Platform : Xbox one S / Windows pc Quest : The great blizzard ; Issue : I am stuck since 8 to 9 months in this quest because the first pool of sparkling particles ( the one near the outside Pilar) never showed up . In 9 months i send 4 reports , i tried everything , watered the entire biome , watrered everything in the cave , in every order , nothing works . It's been 9 updates sice then , and it never gets fixed . Why did i pay for this game if i cant progress my quests for 9 entire months ?????????

doing beast’s level 2 quest. game did the thing that happens very often to me where the prompt to give a character something stays on the screen after i select “give,” which softlocks me. restarted the game and the food i gave to beast was gone from my inventory. went to talk to him as instructed and the game softlocked again because i don’t have the food anymore and he technically has it but the game is confused. will probably happen again if i restart once more.

EDIT: surprisingly restarting the game again let me proceed, thank goodness

Platform: Switch. Quest: ? - I can no longer see it sorry! It's the part of the Ursula bundle quest where you wait an hour. Issue: The quest was in my quest log but now it seems to be gone. Not sure if it's a real issue or if they vanish now when the character goes to sleep which she has now done. Hope it's normal and not a bug but I've never experienced this before.

The quest reappeared but it looks like it's starting over and wanting me to change Ursula to Vanessa.. which was the 1st step in the questline. Being she is asleep I cannot tell for sure.

On Mac, I am unable to craft the Mirror of True Seeing for Beast’s “The Crown or the Claw” quest. It is not showing up under my crafting menu selections but it is indicating the items needed in order to craft it. (I have all the materials to craft it already)

Issue: nala's fish quest extra fish in inventory.
( I finished this quest the week it was released but i still have an extra fish in my inventory that I can't use or sell. I got this extra fish because I had a fishing buddy with me during the quest and i got three fish but the quest only asked for two. I think I report this back then I don't remember but it still isn't fix so i'll report the issue here.)

Issue: I am currently on Belle's level 7 quest, "The Best Mystery Solver in Dreamlight Valley". I have gotten as far as to the second memory, and unfortunately the page ended up flying to the left and into a corner that is unreachable. Due to being in Mickey's Hidden Room, I am unable to edit anything in the room. I can't grab the page either. I have seen a few people come across this issue, and I just want to get the page to work on the quest. I was able to fix the issue for myself by going on the other side of the wall, but for others who may not be able to I wanted to report it.

I have tried picking up all of my other houses, restarting the game, removing some of the furniture from the main room and clearing the corners, and checking every room on every floor but she does not appear even though the quest updates inside my house.

I had no chance to give Ursula any kind of „job“ (gardener, miner, fishing …). It says I need level 2 for Ursula. Ursula is level 10 in my village for a long time.
Solution: I asked her to hang out with me and than I could give her a role. 🥰

Issue: Scrooge's Treasure Hunt Part 2. Stuck on step "focus your magic on the map in your inventory." I opened the map, got the memory, task didn't mark as completed. Now the map is gone and I can't progress in quest. Can't get the lenses from Scrooge to complete this quest or the potato quests
Has been stuck on this task since October 2022.

Quest: The Beast with No Bite
Issue (bug with a fix): When you have to cook 3 recipes, two of each, if you by chance cook any of two meals with different ingredients meaning they’re separate stacks, it will allow you to give the food but won’t register you have so the food will still be in your inventory and you won’t be able to progress.
I was able to fix this easily by remaking one of the meals with the same ingredients as the other but wanted to make you aware of this issue as at first I couldn’t figure it out.

Platform: PC-Steam/Issue: Extreme lag in the Beauty & Beast Realm. Takes 10 mins to enter, and even after changing all the graphic settings in the game to the lowest possible, the character does not move. Having to crash out of the game is the only way out of it.

Issue: Be Our Friend, teaching Beast gardening. I planted 10 crops then quit the game while I waited for them to grow. When I logged back in it gave me the "Hang out with the Beast" goal, and once I grabbed him again it was no longer checked. I have harvested the crops now and it is not progressing. EDIT: Planting an 11th crop fixed the issue.

