XBOX Gamepass on PC and on my Xbox series X- will not connect to online services. Currently do not see any of the new star path. Not going to do anything else because I don't want to lose progress. So at this point the game is unplayable. Please note that this has been going on for at least 3 or more days.

Issue: my character running, super slow and whenever villagers talk to me, or I talk to them the letters are typed really slow. Restarted the game three times are ready and there is no problem with my Internet connection. After I took off the candle hot it started working correctly. There is a problem with the cat in the hat that’s making the game lag really bad.

Another issue I believe is connected to the freezing anytime I open to my map it flashes like a quick white flash then the game will freeze. It's difficult to check my tasks in star path and dreamlight duties when this happens. Started happening on the update day the 13th.

While I'm the candle-man (Costume from Belle) the game is lagging, I can barely walk, it's like in slow motion, the text while talking to beast is stuttering, every line, every movement all takes super long.
The problem was before too in the world, while running/sliding a curve or from one area to another, or harvesting is impossible since months!

The loading screen by entering Belles Realm takes over minutes.

Crashed when i opened up wheel, Was holding down A and planting crops, going into menu, leaving a house. I also notices my character keeps turning towards me when I am trying to move forward. IE: Watering plants, I will move up and my character turns towards me and not the next row.

That means you don't have the lisence. This pops up when a game leaves the pass (DLV is still there) or the account is inactive.

Have whoever owns the gamepass account log in, check that the sub is active (had it happen when I let mine lapse once >.<), then try and open the game. If they can open it, everyone else on the system will be able too

Game crashes completely, if wanting to craft anything. 2. frame rates drop significantly in different areas of the map and/or lags completely. 3. Some characters do not follow you when selected “ hang out”. 4. When going into furniture mode game crashes.

I have not worn the “candle disguise” since last Friday after the update.

So right after unlocking the beauty and the beast realm my game is super laggy like I’ve never seen anything so laggy in my life lol I tried uninstalling and re installing. Quitting and coming back. We’re going on two days now lol and I also tried clearing my storage. Literally uninstalling everything but like 3 games and I don’t know what to do. Once I opened the west wing for beast my game became laggy. Unplayable and unmovable lag. Game is updated and I cleared storage on my Xbox as well per other suggestions I found. I was able to move today but still extremely lagged.

Xbox series s. Crashes at least once a day, full reboot needed. Loses progress when it crashes aswell. Characters either never give a reward when they hang out doing a task, ie, fishing, rocks, harvesting, OR they stand there, don't move, and takes a while to throw out the bonuses. Also don't know if this is an issue but the map says that someone is home, so I go inside the house, it's empty, go back outside, they're stood on the front doorstep, that's a bit of a wind-up.

Series X: Game freezes and I am forced to close it on multiple occasions in just the 3 hours i’ve played it after not playing it for months. FPS is horrendous when looking towards other Biomes, extreme FPS lag in the B&B Realm, FPS lag increases when using the Golden Candle Disguise, both suit and hat. My game has frozen from attempting to change my wardrobe, from trying to give a gift to a villager (Stitch), from what I FEEL was me moving too fast in my inventory, and just 5 minutes ago I crashed directly upon entering my game and attempting to walk out of the biome.
Edit: It also seems like the longer I play the game without it freezing, the worse the FPS gets until I do an action and it freezes.

Xbox One: I already had the original house and Sully's apartment placed down, I just bought the purple cottage, but when I tried to replace the org townhouse with the cottage it wouldn't let me. So then I picked up the apartment to move it and it went back into the inventory and now I can't even place it down either. So the only house that i have down is the orig townhouse. It says 603/600 in red idk what that means but yeah i can't place my other houses or replace my main house. Is this the cause of the Error 201? Because i only have the Hollywood Tower no Haunted Mansion.

I just hopped on and the game is running fairly slow (Xbox Series S). In general and in menus, it's sluggish, also some actions are delayed. It will randomly do it. Picking up items, using tools, everything.

Playing on Xbox One S. I bought the game and started playing after the last update was released. From the start, it's had terrible frame rate whenever looking toward the Dream Castle and in random other places. My sister on the standard PS4 has zero frame rate issues anywhere, so it seems like this is a specific bug for Xbox.

had zero problems before the last update, the series s played better then PS5...now it is lagging everywhere, harvesting is slow, pauses every 2 crops, so does it with planting...

there needs to be an option for performance modes and fps cause you broke something that didnt need fixing on my end,

same happened with PS5 back when the fairy godmother came with the "performance" upgrade broke everything for me on PS5, that is now fixed to with the latest update but could still use different graphics/performance modes and fps lock

Series X and S - Can't connect to online services. The only way around this is to use mobile hotspot tethering. Have reported to Gameloft, they also suggested the tethering.

Ever since they put us back to 30fps my game has been worse. It freezes a lot more. It even froze when I was trying to save. Having to do everything all over again is starting to get a bit old. Does anyone know if they are even trying to fix it? Because honestly it looks like they only want more money, since they keep adding more to the game instead of fixing the problems. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Issue: When harvesting or planting, the automatic function takes far too long it plants or harvests 2-3 vegetables or seeds, then the character waits 5-10 seconds before moving to another location. This has worsened with the September update.

Man, the game's officially dropping in Less than a month and are they EVER gonna fix this Issue thats been here since Early Access Launch?! The issue where you click too fast and the Textbox stays up, leaving you with literally no other option but to wait 5 minutes for the autosave to kick in and then reset my game?? You literally cant get rid of that textbox, youre forced to wait and do nothing unless you wanna lose some progress. We can't still be on this... It happens on Xbox and PC, so can only assume its a Platform-wide issue. This needs fixing for certain

When going into DDV it says that I am unable to connect online even though my xbox series s is connected to wifi. I've resarted the game, the xbox and the wifi. Are there any other suggestion on how to fix this? It's been happening for a week or so now.

Xbox Series X: are they going to tell us anything about the freezing? This is game is not playable. Menus freeze. You can't cook because the menu is broken, gardening is broken, magic tool freezes the game. I can't decorate my biomes, freezes or crashes. And this picture right here is me just loading into the game and it frozed. Couldn't do anything. Dreamsnaps works sometimes. Has issues staying connected to the Internet. I can keep going, but I'm sure the developers get the point. I hope? I mean I can keep going... and I am so tired of them always talking about the new dlcs and how you have to pay for new characters when honestly this game doesn't deserve any more money. 👎🏻

On giving items to an NPC, getting a Memory piece, unlocking a critter, opening a Pouch etc sometimes it freezes on the acceptance screen and you have to wait until it autosaves before dashboarding and force quitting the game.
