Issue: Same issue with Beach House shifting position and the mailbox being on the wrong side here on PS4. The house rotated from where I had it placed and the mailbox is now on the side instead of by the wrong side. I’m loving this update and all the new content. this is the only issue I’ve noticed so far.

Issue: Beast not giving extra fish while hanging out (fishing buddy).
Description: Hopefully this is the right place for this bug. My Beast is fully leveled up and I assigned him for fishing. I've just fished between 5-10 times and he doesn't give extra fish. In fact he walks away and doesn't come back til I'm done. His path is not blocked and I'm in an open area. I've tried multiple biomes. He appears to be making a gesture as if he's tossing my character something (although I have no previous frame references since he's a new character). However, he's not actually dropping any fish.

Attached sped-up video shows that we are currently hanging out, that he's leveled up to 10, a fishing buddy, and displays behavior described above while fishing.

Issue: Internet Connectivity Issue
After updating this morning when I launch the game it gives me a box that reads: "The game is experiencing some connectivity issues with online services. Please wait a few minutes and try again." If I click Connect it then says "Cannot connect to online services. Continue playing in offline mode." I have been trying for a couple of hours and have restarted my computer. I am currently typing this on the computer so my internet is working just fine. If I play offline the update is not in my game and any progress isn't saved so I can't play at all.

The beach house entrance is now on the side of the tire swing and not where the door is. So it's like broken even the patching around it is not correct you can walk through the dock that you previously couldn't

Also the NBC fishing rod makes the market for where your aiming to catch fish vertical and not flat like it's supposed to be (not sure if this is all fishing rods at the moment or only this one)

Also noticed minor lag and multiple crashes since updating

Beauty and the Beast West Wing - I clicked "Open" on this green chest while I was ON THE OTHER SIDE of the metal bars.
My character started slow-mo running all the way around to the other side of the metal bars to open the chest. Could not abort.
Probably not intended that I could click it from the other side of the metal bars. Recommend moving it slightly away from the bars so it's not close enough to interact.

Not really sure if its a bug, but definately an issue. While woroing on the "Into the West Wing" quest after you equip the Candleatick disguise & the Candle hat the performance (smoothness) seens kind of "laggey". Im playing on Xbox One bynthe way.

Steam has this issue as well.
It appears that the "Entryway" code for interaction has been rotated over towards the side of the house located with the tire swing. You can still enter the beach house, but both the "Door" and "Mailbox" have been relocated due to some sort of error with the background code settings for the item.
All interior items are also safely retained in place as well.
An odd thing with this glitch is that the building was rotated upon login.
Uncertain if that was a developer noticing and patching that in, so that players can enter while they fix multiple bugs.

Hello. I’ve never done this before on discord so this is all new.
But with the new Beauty and the Beast realm I have an issue where when I put the candle stick costume on my game starts to run ridiculously slow and laggy. Immediately when I remove the costume it goes back to perfect running rate. Idk if anybody else has experienced this?

Game gets very slow and laggy in the beauty in and the beast realm at 2 points (so far) first it happens when you are doing the quest to catch the books but the more books you manage to catch the less laggy it gets until its back to normal once you have caught them all
Second points is when you put on the outfit for the quest. Game gets laggy again like with the books.
After Experimenting the second point is the hat making it laggy, only wearing the costume does not create lag but wearing only the hat does

Issue: Cannot use the elevator in the house, she has only been able to purchase one additional room. When she attempts to use the elevator to expand her house, it just closes the window. She has completed all of Scrooges quests. We have even taken all of the items out of the room as per a youtube video suggested and that has done nothing.

Having server connection problems on Steam as well.

Has anyone with server problems checked if they were still logged into their GameLoft account?
It appears to have a habit of kicking you off from time to time, depending on the update.

Okay, "The game is expereincing issues with Cloud Service" is the official error message I am getting right now.
It previously claimed my login credentials were invalid, likely because the servers are on the fritz and can't connect anywhere.

Game Loft is either having server problems, or a DDoS attack.

