How the crash occurred: was moving my house and then it froze when I closed out of the furniture option. I had to close the game.

How the crash occurred: Game won’t load at all. Once the loading bar reaches halfway the following box appears then the game closes.

How the crash occured: The new update has caused severe. crashing issues for me. I'm on the Switch version. A few minutes after starting game, it crashed after closing menu and starting to run. Upon restarting game it crash within 20 seconds as I was running from my house in Meadow to Plaza via east entrance. Both times happened after viewing map in menu, except this time about 5 seconds passed of me running after closing menu before the crash occurred. It was raining both times.

After you guys fixed the crashing issues on Switch I rarely ever get crashes, even during rain, like maybe 1 crash in a day of playing, or no crash. Before you fixed crashes, it was like 1 crash an hour on average. So this even worse than before crashes were fixed.

I just got on a 3rd time to recreate it for video, but it hasn't done it yet. It also stopped raining after entering restaurant in plaza and leaving.

I will echo what the previous posters said about crashing. Its worse than before you fixed it in the previous update. I crashed very rarely after that. It was multiple, multiple times today. I will add that I’m not getting kicked out of the game this time. It is freezing that requires force close. All the same to me.

How the crash occurred: Leaving/working in furniture mode, dreamsnaps voting, or just randomly.

Crashing when I try to open Lion King realm. Note: I had the Eyes in the Dark log bridge issue. Now, I can go into the castle, get to the door, and when I enter it just stays loading forever. Black screen with twirling star. I restarted and it did the same.

I did the update yesterday morning, got a bunch of moonstones and the Ursula bundle and the pirate parrot didn't show up on my companions, So I decided to try to restart my Nintendo switch OLED, and all I get now is an error message #201. So, I still have not been able to play this game with the update

How the crash occurred: I unlocked the Glade of Trust and spoke with Mother Gothel, not sure if that has anything to do with it, but now I can’t go into the menu without the game crashing and getting an error about the game closing due to an unexpected error. I’ve tried three times and it’s done it all three timers which makes the game unplayable

Crashes on going to map. I’ve rebooted the switch, reconnected with WiFi, and powered off/on. I’m getting about a crash an hour for the last two days, but today it’s happened twice in the last 10 minutes.

I have not yet unlocked the BatB quest. I have not placed any of the new star path items or premium store items.

My game was fairly stable after updates 5 and 6, with only a rare crash.

Switch glitches when switching between menu items. I am now trying to help goofy fish for seaweed and it has stalled. Nothing is working. When I shut down to restart, it starts to then will say an error occurred and had to shut down.

I have been experiencing a crash of the game when u try to access the big menu.. I just released gothel and her dark magic and now when I try to find Kristoff to continue the quest it freezes everything every time.. I tried closing, checking for software updates, turning off my device, freeing up storage space on my device and even redownloading the game.

Not crash related but only place I can report for problems with switch. It’s not connecting to my internet, I’ve reset my switch 3 times while my switch is connected to internet as well. Everytime it keeps saying there’s no internet, it’s also not allowing me to log in to my account on cloud save either

I've cleared cache, attempted to update game (it's fully updated), restarted my switch lite, uninstalled and reinstalled.

Mine had also been crashing again since the update A LOT! I have also written an email to Gameloft. they are fixing the problem and I should wait for the next update. I can now agarn nicht more play on the Switch because it always directly crashes when I press the plus.

I bought it on steam hoping it was only happening on the switch but it’s the same on PC , i can open menu it will crash game it was working before last update if possible, maybe implement an option where we could choose what version we play Best example I can think of is Minecraft, that way if there is a glitch people have the option to just play a later version while it’s being fixed I know it’s probably not that simple. This happens to me and my grandmother. Sadly you have to decorate in short bursts. Decorate a bit, get out of that mode, save, then continue. We found out if you keep doing it for over 10 or so minutes it will just do this every time. It's annoying but you won't have to turn the game off and lose progress.

Switch issue with the new weekly Forgotten Quest on Oct. 4th. Quest popped up, went to the plaza and when I tried to enter to the Dark Castle the game closed with a Software Error. Opened the game again and it closed again in the same place 2 more times. On the 4th time I went and did something else and tried again. It finally worked but was slow loading into the dark castle. Two of the NPC needed for the Quest were missing from their houses. The map showed that both were in their houses. It took 5 times going in and out of their house. The Quest that is only about 10 minutes took about 45 minutes to complete. Today one of my extra players was cleaning up a night thorn near the dark castle and the game closed with the software error. All DLV Profiles have very little decorations.

How the crash occured:
Was giving walle the invitations to star gazing and the game froze on the screen and I couldn't do anything but close the game. The last time before this was when I was giving a gift or in a menu and it froze and wouldn't go to anything else and I tried to close the game and then that even froze and I got a error saying my game had a error while trying to close the game. This happens at least once a hour and last time I lost a whole section of level ups on a character and half a quest.

How crash occurred: I have had it happen the last 4 times in the last 2 days. The first time was giving Olaf the odd with his hand the “cancel” and “give” part wasn’t going away and he continued talked. The same thing again happened when I was giving mirabel items to fix the room in Mini Casita. The third time I was just collecting the Motif on the 3rd page in the Event and then my whole screen was having a flash attack when I was exiting the furniture section. I have had to shut down the whole game each time but what ever I have done has obviously saved. I switch over from my Xbox because I couldn’t even open the game it was glitching out that much and would just shut down. Are these a common problem? I haven’t taking videos or photos of it.