Issue: Missing/lost Ice Shard for Usula's Deal of the Day

The quest required that I collect 10 ice shards from blocks and 20 snow. I am missing 1 ice shard and I am not sure if there weren't enough to collect or if the shard has got stuck in a rock. I have moved and collected everything (found 2 eggs from easter hidden in rocks by doing so)... left the game and went back in. I have tried laying down rugs to see if an item shows up as in the way and after 30 mins of looking I am admitting defeat.

Right now I am just hope that Anna isn't doomed to be indebted to Usula for the rest of her life over a chocolate fountain.

Quest: Meddling Mirabel
Issue: Stuck on quest turn in screen. Handed Mirabel over the appropriate items but was soft locked as it did not register me giving confirmation to give the item over. Mirabel’s dialogue continued even though item window was still open. No amount of button pushing on my controller helped. Could not exit game without completely overriding input with keyboard.

Hi when doing the curse quest, it crashes my game every time I open my menu tab. Because or this I am no longer glowing in the here and there so I cannot get the orb of trust because I cannot see it.. I also cannot go back to Ursula/kristoff/merlin to do the spell over again.

Issue: same issue with Mirabel. When trying to turn in quest items, I get softlocked in the turn in screen. Dialogue continues at the bottom but I cannot remove the item confirmation window. No amount of button pressing on the controller fixes this nor does keyboard input work. I have to physically quit the game by alt-f4.

Issue: I finished this quest two days ago when I handed Moana the shredded coconut. When I loaded up my game today (I hadn't touched it during the server issues), it still shows the quest as incomplete and telling me to give Moana the shredded coconut, which I no longer have and I can't prompt WALL-E anymore to shred them so now it's stuck.

In the Toy Story realm quest (A Secret Mission in Uncharted Space) after the batteries and the race car track, I'm told to "Meet Woody by the window". Neither him nor Buzz are there. They've disappeared from the game. I've restarted the game multiple times and switched from PC to switch and they're still nowhere to be found.

EDIT: They finally appeared?!?!?!

I left the realm (which I had tried before) but then ALSO left the castle. When I came back to the realm they were there. So weird!!!

Issue: For Belle’s quest || The Chronicles of the Ancients||
||None of the symbols were visible when I started that portion of the quest. I tried offsetting time of day so that it looked like night, and none became visible. Taking a pic of where the one on Ariel’s island was supposed to be did register that part completed. Tried relaunching the game and also turned off my computer for some time with no change in behavior. I stopped playing while it was still daylight. When I logged on in the morning, broad daylight with no time offset, all my remaining symbols were visible. It seems like they may not be visible at all until your game transitions to night perhaps. ||

I believe there are two reasons for this, 1: the design of my Merlin house is different from the others and that's why I didn't find the paper there. 2: I saw a lot of people saying that there is a bug where it is not possible to find the paper for Goofy's house.

Issue: I was doing the quest for beast, the beast with no bite. And it started raining when I was talking to Beast after turning everything in and then it started raining mid conversation, and when the rain stopped I went back to talk to him again and now, after talking to him is in a constant loop if  bring the food check bring the food check.

*1st play session *- Met Mother Gothel and started quest, revealed where the orb is, saved manually, then pressed 'M' to open map. Game crashed.
*2nd play session *- Restarted game and all buildings are no inaccessible, pressed 'M.' Game crashed again.
*3rd play session *- Unable to start new session in GeForce Now, getting error 'wrapping up your previous session' for hours

Unsure how to proceed as it seems the quest jumped ahead in progress without my input.

Issue:

The name of the Quest is “Wanted Aliens.” It is Woody’s quest. I found ALL FIVE ALIENS but the alien by the big willow tree, I was unable to pick up the alien.

To solve this I closed out the game, logged back in, and then the alien was gone but it wasn’t in my inventory.

I cannot progress in the game due to this glitch. I have already done the standard trouble shooting options. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Issue: I'm having an issue with one of Buzz Lightyear's early quests. He wants me to watch him talk to Ursula, but he won't walk anywhere. And on top of that Ursula is not appearing anywhere on the map.

