Cant login to my account because of connection issue on your servers

Issue: since this patch everytime I log in there is 'online services unavailable' error. My internet is working, my router is fine.

Issue: game will not connect to the internet no matter what i do Have tried restarting computer, using a hotspot/different internet, have uninstalled and then reinstalled the game but no luck.

Cannot connect to online services since the update. Have put my computer on a different internet connection no change. Everything else is working fine. All my other online games work fine. Really annoyed to miss this star pass. This is my favorite one

Issue: Game will not connect to the internet. I have never had this issue prior to this update which makes me sad because I cannot participate in Halloween. I've tried disabling VPNs, restarting games and PC, temporarily disabling firewall, reinstalled, and pretty much everything you can think of with no luck.

Issue: The game keeps saying that it can't connect. I have tried closing and opening the game, restartet Steam, restartet my PC, checked my internet, restartet my internet and nothing fixes the problem.

Pc/steam / steam deck, online services unavailable. Internet is running fine, restarted the game, the steam deck and my internet. Nothing fixed the problem.

Issue: i haven’t been able to connect online since the last update it just says online services unavailable continue to play offline

Issue: "Online Services Unavailable" Have been trying every general fix, and tried every single day, but still getting this and so have completely missed out on the Halloween Star Path items, and wasted moonstones buying the premium path on the one day it worked thinking the issue was fixed.

Unsure where to post but since launch I've been known as player name even though I had input my own nickname. Will there be a way to resolve this?

WillI we be able to change player name soon? I have been waiting so long and the only reason why I even continued playing on this save is because they said name change was coming "soon" MONTHS ago. The game is almost released and I still can't change my name please touch on this topic 😦

Exclusive items missing

I purchased the ultimate edition which shows some exclusive items that I just now realized I never got (with the news of the new future I wanted to confirm what I had originally bought) My history shows the Ultimate Bundle and I have never had the Regal Fox companion, or that Cinderella dress (which I have always wanted!!)
Am I reading this wrong? Is there a glitch? How can I get these items?

I can't see my USER ID thats why i can't fill gameloft support form for the connection issue (i want to send a ticket) so i have a two problems here, i can't see my USER ID and i can't connection to the game.