I had the same problem. One was hidden under a rock in the river in Sunlit Plateau. The other was in the Glade of Trust river near the southern land bridge underneath algae. Neither could be seen from any angle or by changing lighting to midday.

I moved all the furniture (it's fully decorated with theme park items), even looked inside the rock, but nowhere to be found.
It's annoying since Star Path wants us to clear them, and this only adds to the days I could've finished it.

My beast greenhouse that you get from his last friendship quest is faulty, I levelled it up all the way to 10 but it still says it’s only level 1 and am only getting 2 flowers. I’m not sure what’s going on as I payed all the money to Scrooge to level it up but it’s not worked for some reason. I hope this will be fixed soon as I want all my flowers, this is on my switch.

Switch: mannequins are not changing the hair correctly. When placing an outfit on a mannequin it gives it an old hair color. When wearing an outfit from a mannequin it gives a different hair color as well. Then in the hairstyle menu it shows the other color and it has to be clicked on to correct it. (photo 6: purple*, not people)

Side note... This would have been a lot easier to show if I could have done a quick video! 😠

Issue: I got a moonstone refund for the Haunted Mansion Bundle even though it’s working fine for me. I didn’t change the skin of my primary house but instead dropped both houses down as completely separate buildings. Never had any errors or problems with the bundle, though I didn’t change the skin of my primary house (which is the Nightmare Castle) I just wanted to say it works fine when I set them down as separate houses.

Duty completed
Task 2: Catch 3 fish in Biome 2 (2/3 caught)
Me: ??

Task: Mine 4 rock spots (in Biome or generic)
Me: Mines 1 rock spot
Duty completed
Me: ??

None of the issues are with critical results, which I have noticed will complete the Duty nonetheless. It just seems that the Duties are registering wrong, and counting stuff that is not there.

I hope I am being clear enough!

Issue: Character’s are still quiet, no text bubble chats.

Not sure if this is the right spot to put this. Before the update all the characters were quiet and not doing their voice lines and there weren’t any chat bubbles when they interacted, so I could read what they were saying. We were told it was a bug and that it would be fixed in this update. Well, it was only fixed for a day and I’ve noticed they went back to being quiet and there aren’t any chat bubbles popping up when I see them talking to others. I even witnessed Donald having a very quiet tantrum.

Issue: My Premium Beach House Skin ,which was placed down and not applied to my actual house, became rotated after the update. As you can see the mailbox is on the wrong side of the building and the prompt to enter appears on the tire swing side of the house. I can still enter the house but not through the proper side. So to have the house appear as I intended it to look in my valley makes it unable to be entered.

Issue: extreme lag frame drops are placing trees that have animated leaves. The red one is the worst and caused my game to crash. I have been experiencing Frame drops since early summer late spring but with this update it’s got 10 times worse. I used to think it was just the dreamlight trees or waterfalls but now seems apparent it’s all moving trees.

Issue: I am not sure where to put this but one of the things that is really difficult to obtain are the memories. I think for the year I’ve been playing I only ever got one memory in related to watering flowers. If memories weren’t already hard enough to generate- if they did pop out, it was a coin. I have noticed improvements in the other memories except for watering and cooking.

Issue: I have been having issues since April, where i can't access the premium store or buy moonstones. Have placed more then one ticket and they first said I must have time traveled but I haven't ever done that. Then they told me that they would look into it. Nothing has ever came of that. But now I can not connect to the online services at all. My internet is 100% fine as i can use it for absolutely anything else .

I am unable to interact with the green crystal ball in the herbalist room to get the seeds for the green potato. I looked up a guide for how to find the potatoes and it lead me here. PC: Yeet to Chest is stopping after first full stack.
for example, if i have 49 apples and 20 carrots in the chest, and 5 apples and 5 carrots in my inventory... when i "Y"eet them into the chest, the apples hit the 50 stack limit, and 4 go into the one empty slot in my chest.
but then the carrots don't go in at all, even though there is room for them in their stack.

i'm sure this used to work properly.

