Issue: I don't know if this belongs here, but didn_t know where else to post it. It showed an error when I tried to claim the gold edition rewards for founders. Now it says I already claimed it but I don't have the items. -update: I restarted the game to buy the rift in time DLC and now the items are in my inventory-

Missing: Left Sphere Half from the Secrets of Eternity Isle. Won’t spawn in the area it’s suppose to be. When I first downloaded the game it wouldn’t let me shovel it up and now it’s just disappeared and missing from my inventory. Now I can’t even play any of the DLC as you need to complete this task

I got the extra rift in time stuff in the mail for quests, I claimed it on the switch and due to the cloud save errors and such between platforms I’ve moved over to the PC version, however I don’t have any of those sent resources for eternity isle anymore on the pc it’s like they’ve all just disappeared?

I put first the mailbox ones, then the gathered ones in a chest for safekeeping, and now both sets have disappeared. I swear I saw the notice not to sell them since there is a respawn issue and did not sell them by accident. Item: Tropical Wood Update: now the Wood I gathered naturally is back in the chest, but the ones gifted via Mailbox are still missing.

Platform: Seems to be happening on all. Mine specifically is switch and Mac. Issue: The sundial quest is bugged. If you collect all 10, some suddely go missing from your inventory without you even touching them. OR the game has also registered that you found 10 even if you didnt and they stop spawning so its impossible to go back and actually get 10. Its keeping us from progressing at all and a major let down.

More info: I definitely had my 110 00ish Dreamlight last week just before weekend, before buying the DLC

My game bugged to when I couldn’t collect resources and I had dug up one of the sphere fragments by the wishing well/big trees area. Game froze, so I restarted it and SPHERE FRAGMENT disappeared altogether. Game breaking bug for this dlc. Literally can’t do anything else in this expansion as I need that item.

issue: after crafting 3 timebending manuals which cost 5k dreamlight, my almost 1million dreamlight is down to less than 90k DREAMLIGHT.

Many people have the same issue of dream light disappearing. I worked hard for over a year (since game launch) to collect the dream light. Hopefully, it will be returned.

I harvested all the nightthorns I had around the valley 3 days ago after not touching them since before the expansion/update. Yesterday I only found 4 nightthorns all in a close area just in the glade of trust. There was none anyway else on the map and I did go over each area multiple times, so it's not them just being hidden. Then today after the Valley's daily reset I looked around and found none at all in the valley. I have checked multiple times today since reset at 5am my time. I just want this task off my battlepass, so I can get other tasks completed. :/

This happened several days ago when the hot fix for the Diamond in the Rough was fixed. Sadly it didn’t fix my issue with that part either and I can’t complete that quest either. Issue: Over 300,000 dreamlight has disappeared
I crafted a timebending book and gave it to a villager. All of my dreamlight has disappeared. I had 308,000 dreamlight and am down to 0??? Mist is not yet affected. I have grinded so much for that dreamlight and have now been grinding a bunch of oars, bows, and forks to craft timebending books. EDIT: I did use a pixel duplicate that I claimed with the code given out today to replace an oar.

I collected all 10 pieces of sundial but suddenly 3 disappeared. Apparently it is happening to a lot of people. It is confusing. I rechecked all my storage and Repunzel says I have them all. But I don't 3 poofed. I don't know what happened or what I did to cause glitch. 😕

Platform: Switch Issue: early this morning I crafted the Robot on my time bending station. Then I crafted Forkie. When completed and closed out I went into Furniture and found Forkie to place down just to see how big it was etc. I didn’t realize that it was a piece for the new game we can play as I haven’t played it yet. I saw that there are 2 different ones in there. Each one has a different colored base. The Robot is no where in my furniture at all. I looked through all categories too. When I went to the Time bending station to see if I could craft it again, it wasn’t in there either. I was so excited to place that Robot and now it’s already gone. I hope I can get it back. All of the crafting supplies were used up as well.

platform: PC/STEAM ISSUE: all materials used to craft TIMEBENDING MANUAL. after 9th of December when i crafted my first TIMBENDING MANUAL and lost over 600k dreamlight, today I tried again, and like you see, all items used was reset to ZERO! another 43k DREAMLIGHT vanished! (I mention that i had only 7 wooden oar and was used pixel duplicate to craft the manual).

