Since the update I am experiencing the worst lag/frame rate drop and glitching which makes the game unplayable for me. It happens in general game play e.g character interaction/moving around and when ever I place down any decorative item inside or out.

issue: since the update the beach house is broken, door is facing the wrong way, mail box isn’t next to the door. When attempting to fix it by changing the house skin doesn’t work. Entry house point is in the tire swing.

Restarting the game didn’t fix it either.

Issue: The Ultra and Very High graphics presets seem to be swapped since the update. If I'm on Ultra there is a fuzzy quality that goes away when I switch to Very High. It's something that a lot of people may not even notice, but I did right away. It's like the Very High preset is what Ultra usually is, if that makes sense.

Very High is the left photo and Ultra is the right. It's a subtle difference, but more apparent in-game.

Issue: The game completely freezes on any screen if I push too many buttons at the same time. (Guessing my button presses are too fast for the game to register) This used to only happen to me when I picked up memories so I have learned not to push any buttons while loading memories but now it's doing it everywhere. Mostly in menus since that's when I press the most buttons. I had to restart my game 5 times so far in 30 mins because of this.

• The urn shadow suggest there are rings but the urn is solid with no gaps or slits.

Issue: Items disappear. These balloons just don’t Found another item…. The basket on the hot air balloon UP bundle. The balloons stay but the basket disappears. show up. It happens with a lot of items.
Video: Sorry it’s shaky but you can see the 2 balloons on either side disappear and reappear. They are usually always missing but when you get close just at the right angle they’ll show up for a second.

Other items that do this at the top of my head are the soda cans (multiple) and the soda can (singular)…. There are more.

Found another item…. The basket on the hot air balloon UP bundle. The balloons stay but the basket disappears.

Issue: I'm not exactly sure what happened in this update but you have definitely made Elsa's upper-torso part of the dress WAY too high, it was the first thing I noticed. You've been updating her character model over the past few months which is great, but please lower it back down and tidy up the eyebrows ❤️ Maybe something could be done about the shader I mean her eyes are GLOWING too! These are just some small issues that will give a better visual experience, which is what we all want! Also her hands appear to be very glossy, may be an issue with the roughness/specular map for the hands

Entrance to the Beach House is now on the wrong side of the building since the last update. (Can't enter via the stairs.) I noticed this when I came into the game and found that my Beach House had actually been rotated, with this side (pictured) facing the beach. I went to go and rotate it, and that's when I realised it had been rotated when the interaction box rotation(?) had been changed.

There's something weird in the Lion King Realm. I don't know what this big floating round ball is, and I can walk right through it... it looks like a trigger or a marker for an interaction (it's a video game thing) but I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to be able to see it and photograph it.

issue: modeling issues with the golden and the blue rose-embroidered shirts (severely choppy polygons) and the blue and golden white formal suits (a missing line of pixels resulting in a floating head). additionally there is a visible (albeit faint) line on the neck where the head model meets the body model, where the texture of the face doesn't mesh into the body

(only the blue versions of the rose-embroidered shirt and the formal suits are pictured to save space, but each issue is identical with their gold counterpart)

Issue: Sometimes, the animation for removing Night Thorns won't play. Instead of the animation, the character just continues to act as they do when you idle/stand still and their hands will glow, but that's all that happens. Quite a shame, my favorite animation in the game.

Issue: Seems there's a hole in my house when I enter. Appeared as a black texture as first, but upon rotating the camera, it is most certainly a hole. I removed the window and readded it, and the void has fixed itself. The hole tends to reappear at random even after reloading the game.

Issue: The raven wings seem to have a weird graphical/physics related bug. I'm not sure the exact cause but after walking, when you stop, the wings seems to "jump" to the right off of the characters back for a moment then return to their correct place. See video for what I mean.

Differnt tools don't seem to change this so I don't think it's the pickaxe doing it.

Sometimes if you're standing too close to a furniture object the wings will do this too.

Issue: Certain furniture changes colour when approached, e.g. hammock between 2 palm trees, it goes from red to blue. Another somewhat similar issue are (park) balloons & Up balloon. The former are not visible until I approach it. The latter, the basket disappears when walking away from it.

Issue: Please give us back the stars on the PlayStation 5. The following picture is from February and the last picture is from tonight. My skies currently have no stars besides constellations.

I've noticed that Xbox players and PC players has stars but PlayStation 5 doesn't, which is weird because the PlayStation 5 is a very powerful system.