Pickled Herring, was changed to Sweet Herring. Scar has a Favorite Things of the Day for Pickled Herring. I made Sweet Herring and gave it to him and it didn't count. I have a Star Path quest to give him 5 gifts and when I gave him the 3 for today it only counted as 2.
Edit to add: Tiggerlily has assisted and advised that Marinated Herring was the recipe that changed to Sweet Herring. Pickled Herring, however, has disappeared from the Known Recipe List and can only be made in game if you know, from outside sources, the recipe for this.

Issue: Certain seated furniture items are unable to be sat/lounged on when placed on top of certain rugs. So after some extensive testing with the items I have in game, if any of these seats (Blue “Wanderer” Couch, Compass Ottoman, Enchanted Stone Bench, Over Easy Chair, Pearly Piano Bench, Polka Dot Armchair, Royal Piano Bench, Simple Stool, or Wicker Bar Stool) are placed centered on top of any of these rugs (Leaf Pile Rug, Lion Patterned Rug, Pink Sweet Tooth Rug, Round Rug, Shell Bathmat, Velvet Carpet) the prompt to sit/lounge will not appear and you are unable to sit on them period. I also tested beds but they seamed unaffected. I’ve included a screenshot of all the rugs I’ve tested and an image of all seats and rugs that are effected. There is also a clip I had from when I first discovered the issue back with the Fairy Godmother Update. Some notes tho: The sit/lounge prompt pops up if the chair is 1/2 off of the rugs but not when centered on them. It seemed to me if the portion of the item that the player character actually sits on is fully on the rug the prompt is gone. Also the item (Carved Wood Bench) is likewise effected when placed on those rugs, but it only loses the prompt on one side not both sides.

Issue: The 2 rugs (Charter Rug and Carpet) are unable to be grabbed when on top of pathing. When you try to grab them, the game always grabs the pathing under them instead. The only way to grab them is to remove some pathing from under them first, so you can then select them.

Issue: Some Furniture items don’t follow the same placement and/or logic as other items of a similar kind. Here are some I have found.

The Underbrush item (Forgotten Lands Fern) is unable to be placed on pathing despite all the other Biome Ferns being able to be on pathing.
The Item (Marble Column) is unable to be placed on rugs despite every other item labeled “Column” and “Pillar” are able to be placed on rugs.
The crafted item (Wrought Iron Arch) is unable to be placed on rugs unlike how other arches like (Festive Pennants, All the Balloon Arches, and Sunny Side Up Arch) can be placed on rugs.
The crafted item (Pampas Grass Jug) is unable to be placed on tables unlike other Bouquets of foliage. For instance the item (Dusky Floral Arrangement) is very similar in dimensions and can still be placed on tables.
The Crafted items (Ariel’s Crafting Station and Dreamlight Fountain) both remove pathing from underneath them when placed. All other crafting stations and standard fountains don’t do that.
Some Outdoor Lamppost can be on carpet and others can’t. These one can: (Lampposts with “color”, “color” Light High Beach Torch, “color” Light Low Beach Torch, Wooden Lamppost with “color” Light). But all these ones cannot be on rugs: (Round “color” Three-Pronged Lamppost, Round Lamppost with “color” Light, and “color” Wrought Iron Streetlamp).
Items like (Fridge Covered in Notes, Room Divider, Royal Grand Piano, Ancient Stove, On-the-Dot Clock, and “color” Ice Cream Stand) cannot have ceiling items placed above them in certain spots, but other taller items than them can have ceiling items placed above them like (Maui’s #1 Fan, Poor Unfortunate Bookcase, Coral, Shells and Rock Pillar).
*Some of these may be bugs or intentional because of certain in game furniture parameters/code. But for someone who doesn’t understand that and just wants to design things, it’s hard when things aren’t consistent across the board. -Sorry for the long post!

