Idk if this is the right thread for this issue but I had 3900 moonstones on my switch I wanted to use up. So I got the star path and the Halloween tool set from the shop. I logged onto my Xbox and it used the 5800 I had on there too. What happened to moonstones are not cross compatible and how come I was double charged in a way then?? 😢

Issue: can’t buy Moonstones. Press “continue” to open the Microsoft store transaction window but the dialog box is never triggered so can’t actually purchase Moonstones.

Issue: Activated the Star path for 3,300 moonstones (never activated or received the 100 star path points) then spen the other 2500 to activate it and would like my moonstones back as well as the points added because I've now spent 5,800 moonstones on the star path

Hi! What's going on with the blue chests? I play on PS4 and since the update I've only found 1 whilst on the Xbox game pass my wife on her laptop found 6!! I need the moonstones for the star path so anyone know what's going on?

I have purchased the game on Switch, Steam and Epic and previously had 3 different moonstone balances. After making purchases in the premium shop, all three have the same (lowest) balance. As I’ve done my star path, I’ve noticed the balance is remaining the same on all three.

Platform Switch/Xbox game pass
I had just over 9000 moonstones on my Xbox game pass game and 2800 on my switch. Went to use the Xbox moonstones, loaded my cloudsave game and now it's showing the switch amount. I thought the moonstones don't carry over between platforms? If that new why didn't my Xbox ones carry over?

Before the update (after it error 201 was fixed so I missed out on moonstones for a month already) I would find two blue moonstone chests a day. Now I'm only finding one and sometimes none for the day.

I have about 3,000 more moonstone on my Nintendo Switch than I do on my Steam account. Everything else has always synced correctly except that and I'd like to have access to my full amount of moonstone on both versions. Please help!

Issue: Bought the 14.500 moonstone pack (the one of almost 50€) via Microsoft Gamepass and it doesn't show up, none the mailbox neither the shop. I recieved the Microsoft confirmation email with the purchase, but nothing happens. I've waited 12 hours. I bought them on purpose so I could purchase the premium items of the store, but they dissapear today....

Issue: I haven't seen Blue Chests for the past 2 days (checked everything), and today on the third day I only found one, although I somehow had 3 Green chests, when I know I found at least Green one day before.

Issue: Purchased 5500 moonstone pack earlier today, payment went through however my mailbox is still empty despite logging in a few times to check if it finally kicked in.

Edit: been playing for hours and nothing has yet to load in my mailbox. Xbox says I have purchased it- shows up as owned in the xbox store but nothing in game.

Haven't seen any fixes for this- curious if it means I just need to request a refund from xbox?

Update: no moonstones 24 hrs later- tried contacting Xbox as well at this point.

Xbox series S: moonstone chest collection. I’ve noticed collecting the chest is not working. I’ve collected 150 worth of moonstones and they haven’t registered to my current.
