Just a heads up, there is no cinnamon plant! Cinnamon spawns randomly on the ground in a little bundle. It can be difficult to see.

Issue: Ever since the update and new dlc came out, nothing is respawning as it should in the valley either. I nearly get nothing from breaking sand rocks, bones and so on I'm the valley. I am lucky if I get 6 each day now... The game is so broken now and I am really considering boycutting the game, because it has only gone worse than it already was.. I feel I have wasted my money on this now.

Exactly the same issue here. My wife is waiting for it and it just does not appear.
I logged into my account - which I didn't use for almost a year - to check the mail and had it instantly, though I've not been on the isles yet.

Issue: In the Promenade (jungle), if you mine a naturally exposed red gem node using the Miraculous Pickaxe potion, you should get pure Shiny Spinels as per normal behavior with the pickaxe potion. Instead I get nothing but normal mining materials + one Peridot (a green gem). The exposed gems on the node also change color from red to green after hitting it once.

Issue: Since the recent hotfix to correct the amount of cinnamon and tropical wood drops, it seems that bamboo has become a bit scarce to find. Before the update I definitely netted about 15-20 a day (give or take without a Foraging friend), but now I’m only getting 4-5 a day (without foraging friend).

Issue: forageables like pitcher plants spawn where they can't be reached, and the vacuum can't even pick them up because they are on the vine islands above the lagoon. I wish vacuums worked for those areas most of all, but they are spawning completely out of reach, and nearly all the plants for the area spawn up there.

Edited to add: I can move the ones in the open in the Courtyard via furniture mode, but still can't pick them up. I'm unable to access furniture mode in the cave in the courtyard, so I cant try to move the two that got stuck there.

@hollow wraith this may be a bug that was introduced with the eternity isle and update 8 where flowers that need watering (dried flowers) appear normal with the exception that they cannot be picked up by the character and added to their inventory (they can be moved in furniture mode though). Simply water the flowers that cannot be picked up and your character will be able to pick them up again. (Edited for clarity)

I haven't seen any Eternity Isle plants that need watering yet, but I'm loading the game now, so let me try this.

Editing to add, this actually worked for me! I do want to amend that I did have the option to move them with the editor before I watered them, but still could not pick them up via my character until I watered them.

Some flowers on Eternity Isle don't respawn anymore. I haven't seen a single one for over a week now.

▪︎ Pitcher Plant (all color variations)
▪︎ Glass-like Flowers (all color variations)

The fly trap ones only spawn in a tiny amount. Maybe two flowers all-day long. Cactus plant seems to work fine for me.

Most of the time my two biomes are empty.

Tropical wood is fine, though.

Issue: Bamboo and Green Venus Flytraps not respawning at all. Red and Orange Pitcher plant respawn very rarely. Night Thorns used to be 10 a day is now down to 8 a day. Some of the ruin blocks that need to be dug up on Eternity Isle daily are not removable even though my shovel is fully upgraded.

Happened 3 times today gone to collect my fruits and veggies of the bushes and tree but doesn’t show in inventory and the tree are empty!

since update my dark wood drop rate has significantly dropped. I logged in today around 12pm after not playing since last night around 8pm) so I should have at least 6 dark wood, I have two. It also takes ages for any to drop so my dark wood grind for chests is now taking even longer

Issue: I keep trying to mine and collect the gems for the Dreamlight and even quest tasks, however neither will accept the gems not acknowledge I’ve been mining.

For other foraging tasks I’ve completed, it won’t update my Dreamlight amount.

Platform: PC/Steam Issue: night thorns not respawning. I'm trying to do the last task to finish the Starpath which is collect 50 night thorns. I started 8 or 9 days ago with this duty and now have 35 collected. I checked every day everywhere at different times but some days there were none at all and some days a few though never more than 8. There are not many decorations in my valley, in some biomes none at all, so there is enough room for them to spawn. And I never used time travel.

Issue: Garlic is spawning in the Wild Tangle and there's barely any bamboo. Garlic already spawns in the Forest of Valor, it should not also be in the Wild Tangle. From a biome/foraging standpoint, garlic shouldn't grow in the jungle anyways.

Issue: When hanging out with npc that has been assigned with foraging it takes ages for them to drop the extras. Meanwhile my character will be frozen too. Now while hanging out with Gaston even after he finally dropped the extras i was still stuck. The game was continuing in the backround but i was unable to do anything. Had to restart the game completely

Issue: Sometimes when foraging there is this bonus which spawns glowing red foragables, but when I walk over them the foragables won't go into my inventory and just stay on the ground (like in the picture with the almonds) and they then dissappear when the time is over even though I walked over them 😦 (I also have the same bug while doing other activities like mining, fishing, etc. when this red glowing bonus effect happens)