Don't know why, but the building-menu (where I can place furniture and nature stuff in the valley) is lagging. It's stuttering while open and stuttering while scrolling and everything need so long. It's impossible to built properly and my AMD Adrenaline told me, while I'm in this menu, my FPS-rate sinks to 2 TWO!!!!! No wonder, it won't work. When I left the menu and play normally the FPS go up to 40-60, all good, just not in this menu! Clothing work normal too, Inventory work normal too, just not the menu for building.
Before it worked without problems, I decorated my whole valley and I MISS IT so much! Dreamsnaps is a problem for me now Q__Q
Please PLEASE fix this! It is really no fun at this rate.

1. The item (Baymax Gaming Chair) has its right armrest invisible until you are really close to it.
2. The item (Sink) is invisible when you are close to it and only visible when far from it. It has its collision box even when invisible.
3. The item (Madrigal Table) has it’s table cloth only appear when you are close to it.
4. The item (Black Gothic Wheel Window) has its texture messed up.
5. The three items (Island Drawings, Homey Rug, and Slithering Rug) all turn invisible when grabbed to move in the furniture mode. You only see the green grid squares not the items themselves.
6. The item (Tufted Chaise) has its texture color wrong.
7. The item (Gaston’s Antler Chair) makes the player look like they are hovering above the seat. The chair is too low visually.

I often get this issue where a pop up won’t go away. It happens sometimes when giving an item (as pictured) or frequently when using the map’s fast travel option. After choosing an option, the effect takes place (the item is given, or my character teleports) and the popup should go away but it doesn’t. When this happens, I can move the camera, and move the cursor between the popup’s options. In the case of the fast travel, I can even choose another biome or realm to travel to, but the popup won’t disappear and I can’t continue the game, I can only restart. Experienced this same exact issue on both Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck.

Fast travel didn’t fix it either.

Issue: missing stars in night sky. Comparing to my PC version I see that stars are removed from the PlayStation platforms at some point. I never noticed it until about a week ago. This is very disappointing as I just purchased a PS5 which is miles more powerful than my PC and stars are missing even from the PS5 version. At least the PS5 version should be on par with ultra settings on PC. BRING BACK THE STARS!!! ✨

After the Olaf update, the stars have disappeared from the night sky. Constellations are still there along with heavy gradient banding. I thought it was all platforms but other players in my household play on other platforms and have stars. Is this an oversight/glitch that will be fixed in an upcoming update or is this permanent for PS4/5? No word about this being a known issue & no response to my official ticket.

Issue: when I first started this game a year ago, the first thing that caught my eye , the thing that made me say " wow! This game is beautiful" was the night sky. And when the time of day offset was implemented it was officially 100% of the time night in my valley. Can we have our stars back Please!? I honestly hate these cloudy skies with all the rain and fog. Give us the stars! I can live without the rest. Also the only time my game lags a little is when it rains and it rains all the time! Why is it raining so much now?! This is really aggravating when trying to do dreamsnaps also. Mise well just let us control the weather and sky. I don't need rain to water my crops, I can do that myself. Who's bright idea was it to suck the magic right out of the sky 🙄, terrible decision.

Yeah, that's what I did after I figured out how to get my files to not be hidden so I could save a copy of my game file. The directions here weren't working for me but I figured it out. All fixed now!

Here's what they responded to me about the lack of stars on PS4/5. They seem to have taken it as a suggestion or a wishlist item. I wrote back and explained that other consoles are enjoying a starry night sky and it used to be something we also had at the beginning of the game:

I'm just going to keep posting about it because in my opinion, it's an issue. Ever since the lion king update, I thought it was a part of the mission where you have to"clear the skies" so Simba can reflect on his ancestors ECT. But apparently it wasn't because ever since then my game is nothing but foggy, cloudy and rainy. A blurry background with the same clouds on a scrolling rotation. So depressing. Before this the skies were beautiful, with color changes, fun clouds and gorgeous stars 🤩. I don't know how anyone can take a decent dreamsnap in this hot mess. The game looks so dreary now and I've noticed a ton of lag due to it. And yes I say due to it because I was curious so I've completely emptied my valley to redecorate. Even now I have only half the amount of allotted items and the lag persisted through the entire process. With a bare landscape! Fix the skies Gameloft!

I keep posting about this too and have submitted a ticket. The gradient banding on PlayStation is just awful. Just stripes across the sky at all times. There are no stars whatsoever except for the constellations. The sky doesn't even get dark at night...just that bright, stripey gradient banding all over the place. I know that PlayStation can handle the load. I've been playing since day 1 and am too far in now to start over on PC or else I would. Super frustrating.