After checking with other people I would say it is quite clear the Glitchy items and the pixel flames are using up all your resources when using for crafting or cooking. Not sure if this was from the beginning or just after the hot fixes a few days ago. But right now there are more and more reports coming in with all the same thing. Now after the code(we’re we all received the items) a lot of people will now run into the issue and loosing all of their resources.

At some point during crafting the items needed for upgrading EVE's plant scanner, all my coal and copper vanished from storage. I had maybe a stack of copper and 24 stacks of coal. I think it may have happened when I was crafting the mechanical parts since I suddenly didn't have enough copper to craft the scanner. Issue: Missing Dreamlight after Crafting. I don't know when it exactly happened but it did happen today. I've been worried about it happening since I heard about it. I logged on today to still have my 50k~ Dreamlight (I've been playing since launch, founder), It must've been when I made 1 pickaxe big potion to mine for emeralds for the event path about an hour ago - as since then I have completed 1 or 2 regular dreamlight duties and claimed them ... to see I literally only have the dreamlight I just got from those 2.

EDIT: after seeing other peoples inventory items went missing I decided to check my own and also noted 1 item was gone. I always keep 2 stacks of Onyx and they are missing .. also my vitalys ... so everything used to make the Pickaxe Polish.

The Pixel Dust bug deleting the remianing items in your inventory when using the dust to craft is still not acknowleded by GL. I crafted the Timebending manual and it used up all my dreamlight. Lucky, i had a back-up save on my PSN cloud, a couple of days older but better than losing my 255k dreamlight. For now i have removed those pouches, dusts etc from my chests. I hope everyone got their deleted items back.

Issue: When doing Goofy's "The Ones That Got Away" quest I got to the part where he gives you the Crate Full 'o Fish and tells you to make a meal with the fish you caught. At that point a had a bunch of stuff in my on-person inventory, including 4-5 of the green fly traps I'd been collecting for Mickey's flower quest. Goofy suggests that you talk to Remy first to get meal Ideas - Remy suggested Prisma shrimp, celery, butter, rice, and spice. Not sure if this next part is relevant, but I forgot the butter and just cooked the prisma shrimp, rice, celery, and cumin, and it just made a basic seafood platter. I'm guessing that the Crate o' Fish was supposed to disappear when you cook the meal for Goofy, but my green fly traps disappeared instead! And even after giving the dish to Goofy and completing the mission, I still had the crate stuck in my inventory and had to go stash it in a chest.

At the suggestion of Discord, I removed them from storage inventory and dropped them on the ground until this has resolved. We deserve compensation for this one.

Issue: I have had many resource items destroyed in the process of trying to put them on wall shelves (all types). First, it appears to not save the changes I make while in the Furniture editor. But after restarting, the wall shelves have rearranged to the order I placed them. However, some shelves will be empty (confirmed it's not a visual issue in editor) rather than having the item(s) I placed.

I've dropped two of Jack's four Matryoshka Dolls to reorganize my inventory, they disappeared, and have no idea how to find them now. They wouldn't be sparkling now that I've picked them up once before. And though I have a Lvl.3 Vacuum, no such luck. Any advice?
I've looked everywhere and cleared out all foliage, trees, decor, and homes trying to procedurally find them.

I moved Scrooge's Store in the Plaza last night cause i couldn't get a dig spot that was halfway under it and now i realize the Micberry Tree (that we crafted and put there for Mother Gothel's Kingdom For A Scroll) from outside the front of it was missing! I figured it went back into the furniture tab somewhere cause it's listed as a Furnishing on wiki so I looked in the Foliage, Underbrush, and Trees tabs and it's not in any of those!! Can I get my MicBerry Tree back plz?