Did all the usual things such as restarting PC, restarting game, uninstalling & Reinstalling, resetting the router, and even switching computers from a wireless connection to a wired connection. Iv also waited almost a month sense the new update. Checking and seeing if just time passing would help. Nothing works and I cant play the game period now unless its offline but none of the new stuff is available. Very frustrating as it guarantees I miss out on anything new. (Slight edit: I tried on 2 more different platforms. Switch and Xbox. Same error. Iv now attempted every viable option to play and am unable to :/ .
Not to mention I have been dealing with bugs for months. Including not being able to access the store or dreamsnaps and its like the last few updates have just been getting progressivily worse in terms of limiting the game on my end. Up to this point where I can now not play period. I love the game dont get me wrong but I cant support what I cant play in any capacity. 😔 .

Issue: Two issues still in game.

My mailbox is constantly saying I have a new letter. No matter how many times I go through and clear all the notifications, after awhile it will say I have new mail again. I know that the letter (The Centennial Star Path Ending Soon) is the one that isn’t staying read. On my Mom’s separate game she now has this bug as well but it’s the (The Wonder of Pixar Star Path Ends Soon) letter that won’t stay read.
Belle was not allowing me to hang out with her. Every time I asked her to hang she would say “au revoir” afterwards then walk off. I spammed the menu and after many tries, she finally followed me, but when I had her stop following me she started acting really buggy. She would just stand there and be looking down and to the right. Then she would randomly do the animation she does when she gives you extra stuff from farming, foraging, etc. Note: I didn’t do anything once she followed me, I walked her over to my DreamSnap picture location and then had her stop following me once she was boxed in. I’ll share a zoomed in picture of her from my submission so you can see how her head was stuck. She didn’t do the grabbing something off the ground animation when I was in photo mode, she only did it when I was out of it.

Issue: Villagers sometimes become bugged when in photo camera mode, especially after long periods of time in it. Both of these things happen frequently to Ariel, but I’ve had them happen with other villagers as well.

When in the camera mode waiting to take a picture, villagers will sometimes stop moving while looking at the player character. They are stuck like this until you leave camera mode. The second you leave camera mode a text bubble appears above them and they say their default message. If you go back into the camera mode before the speech bubble finishes and goes away, they will stay stationary and unmoving. If you let the speech bubble complete before entering back into photo mode they are fine. This is annoying when you have to reset up the angles and zoom of the camera mode to get the right angle again every time this happens.
Villagers don’t seem to be willing to sit on furniture anymore when close to the player character while in photo mode. I recently spent hours trying to get a perfect picture for a DreamSnap but not once did Ariel sit down. I know they used to be able too, because in the Dreamlight Ball DreamSnap Ariel sat done just fine for that picture. She also was sitting down fine, this time, before I went into the camera mode, but never once I was in it.

Issue: Two issues still in game.

My mailbox is constantly saying I have a new letter. No matter how many times I go through and clear all the notifications, after awhile it will say I have new mail again. I know that the letter (The Centennial Star Path Ending Soon) is the one that isn’t staying read. On my Mom’s separate game she now has this bug as well but it’s the (The Wonder of Pixar Star Path Ends Soon) letter that won’t stay read.
Belle was not allowing me to hang out with her. Every time I asked her to hang she would say “au revoir” afterwards then walk off. I spammed the menu and after many tries, she finally followed me, but when I had her stop following me she started acting really buggy. She would just stand there and be looking down and to the right. Then she would randomly do the animation she does when she gives you extra stuff from farming, foraging, etc. Note: I didn’t do anything once she followed me, I walked her over to my DreamSnap picture location and then had her stop following me once she was boxed in. She didn’t do the grabbing something off the ground animation when I was in photo mode, she only did it when I was out of it. Mirabel also did get stuck doing her animation of granting extra items in the same spot. Both did the animation toward the item (Book Stack), maybe it played a part in the bug. This picture shows belle stuck in the loop and what she was near…. It didn’t post the picture so I’ll send it when I can.

