i dont know if this is the right place to put it but befor this update i had over 3000 moonstones. now i only have 400. (350 befor i opened a blue chest).

I am also having this #201 issue. Would backing up and removing my local save fix this? Would logging out of cloud saves fix it? This issue is on both my PC installation (Xbox Game Pass) and XBox Game Pass cloud play (via SteamDeck)

hi, did you get a fix for this? I've been playing DDV on xbox game pass for the pc but planning to buy it soon on steam. I did a quick check on discord if cloud save already works but it seems there are issues? 😦 the early access was released in Sep 2022 (i think) so there is a high chance it might no longer be on the game pass by then 😦 I don't want to lose my save...

I’ve been playing this game with at least 100 hours on steam and more on my switch and my achievements aren’t registering any of the ones that I’ve definitely done to play the game. All of those things I do all the time in the game but it hasn’t registered any of them except building friends houses and cooking meals? Not sure if this is the right page for this.

My Items have disappeared. My game reset after the last update and set me back 3 months. My mail shows I claimed these items, but now they are no longer on my account. They are not in my inventory, not listed under my furniture collected tab, and also not listed from Scrooge's shop. Where did my items go?

The cloud save on my Mac still doesn't match up with my Switch. I can't play my second purchased copy of the game at all because it loads an old save and I don't want to lose progress.

Cloud save doesn't always sync between devices. I use both PC and Switch. I save on switch multiple times, push to cloud, make sure it's synced. Even exit the game entirely manually to ensure the save is pushed to the cloud. The game on the switch tells me it is synced, but loading it on my PC does not get the cloud save.