I just lost hundreds of gems… I had done a bunch of mining to complete tasks, put gems into my storage then moved excess to my inventory to sell. Went to build snowmen and suddenly I had no rubies! I had something like 150 of them and they are gone. I think other gems disappeared as well but I don’t recall how many and which ones I had 😖

Issue: I lost my lvl 3 Ancient Vacuum when I placed it where my character is in the first pic (Eve’s garden). I think those tunnels make more than monkeys vanish. Second pic shows where it would have shown in my inventory. Third pic shows that I can’t even craft it again so it is just legit gone. I had one for my valley and one for my isle that I just crafted today and got to use a handful of times before it disappeared. I did also try to close out and restart and same issue of having a missing lvl 3 Ancient vacuum.

UPDATE: Item was found on the mid-level of the Ruins.

But it was still available to make even though I didn't have another electric power item. I clicked it to see if it would let me make another, and it did but I lost ALL my gems. I didn't have many of the Eternity Isle gems, but I had well over 50+ peridots, and they're all gone now. Is there a way to recover any of my gems?

Issue: Crafting Stone Jacuzzi caused me to lose ALL my materials. I had only two electric powers and made a Stone Jacuzzi, then a Fireworks mount, and it looked ok. But it was still available to make even though I didn't have another electric power item. I clicked it to see if it would let me make another, and it did but I lost ALL my materials. I had a TON of stones and at least 20 plastics, and now it looks like nothing. I have some now only because I was collecting before I noticed something was wrong. Is there a way to recover any of my materials?

Today, upon completing a task, I gained 300 Dreamlight and was checking my total balance to find that all of my Dreamlight had been lost and my new total was the 300 I just earned. I haven't confirmed if any items are missing from my inventory, but given the other reports of missing Dreamlight, I figured it's best to mention in this thread

Two days ago I purchased two items in my shop, but they are completely gone now. I have a backup save file on my PS+ cloudsave right before the weekly reset for proof. I played right before the reset; everything purchased on the exact same day is still available.

I realized I did use the first amount received, but didn’t notice until recently that I actually have inventory gone ie: 400 wheat for example, which I know I haven’t used, lol. There are several items.

Issue (Posting in both Items Disappearing and Scrooge Shop Issues): I have had to rebuy both the Dark Brown Sheriff's Jacket and Sheriff's Jacket multiple times. I have them, used them in snaps too, and then randomly (like today) one will appear in the shop as new again. When I double check in my wardrobe if I already have it, it's not in there. I'm sick of rebuying it.

Issue (Include NPC Name): Vine seeds (item) for the Rapunzel quest 'The Tower' are not spawning. I dug one up in the designated area a few weeks ago, it was in my inventory, and then the next day it was gone and no more seeds have spawned. I cannot move forward in the new expansion until this has been fixed.

Issue: I Used 2 pixel cooking flames and went to my stove and couldn’t cook because it said i had no coal.. I had just filled a medium chest with coal about 5/10 minutes prior to this happening so was shocked to see my coal box empty when i opened it/ when it told me i had none.

I wanted to move a large chest with timebending materials from the overlook to the docks and disappeared after i placed. 2. after i've done my gym dreamsnap, i wanted to remove all items used but a several number of Chest Coffee Table just stayed still. i turned off the game and when i login back, this items disappeared. and in my inventory are not. this was happen in The Promenade.

Issue: Half of my Scramblecoin figures and a couple of my wall shelves disappeared when I restarted my game. When I was done decorating, a couple of the figures kept being placed on the floor when I exited furniture mode. So I decided to restart my game since that usually fixes the bug but instead, my items have disappeared and they're not in my inventory at all.
The first picture is suppose to look the same as the second picture aside from the corner since that part of the wall is also bugged.

Missing items: 3 sundial gears
Issue: my kid is stuck on the Rapunzel quest called the Sundial, they now only have 7/10 gears and cannot find the remaining gears in inventory, chests etc. When they got it to 10/10, it completed the quest and told them to hand into Rapunzel but the quest says 'Make sure you have all the sundial gears in your inventory' so unable to complete the quest or move forward in the game.