Issue: The door inside my Haunted Mansion for the middle room seems to be permanently gone. So I was inside my Haunted Mansion that I had placed down, not my main house, and while I was designing the lobby to it, when I went ahead and left furniture mode some of the items reverted to previously placed items that I had switch out or they just went back into my inventory. The door was set to my last Thorny Door I had in storage. I noticed the door vanished and now there is nowhere I can go to on the wall to get the prompt to enter that room now. I left the Mansion and entered again, and I did try both doors to enter, and I reloaded the game and still the door is gone. I suspect that since I had moved the door one space to the left when redesigning the room, that when it must have tried to reset to the spot the wall candle is in and thus it just dipped since it wasn’t a valid place to be in. I did check and the door skin did go back into my inventory. I also checked and the door didn’t become inverted or invisible like some items do ie: the bookshelf or potion cabinet as you can see in the 2 pictures the door isn’t on the inverse side of the wall either.

As for why the room resetting like that, for me it seems that if I’m in furniture mode for a very long time (like leave my game open and go do something for a bit) or if I use the undo button a few times either by itself or in combination of being in furniture mode for a long time, the room or area tends to glitch and undo or remove some of the things I’ve done.

Update: I also tried putting the Mansion back in storage and then placing it down again, but sadly the door is still gone.

Issue: Extra blue chests won't go away

When switching from the Steam Deck to PC sometimes it'll automatically select local save without me giving it input (usually if I've left it waiting for 10 seconds), and even though I haven't hit "Continue" there's no way to undo that option and select "Cloud Save". This alone is an annoying issue, but the worst part is that it causes a new blue chest to spawn in my game. I'm now up to 3 extra blue chests that I can't get rid of or move, with a new one spawning each day.

Obviously if I try to redeem more than one blue chest a day, I get an error. I'm not trying to exploit the game - I just want them gone. (Although the extra one I have in the Glade of Trust I've kinda decorated around to me a treasure trove area. Making lemonade out of lemons, y'know?)

I play on the PC. I am currently having issues with my energy refilling when I am in my house. It doesn't fill up at all. I have to sit down and my energy slowly refills. This is right after the Trick or Treat Candy Buckets appeared, 10/24. I think it is a bug.

Issue: in the collection tab, items aren't counted or categorized correctly. For example, I have every memory of the old diaries (no empty spaces and counted them) but it says I have 45/47. I also have wallpapers I can use in furniture mode, but they don't appear in the furniture tab. Another example is the art deco poster of Elsa and Woody are under Moana, or the aquamarine nightstand is under Little mermaid and non-Disney at the same time.

Issue: When harvesting and holding down E its freezing and taking ages to harvest everything. The character freezes and I can't move them. So when they go to collect stuff they are still stuck harvesting 1 every few seconds. It's so annoying! Especially when it spawns out the time limit ones. If I'm frozen I can't move and collect them.

Issue: when fast traveling via wishing wells, companions are stuck next to the wishing well you travel to and do not follow your character. The only way I’ve found to free them from being stuck to the well is to go into wardrobe mode, unselect the companion, reselect them, and they pop back next to you and stay beside you (until you fast travel and they get stuck)

Issue: PS5 no longer has stars in the sky, they have been missing since the February update. I still have constellations but no stars.

Issue: The art deco lights cannot be toggled on and off. Same with the Christmas trees.

Issue: Inside every house that is able to be decorated inside, my upgradable player house or any placed down premium house skins, inside every single individual room, including the entrance room, there is one corner that is unable to have specific wall items placed in it. In the video you will see that all of the wall items on the left wall are unable to be placed in the corner to our right of them, but the 2 wall items on the right wall are able to be placed in that corner no problem. No matter how you position the camera or however you drag the items into the corner, they will never be able to be placed there, it always skips over that corner when trying to place them. This only happens to the one corner in every room, all the other corners in the room don’t do this. It also only happens when the room is set to the biggest size possible, I tested the medium and small sized rooms and this glitch doesn’t effect any corners in those sized rooms. I’ve included a screenshot of almost all the wall items that I found that are unable be placed in those corners mentioned: (the Shower Stalls are also effected). I also marked the specific corners in each room on the upgrade house menu. In order to show which corner is affected by the glitch. I marked them from the perspective of being in the room with the door to your characters back. The glitched corner is consistently in the same corner inside each room across all houses. This has been in the game for awhile and I hope it can be fixed soon! 🥰 I love decorating inside houses and this glitch makes that hard sometimes. 😅
*Also the item (Stage Curtain ~~ Right) is not effected by this glitch unlike the item (Red Drapery) which is effected. **Also several of these items that can’t be placed in the corner have a tendency to flip to the other side of the wall, you can see the item (Red Drapery) do it and items like (Potion Cupboard and Tall Bookshelf) also do it.

