spending hours on a snap tryin for at least 4k or above and not getting shown, while some have taken a selfie inside of Woodys carousel and they getting thousands and thousands of votes and probs getting 10k moonstones from it if this is allowed to continue! So not fair.
Hopefully theres some form of compensation, like give EVERYBODY 4k moonstones at the end of this, cus i dont see how any amount of fixing this otherwise or in time - would be fair to the community.

Hello! For the first time, no matter what I do, my dreamsnaps entries say “touch of magic” items are being used. I switched biomes, designed inside, changed outfits, etc. No luck! Worked very hard on some frozen designs so I hope this can be fixed before submissions are due.

Issue: votes not being counted. This past week while voting I would get an error stating that “some votes couldn’t be registered due to errors processing the pictures” Other players have also experienced this same error. I believe this has caused some players who consistently rank high to have much lower ranks and thus have a much lower amount of moonstones. I know it’s a competition but if people’s votes aren’t being counted and thus certain people’s snaps aren’t getting those votes how is that fair to the players who worked hard to create what should have been a high ranking snap?

Voting is still broken! Photos are being repeated over and over, which leads me to believe my votes aren’t registering and that my snap may not be getting the votes it deserves. This isn’t fair to the players and needs to be repaired.

I know that there is a long time to claim the rewards but this is the first time that it has happened for days.

Edit: Apparently Mailbox Error #8 is "hey, your inventory is too full to put more stuff in!". If it is just for that maybe it would be more helpful to put that? Anyway, I figured out the problem.

I can submit a dreamsnap photo, but have not received moonstones or anything else since the update on December 5 and just realized it. I can vote and receive my 50 moonstones but when reset day comes, it's like I never submitted a dreamsnap.

Issue: Unable to vote on Dreamsnaps. After clicking "Vote now" the loading icon appears for about a minute then closes back to the general Voting landing screen. This has happened to me in the past but has usually resolved itself by the following day, however this time it has been happening all day, every day since the weekly Dreamsnaps update on Wednesday, February 21.
