Switch to Epic to Xbox

I had 7500 moonstones on my switch before I got Xbox game pass, I started playing on pc through game pass and got 8000 but I only ended up having 12000 instead of 15500. Then when I came back to my switch last night It only transferred 8000, then I bought the game on Epic because it wasn't working through game pass. I had 16000 moonstones, but I bought Sally's dress which put me to a little bit over 14000, I came back to switch because it's not opening on Epic and it only gave me 8100. I have lost out a ton of moonstone. I opened the mailbox and it gave me 2500, for a total of 10600.

I bought the expansion and I didn’t receive moonstones for it. I never received the letter in mail to get the moonstones or the other gifts for it. I only received the gifts for being a founder, but nothing for expansion.

I restarted my game and console multiple times… Nothing helped. That’s 5000 moonstones I’m missing :/

I started playing long ago and got the ultimate package. Today when I updated, the only thing I hit were a couple of clothing items. I thought we were getting moonstones and extra stuff if we were part of the founding players? Did I miss something?

Console: steam deck bought the fairy house in the premium shop and it took 6,000 moonstones instead of 3,000 and also I can’t collect the moonstones in my mailbox from the patch for eternal island or the dreamsnaps. It says Mailbox error #8 something unexpected happened try again later

console: switch to xbox.
i bought the expansion on both platforms when starterd playing on xbox saved and played on switch. and everything was fine. then today i went back to xbox and the moonstones from the expansion i opened on switch are gone. i also can’t connect to the cloud save. so i lost all progress of what i did on the switch.

I haven't had any moonstone chests appear for a few days now and my energy won't refill when I go into my house, I've not done the "time travel thing" do I don't understand why this is happening, I play on steam.

I didn’t get the update until the 7th since I’m on a Mac. I got my blue chest on the 7th before I updated but haven’t found any until today, the 10th. I couldn’t find 2 chests from the 8th & 9th.

Issue: I activated the extra duties for the Star Path and gave me an activate Star Path pop up. Accepted and it took my moonstones but now I cannot exit the pop up. Only gives me the option to purchase again, even though I saw my moonstone total decrease from 17,000 to 14,500

I'm now getting a sporadic moonstone/blue i.e. it does spawn once in a while but it's inconsistent/unpredictable. Throw in the fact that it can spawn at either valley or isle, and it gets difficult/impossible to tell if one has spawned or not. Missing 4 days worth of Blue chests.

If possible, I would love like a Moonstone Chest tracker per zone that shows how many chests are in the zone (valley/isle) especially if we're getting more zones in future DLCs.

PS4: I have had no moonstone chest in either the main valley or unlocked areas of Eternity Isle for 3 days now since the release. I’m only getting close blue chest about every other day. 🙁

Platform: Nintendo Switch/Mac issue: missing 500 moonstones. I save my game to the cloud. I logged into my game from my Switch to claim the season gift of 500 moonstones and as I was claiming them I noticed I had 500 less moonstones than I did earlier this morning. I can’t claim the gifts on my Mac since there’s no redemption box so I have to enter the code on my switch. How did I lose 500 moonstones that you then gave back to me as a gift.

Platform: XBox Series S, purchased Ultimate game and DLC. Blue and green chests are not spawning everyday. Sometimes I will find one and some days they just don't appear. I search everywhere, both by running around and in furniture mode, taking a couple of hours to really look into every nook and cranny. My Valley is not very decorated so it can't be hiding anywhere. It's really taking a lot of my gaming time trying to locate them, and then coming up with nothing.

Idk if this is a glitch or not but is anyone else unable to collect their extra moonstone chests? This happened to me a week or so before the update and it was fine the day after it happened and I was able to get my extra uncollected moonstones. It happened again yesterday, I collected my usual chest and I found 2 extra that the game wouldn't let me collect so I just thought it would fix itself like it did last time but nope. I collected 1 of the boxes from yesterday but now I can't collect the other box or today's box

Issue: Blue Moonstone chests inaccessible, saying to come back the next day when trying to open them

This happened recently, but whenever I try to open the blue Moonstone chests, it keeps saying I've collected all of them for today and to come back tomorrow, leaving me unable to claim the ones already there, and thus having them stack as more spawn while I'm unable to open them because of this bug/glitch. Can this be fixed by the next major update?

Issue: I own the dlc on my PC, during the week I login to do daily stuff on my switch. My moonstone chests are consistently spawning in eternity isle only which is completely unfair considering I don't always login to a platform capable of getting there.

Either make the DLC pass cross platform please as it should have been from the get go, or stop the moonstone chests spawning in on eternity isle.

I’m going to stop playing this game. I’ve been submitting tickets about missing chests/moonstones since the Beauty and the Beast update and was told I have all of my moonstones. Now I’m missing 1,000 moonstones. I keep track of my moonstones in a spreadsheet and update every time I collect a blue chest, purchase an item with moonstones, get moonstones for dreamsnaps and note when I don’t get my box.

Issue: I do not have a Blue Chest spawn every day. I try to log in at least every other day to collect rewards, but I am frequently not seeing all of the chests I should have. I even go into furniture mode and move houses, vegetation, etc to make sure it didn't spawn underneath anything and they're not there.

Issue: daily blue, moonstone chest have not been spawning for two weeks. I do not have the DLC my valley is not that decorated due to I worry how things spawn, and not being able to find them, but for the past two weeks, I have been unable to find my blue chest. I have been able to find my one green chest today, but not the blue ones, I have also reported it to Gameloft via website

Issue: I opened a ticket with Support, but I have 3 Moonstone chests stacked in the Wild Tangle from not playing beyond checking Scrooge's Store recently and I can only open 1 a day.

These chests are going to continue stacking like this and I am really frustrated. Not so much over the Moonstones, but over clutter I can't remove. I haven't had the time to go hunting down chests and this is the result. In the past, I could always open all the chests that spawn, so this seems like it might be a recent issue that's cropped up.

Issue: These moonstones due to missing blue chests just need to be solved! I have absolutely checked both the valley and eternity isle--going in and out of all corners. I even moved trees around to make sure they were not hidden somewhere in between. The problem is there's only one chest popping up every day for weeks: no green and absolutely no orange! My last post about the blue chests issue was weeks ago, and being patient definitely didn't help. This has got to be solved unless you want players to start buying your moonstones--this is just insane.