I tried restarting the game, unselecting the quest and re-selecting, and I've also tried having Buzz hang out with me and taking him to Ursula's house as well as Dazzle Beach to see if the event would trigger around water, but it doesn't.

Quest task from Goofy to take a picture -- taking a picture of a Dreamlight Fruit Tree does not count as a picture of a Fruit Tree.
Seemed implied that you were to wear the Victorian outfit/Dapper outfit that Wall-E gives you to the dance, but afterwards in dialog you say "... I never thought that a TRASH CAN LID could make a perfect hat for dancing."

Issue: Acts of Care quest, the Forgotten won’t give the flowers to Mickey. I collected them, gave them to the Forgotten in my house. The quest changed to follow the forgotten but when I left the house in the hopes of starting it (Forgotten didn't make any move to leave) they vanished and went back to their realm and won't leave it. As it is their place, I can't get Mickey to follow me to where they are.

Edit - When I logged on this morning, the Forgotten talked to Mickey and the quest continued. Is the Forgotten time locked to their realm at all?

The beast with no bite photos don't work or aren't being recognised by the quest in the castle , Remy's and out side , and the other quest I'm also having issues with the quest with the forgotten where you have to take pictures of skull island and the yellow flowers in the forgotten lands and the black raven, same.issue the photo mode after shots are taken are not recognised so that's 2 quests I can't continue with

Have you tried using your pickaxe and shovel? You have to use those to get the pipe cleaners and popsicle sticks. Took me the longest time to work it out lol.

Issue: I have the “Acts of Care” quest prompt but The Forgotten is nowhere in her Dark Castle. I have restarted the game itself, steam, and made sure steam was updated. I have tried on both my PC and laptop via cloud save and she isn’t appearing anywhere.

EDIT: The next day when I looked on my main map I was able to find the Forgotten randomly in my Peaceful Meadow and started the quest from there with no other issues

Edit: I could work around it by making Mikey follow me and entering the black castle. They meet and the quest continues.

Since update yesterday...I can not do Dreamsnaps challenge picture. It is not acknowledging the "playful" or "delicate"items.
On both my switch and ps4 platforms.
Also alot of random freezing and I have to restart the game. Also on both platforms.
I love this game and have put a lot of time and Money Into it. Super annoying it has so many bugs consistently.

During The Crown Or The Claw quest, when trying to craft the Mirror of True Seeing, the cutscene was skipped and the mirror is no longer available in the crafting menu to create. The quest is stuck.

Issue: Eric is waiting at the beach for Ariel to come to him and be reunited, but Ariel's routing is broken. At first she was stuck in Sunlit Plateau without changing location. Then, when I walked close to her, she moved towards Eric, only to be stuck moving back and forth between the two small ponds in Peaceful Meadow.

(Edit: restarting the game luckily unstuck Ariel. She was able to find her way to the large pond in Peaceful Meadow, then down to where Aric was waiting for her.)

Updated Issue - The quest stills wants me to bring the item to Belle. I dont have the item in my inventory anymore.

Issue: I gave the Forgotten the needed flowers in my house, and when I exited my house, the Forgotten was gone, and no conversation with Mickey occurred. I’ve untracked and retracked the quest and exited the game and reloaded it, and the Forgotten is in their little castle, and when I go back to the valley from their little realm area, they don’t “follow” me through, meaning no convo with Mickey, thus meaning I can’t progress with the quest

Issue: For the Bit of a Fixer Upper Quest, I returned to Woody with the Repair kit and told me to go to Wall-E, however, the quest still says 'Talk to Woody' and I talked to him and he fixed the Carousel and put lights on. It still says 'Talk to Woody' and I did and that was when it progressed and said 'Talk to Wall-E.'

Issue: I’m sick of people saying that there isn’t an issue with the emerald bottle / potato quest when there quite clearly is. We’re not “just not finding” the last bottle. There are many of us that have combed everywhere and have followed the guides and cast our rods out into nothingness. I look every day at the location I KNOW I’m missing a bottle at (sunlit river), and other locations in case it’s glitched and spawns elsewhere, and I’ve thrown my rod out multiple times to just see if it’s there and it never is. Many, many people simply cannot finish this quest and it’s infuriating to be told we’re just not finding it. I’ve sent multiple messages and have reported it and the only response I get is along the lines of “check the guide, you’ve clearly missed it”. I haven’t missed it!!! I’m not stupid! My partner has found them all with no issues and has also walked me through where they were found. Please fix! If anything could make one become a disney villain, it’s this quest.