Man, the game's officially dropping in Less than a month and are they EVER gonna fix this Issue thats been here since Early Access Launch?! The issue where you click too fast and the Textbox stays up, leaving you with literally no other option but to wait 5 minutes for the autosave to kick in and then reset my game?? You literally cant get rid of that textbox, youre forced to wait and do nothing unless you wanna lose some progress. We can't still be on this... It happens on Xbox and PC, so can only assume its a Platform-wide issue. This needs fixing for certain

Might be that Fairy Godmother has low lvl, and I need to progress further. Yet, I’ve five digging characters. Olaf lvl 10, Kristoff lvl 10, Minnie Mouse lvl 10, Scrooge McDuck lvl 10 and lastly Fairy Godmother.

Issue: The furniture item "Cozy Companion Home" causes the furniture placement mode to lag, increasing significantly with each one placed. I have been having trouble placing or moving anything in the valley, but a Reddit post suggested the problem was the cozy companion homes so i went and put all the critters away and removed all the homes and the lag improved significantly with each one. By the time i got to the last house the lag was barely noticeable.

Issue: When I play the game from Gaming Mode the resolution never sets to 1280x800, only to 1280x720 making the game run in 16:9 aspect ratio creating some huge bezels on the top and bottom of the screen
While in Desktop Mode the game runs correctly with 1280x800 resolution with the native 16:10 aspect ratio
I thought this was a resolution issue for the game not supporting Steam Deck aspect ratio but when I ran the game from Desktop Mode I was proven wrong
I need a fix for this please as I play exclusively from Gaming Mode 3808prayge

issue: couldn't take a screenshot or even read it because it was very fast, but I was the red arrow, looking in the direction of the arrow; and I saw a speech bubble at the height of the plaza, zoom somewhere around the yellow arrow. Of course all I could see was the wall so I don't know if there was a character under the bubble, but they would have been under the ground.

Platform: Steam Deck
Issue: Can’t fast travel with buddy. Doesn’t happen every time but fairly frequently. I have to ask them to hang out again. Had to ask them twice today before it let me Fast Travel with them.

Issue: stars to guide us: the seeds won't plant and the game says to meet with Simba at the dried out oasis
But I have all the seeds and Simba doesn't do anything when I talk to him

issue: vitalys mine dreamlight duty triggering while mining on the beach
(by the way, the duty says to mine 4 spots, not to collect 4 gems, so I think that part has a problem too)

Platform: Switch. Maybe others. Issue: Occasionally when your character interacts with something like harvesting, mining, or talking you and the thing you’re using will freeze for a 5 to 10 second delay before resuming. This can be a problem during a lucky golden harvest because the harvest times out before you unfreeze. Now this is not a game-breaking or serious bug, but maybe something that can be patched after the update.

I do have this happen to me from time to time(I'm on switch I think it might have something to do with the hardware since the switch isn't that powerful compared to Playstation 5 for example but it could also be the game itself)

Switch. I did lots of decorating yesterday. Saved locally and to cloud. I didn't close the game though. When I came back today it wasn't connected to the server so I tried to go back to title scene. It sat for a minute and didn't seem to be doing anything so I closed the game from the Switch home screen. When I went back into the game, instead of using my local save, it brought me back into the game like yesterday day didn't happen. Scrooge's store even had yesterday's inventory.

Found a Bugged flower I can't pick up at all on my ps4 tonight. I tried no matter what it won't let me pick it. LOL first bug I found on ps4.
