PS5 - tried to buy the bench unsuccessfully, couldn’t because of the lost connection. Now have the connection, but there is an error that says “you already bought the item”. Coins are also spent.

Issue: Big problem. I bought a starpath reward that cost 10 crowns, the sword motif on 5th page of starpath, but got an error that the item was not found online or something like that. Not only did it actually take the 10 crowns, the reward remains in unpurchased status even after closing out and going back in, crowns spent still gone. So I've permanently lost 10 crowns. I was in Chez Remy on Eternity Isle when this happened.

A screenshot won't prove anything. A video could, but wasn't expecting it. By the time I realized I should of pressed record button, 30 seconds had already passed.

I just stopped typing this to see if restarting game fixed anything, it didn't. I still have 10 crowns gone, but motif remains unpurchased.

EDIT: I tried purchasing that same motif again. This time it let me, but took 10 more crowns. So this whole issue has cost me 20 crowns for 1 motif that cost 10 crowns.

Issue: A few things. 1, a constant red dot showing a completed duty while none are actually completed.
2, star path claiming isn't working properly half the time that it's attempted. Shows errors, requires retrying in order to claim.
3, due to the fact that DLC items are appearing as favorite gifts for non-DLC players(which I currently am until the issues with it are hotfixed), "give (x) character gift" tasks are impeded.

Issue: I gave Remy two favorite gifts to finish the Star Path duty, but one of them didn't count. I had 3/5 prior. I was able to finish the duty however; when I gave him the cherry pie. I think the broccoli didn't count since it's from the DLC.

Harvesting game spawned items did not work for me the same as many others. Harvesting of your existing planted red items (Tomato, Chili, Bell Peppers) or planting and harvesting worked to progress this Starpath.

Issue: villagers constantly asking for DLC gifts. I can't progress my star path when I can't access the things they are asking for. This is ridiculous that it hasn't been addressed or fixed and nothing has been given as compensation. I felt forced into purchasing the DLC if I wanted to complete my star path, but even then, you have to basically be finished with the DLC in order to get all the gifts they want. That's completely unrealistic and total nonsense for something I paid for with premium currency.

Issue: Star Path cannot be completed due to drinking fishing potions.
Since February I have not been able to finish ANY star paths that I paid for because of the ridiculous fact that potions cannot be turned on or off. Why let us stack so many if there is no way to get rid of them to complete star path tasks such as “fish for herring” or “fish for trout”. You are really telling me that I have to fish hundreds of times to get rid of potions that are hard to make just to complete tasks in the star path. This is infuriating.

Issue: The game keeps randomly saying I'm having connection issues but if I just flip from one menu to another, it fixes itself. My mailbox isn't showing any of my messages. And the star path isn't awarding points. I completed two star path duties (gifts for Elsa and convos with anna) and when I redeemed them, it flashed to a screen saying there was no event and then when it went back to the star oath duties they were both gone but I had zero crowns.

Issue: I redeemed star path tokens for the snowy raccoon, but did not receive the companion. Star path shows it as redeemed but it's nowhere to be found in my collection.

Buy Something Cold remains at 0/30 despite purchasing 20 Snowballs at once.
Seems to be a bug in progress tracking.
If the target of the task isn't correct, prehaps add in descriptions of tasks in the future.
Gathering Snowballs dropped from ice also does not progress the task.

Issue: for Both tasks requiring fishing (For Kingfish, and Circles in the Forrest of Valor) - the required colored circles absolutely would not appear. I had to use a potion (that weirdly triggered blue circles to finally appear on the beach) and absolutely could not find any gold circles in the Forrest without using a Potion.

Issue: There are NEVER any orange fishing circles in this biome for me anymore so this starpath duty is pretty much impossible. I have been fishing for hours and no orange circles have spawned, maybe you need to add more spots, a new pond or increase the rates of orange circles in this biome

Issue: abysmal drop/spawn rates

I've been fishing the Forest of Valor over a span of WEEKS trying to complete the task here. I finally got 2 orange fishing circle spawns tonight over multiple hours of continuous play.

Similarly, I've been mining for hours (5 according to my audiobook), with and without a mining companion, and I've yet to get any shiny garnets for the "shiny red gem" task. Which honestly should also include rubies if the drop rate is going to be this ridiculous. Server chatter insists it's only garnets however.

These drop/spawn rates aren't at all accommodating for occasional players who have paid (in-game or otherwise) to participate in the premiere level of Starpath.

Watering the mushrooms in Glade of Trust and collecting mushrooms from them does not count towards the duty and it is very time consuming.

Nintendo Switch Craft a potion you can dig is glitched. Ive crafted 3 potions so far on different work benches and even used them but it wont redeem last reward to finish off the star path 🥲
