I'm at work and just checked again. I mow have a house haunted tower to buy. At least I have a building now instead of a blank space! Thank you Devs and Gameloft for hearing our issues and fixing them right away!!

I bought the haunted mansion and got the same error message. My moonstones was spent but I still don't have the house. Hope it will be fixed very soon.

Issue: The Haunted Mansion Bundle was not there when I loaded in, I had 3 items instead of 4. Then later it showed The Tower of Terror available to be purchased. I spent the 2500 moonstones and it shows purchased but it is not in my inventory.

@dawn turret The Tower of Terror unfortunately is not a house. Go to your furniture tab, then the Misc. Tab. Scroll down and It should be there.

I dont know where to put this but i applied the Haunted “Before Christmas” Mansion house skin to my main house before I knew it was a glitch...now I'm getting error code 201 and can't login...can't get past loading screen

Issue: I purchased the haunted mansion bundle before I went to work and did nothing with it. Now I came back home and saw there are issues with the house and saw it was removed. In the game news it states that I would still have access if I previously purchased.

I can't find the haunted mansion in my inventory to place and my moonstones are still gone.

Anyone else have this issue?

I’m not sure if this is the right place or not but if it isn’t sorry. I brought the tower of terror house skin. I went to try and place it but it’s not there. I then tried to see if it would show up to replace my house skin and it doesn’t. It says i own it but it’s nowhere to be seen in my skins. I’ve placed a ticket but i wanted to post it here as well. Edited to say I’m playing on the switch but i also have it on pc. I haven’t checked if it’s there yet though.

It's not a skin...it's furniture. I found it under miscellaneous. Confused me also.

I purchased the ghostly fox and zero house but the fox is not listed under my companions. I was able to place the zero house with no problems.

I bought the mansions on the switch version prior to. Both have been removed and the tower has been replaced in my inventory. Please issue a moonstone refund on premium item mistakes. I do not want the tower. I wanted the mansions.

I haven't seen this reported before. The target circle while using the NBC Fishing Rod is not displaying correctly. It's rotated vertically.

Issue: When viewing the Tower of Terror, it is telling us that it comes with the wrong thing. It says it's gonna give us the Enchanted ice fountain instead of the Tower of Terror.

dunno how to screenshot, but im on PC but playing off xbox app. I recently got the pirates of the caribbean pack, and the only items i got were the metal grate and map table, im missing the fountain of youth and the chalice. did they take them out for gamebreaking purposes, like the fountain of youth?

check in furniture/all, then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the items u have, should be down there. also filtering by new stuff sometimes doesnt show the new items. worst case if that doesnt work, reset your game

Seems to have fixed itself now, the items weren't physically in my furniture either, I also checked on switch and was having the same issue.

I tried to purchase the skeletomobile it comes up saying "Cannot purchase because you already own at least one item". I do not have it.

These 2 furniture bundles have not been in the shop for a long time. I said I’d get them next time they popped up but that was quite awhile back. This is less of a bug and more of an observation.

Issue: Wall-e bundle didn’t give me any outfits or it did give me one for wall-e, but not the other two. So I got so I could craft his boot and his outfit and nothing more and all of the bundle quests are done.

Issue: this has been bothering me for a while, finally getting around to posting. My Art Deco Elsa and Woody posters are listed under the Moana Universe in the Furniture Sets tab. Tiana, Mickey, and Minnie Posters are in the appropriate universes.

Issue: I bought the Dapper Wall-E bundle, right when it came out and I have finished all the quests for it.
I was stuck for the longest time on the part where you craft the boot and you had put use it when you setup a date scene for Minne and Mickey. After that bug was patched and I could finish all quests, to my surprise I never got all the items that should had been included in this bundle and I have reported this two times before and don’t understand why a thing you buy for moonstones has not been fixed yet. This is the items I never got AND also a big reason why I bought the bundle: Victorian Matchmarker's Dress, Sunbird-Feathered Hat, Dapper Suit and the Bowler Hat.