And no, "We are aware..." is enough on general problems in this game, since it is Early Access, but the "Deal of the Day"-Quest is payed content and there should be more transparency on its problems, especially if you plan the next payed DLCs, what happens when they're bugged? We pay and get 6 weeks of "We are aware..."s? Please value your players, their time and their money.

I even tried time skips with settings. I’ve done some Reddit searching and tried a few things, moving Ursula’s house into the glade, back to the beach, going in and out of everyone’s houses, but one time they were in front of each other and then Gothel started fishing in her face -_- I read somewhere that the buyable Vanessa pack may interfere, I bought it but I hadn’t started the quest yet. Any chance you guys know how to help me because I’m going craaaaazy 🥺

Issue: the Voice of Reason quest has disappeared from my quest menu. It started, I spoke to Ursula/Vanessa and she said to come back in an hour. As soon as I left her home she went into sleep mode and the quest completely disappeared. Speaking to her and returning to her house and leaving don't prompt anything to return. I can't find any online discussions about this so I don't know how to fix this and get it back, which is incredibly frustrating given this is part of a pack that cost money.

Platform: Switch Quest: A Festival Of Friendship Issue: I’m trying to find all of the pieces for the Madrigal table. I actually dug up 2 and picked up 2 but it still says I’m missing a piece. Since I picked up all of the pieces, there’s none on Dazzle beach for me to get, but it still says I only have 3 out of the 4. I tried closing the game out and re opening it, but it didn’t fix the issue. Note: no photo or video is added because I’m not sure how I can even prove with a photo what the issue is.

Issue: I was middle of playing the quest & just ate Gooey Paste. I had Salty Garlic Cheesecake in my bag but then the game crashed. So reloaded the game back up & checked the quest. It saidi still I had to eat the salty garlic cheesecake but it was missing from my bag, so I checked my inventory & the whole area. I even talked to woody to see if he had it but he didn't. So the item is gone & I need it to continue the quest.

Issue: As a preface: I just placed Maui's house, and my game's performance declined ever since.

That said, I'm doing the quest where I lift the dark magic from the tree in the glade of trust. As soon as I did that, Merlin disappeared, and my mini map is broken. My character pins stay stationary on the screen while I can move the map around (picture). I also can't find Merlin and my game is lagging far more than it did before.

Like I said too, it was running fine until I ppaced Maui's house.

Issue: I bought the Dapper Wall-E bundle, right when it came out and I have finished all the quests for it. I was stuck for the longest time on the part where you craft the boot and you had put use it when you setup a date scene for Minne and Mickey. After that bug was patched and I could finish all quests, to my surprise I never got all the items that should had been included in this bundle and I have reported this two times before and don’t understand why a thing you buy for moonstones has not been fixed yet. This is the items I never got AND also a big reason why I bought the bundle: Victorian Matchmarker's Dress, Sunbird-Feathered Hat, Dapper Suit and the Bowler Hat.
I know this also belongs in the premium shop bug section but I report it here as well since it do belong here as well since this bug is missing items that should have come as a quest reward. And also the premium shop section seems dead. Will this bug be fixed when the games release on the 5th?

Issue: mother gothel Quest: restoring the sunstone. My daughter buried the fragment and already got the gleaming dusk fragment but the game is not recognizing that she has done this and she can not progress.
This is also making it where she can not progress in the Ursula dream bundle quests.

Platform: Switch. Issue: my screen is upside down kinda. I have reported this and told to try to clear the cache, and restart, to check for corruption data, even deleted and reinstalled game. Nothing works as I let them know it didn’t fix the issue and no one will respond. Sometimes pressing the - on the switch control will bring up my valley but it keeps flashing like lightning in the background and I can’t do anything. Please help.
