Mouse/keyboard STILL not working after breaking from the last update. Steam Deck is a PC, so we should be able to use it as such. At least give us an option to enable utilization of mouse/keyboard....

Issue: I can not save pictures to my computer. I pick the option saying that I want to save a taken picture to my computer but the picture I took does not appear in the Dreamlight Valley folder on my computer.

Issue: Right stick (Y axis) inversion resetting with game restart. When I boot the game up and load in, my look inversion is not inverted anymore, however, the menu shows it as on. The workaround is turning it off then on again, but is annoying to have to do every time. This has been an ongoing issue since the Scar Update on October 19, 2022. For crying out loud. PLEASE fix this. I've seen several others posting as well and every new patch it's not fixed. I get it. Those of us who play inverted are the lesser of the crowd. We are minority. But please hear us out and fix this.

Issue: Furniture mode does not boot up or work properly. It moves excruciatingly slow. Has been ongoing since update 5
Issue 2: please fix the inversion to stay on! Having to manually so it every time is quite old!

Issue: I can open the wardrobe menu, go into one category, but when I back out of that category into the main menu I can’t navigate to another category. The highlighted box that shows which category you’re selecting doesn’t show up at all. Right after this latest update everything was fine, but then suddenly it started after a day or two. I have to either close the menu entirely and open it back up for every individual piece of clothing I change, or I have to go into the “all” category and use the filter option to try to find the items I’m looking for, going back and changing the filters for each item I want to use.
This appears to also be affecting the furniture menu in the same way.
I’ve tried restarting the software a couple times and that did not fix it.

I'm not sure if this is a personal me issue, but it never hurts in case someone else also experiences it. I'm assuming it goes here also as it correlates in a way.
My PowerA Nano Wired controller is brand new, not even a month old and the camera starts to move up on its own. When i go to a different game such as TOTK or Animal Crossing, it doesn't have the issue. I tried to blow air into the controller and I also turned the camera sensitivity to the lowest but it will still move. It fixed for a bit but after closing the game one day it went back to having the issue. Since it works fine with my other games that's why I want to think it may be a DLV issue. Will keep testing other games incase it actually is my controller.

Issue: unable to change camera angles in photo mode, this along with the dissappearing objects when exiting decor mode bug, makes dreamsnaps practically impossible atm. Hope we get a fix soon 🙏

Issue: When doing inventory management right clicking to move a stack to storage sometimes causes me to eat an item in my inventory instead. It seems to sometimes just trigger the eating animation & sound and sometimes actually eat something. When it does eat something it isn't always the same thing I clicked on.

Issue: EasySMX ESM-9110 not detected fully. This controller is not being detected by the game. Windows sees it fine. When i start the game any button works to get to the menu but after that no button or stick (dpad) will move anything on screen. I have another controller that does work with the game but this one does not. This controller does work in other games just fine. It appears to be an interface issue with Dreamlight Valley.

Issue: after the last update, the volume for everything in game is very quiet. I have to turn the volume up on my switch (playing handheld) all the way to even start to hear in game sounds, music and effects. I’ve change my in-game volume settings to max for everything, and it barely made a difference.

Issue: right clicking food items (produce fish etc) into/out of chests character now eating one item before it gets placed into/out of chest.

Issue: The 8bitdo ultimate controller doesn’t work with the game, and it’s an issue I have only with it, it works fine with all other games. When I log in the game recognizes the controller and shows up the LB RB up top, and those work to go around the menu, but that’s it.

The option to buy tokens at the end of the star path freezes on the screen where you choose how many tokens you want to buy with moonstones. I bought 20, 10 each for 100 moonstones just by accident trying to get the game to back out of it and eventually had to wait 5 mins when i knew my game had been automatically saved to get off the buy tokens screen. The options to go up on tokens was not frozen just the option to go back.

extreme lag/ latency in furniture mode that makes the game unplayable haven't been able to play since the issue occurred going on a few month cause all quests require placing items. this issue has now gotten worse with resent updates

I bought a new XBox to play this game! Now It freezes constantly! My hubby is an IT professional so I know it’s not my error or the machine not being up to date. I have been playing today for less than an hour and it has frozen twice. I love this game, but am SO frustrated. Someone please advise!!

Issue: Look inversion doesn't work properly when entering the game. I know it sounds petty but I stopped playing for months because of this and the lack of content and characters I like, so to come back and this bug that was introduced is still happening is actively disappointing and irritating. It sounds minor but the menus are so laggy and it takes so long to load in to start with that it's just enough of a distraction and turn off to playing.

Issue: I am sometimes unable to use the QR code method to get a copy of my in-game photos and lately it seems worse. At these times when I follow the QR code I get an access denied error.

Issue: Unable to change more than one clothing item at a time
After changing a clothing item in the wardrobe and selecting b to go back to the categories, I am unable to select another clothing category unless I completely exit the wardrobe interface.

Issue: if I push my joystick to the left to walk, my character keeps moving even if I stop holding the joystick. If the left joystick was a clock, anytime I move it to between 2:00 and 4:00, I move nonstop even if I only pushed it for a second. This started happening a few weeks ago but I wanted to make sure it wasn’t my controller causing it before I reported the issue. After using it for a few weeks, the only issue I have is when playing DDV and trying to walk. I could post a video if you really need it but all it would show is my character walking slowly nonstop. Also, if I rotate the screen around, my character will keep walking towards the left of wherever the camera is facing. It stops if I move in any other direction. It doesn’t prevent me from playing the game but it’s super annoying and shouldn’t be happening obviously. Oh and I don’t know if it matters but I’m using the controllers that came with my switch attached to the joy-con grip that also came with it.
