Error pops up almost immediately, but the bar continues to move as if its still loading (if I don't quit early). It'll get nearly to the end before it stops moving altogether, all with the error still present.

Issue (Include Error Codes): Started with "Game Initialization Error:#201", then after exiting and attempting to try again I got a notice about my cloud save (it said something like 47 days, which is WAY WRONG) and now I'm getting "Failed to retrieve your Steam account. Please check your network connection and be sure to launch the game from Steam." My network connect is fine, hi i'm online, and I loaded from steam.

Epic platform for pc
I have restarted the game 5 times. Restarted Epic 3 times. Still the same 201 error as yesterday.
I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't help.
I'm more upset I'm missing the daily moonstone chests!

Issue: So, I have no idea how this is happening, but everytime I play DDLV, since the new patch, my computer just full shuts off. It does not do this with any other game, only when I play Dreamlight. Not sure what's going on there, but I would like to play the update :(

Platform: PC / Steam Issue: Game crashing seemingly randomly. This time, I had brought up the inventory and tried to switch to the wardrobe. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now (before this latest update). A few times it even force a reboot of my computer! I have not been able to determine a pattern to when it crashes. Update: It just crashed on me 2 more times. In both cases, my character was running along between spots. I did have a companion, Nala. The 1st time this morning I had Simba as a companion. I'm not certain if I've had a companion each time over the past few weeks, but I don't think so.

Issue: no error code, but the game will randomly get stuck when i open dialog with any valley resident. it has happened with buzz, wall-e, olaf and fairy godmother so far, while going up to them to give gifts and ask to hang out. the game doesn't freeze, the music is still playing and characters still move, however the dialog box wont let me continue without force quitting the game.

Issue: No error code is provided, the following window for Unity pops up before the game crashes when loading in.
Update: Was able to finally load in on the 4th try but the same Unity window popped up while I was loading after leaving my house and the game crashed.

Platform: PC Issue: I’m able to achieve duties for the event but not able to collect them or use them for items. Get user error #1. My WiFi disconnect when I’m using the game. Its doesn’t do this with other games. When I reconnect the WiFi it still doesn’t work. Screenshots and video: video show me in the beginning when I just start the game and go to event. Then it show what happens after I try to collect a duty

Hello, I am stuck on login screen infinitely loading after trying to get my save from when I played with the xbox game pass. I tried reopening the game, reboot the pc, uninstall and install back but nothing worked. I bought the game on steam.

Platform: PC, Xbox gamepass. After playing for about just 10 minutes, the game crushes and closes by itself. My PC is completely new and it's the first game that I play, but I don't think the PC is the problem, if it was I think it would crash the entire PC, the only program that closes by itself is DV...I played the game before the update in my old PC and never crushed like this, and it was a worse PC (integrated graphics, old processor...)

Update: I've tried to uninstall the game and installing it again and nothing, it's still crushing and not just in 10 minutes, now just 3 minutes of playing and it crushed in the exact same way...

PC, constant crashing and screen freezing no error code is ever provided. The music keeps going, but everything else stops working. I have a top of the line alienware and I have settings on eithers medium or low on all setting with still constant crashes.

PC. 2 freezes today. One in my home storage and one attempting to go into clothing touch of magic. Just freezes, no errors given. Have to close out on the back end. Have had zero issues prior to this since EA launch day.

Issue: Game crash when trying to return Bruni to Anna in the Frozen Realm while doing the Realm Quests.

As I wrote in the information provided, every time I try to return Bruni to Anna in the Frozen Realm while trying to get the Realm Quests done on one of my Steam accounts as I had not done Anna and Elsa yet on that one, the game crashes as soon as I get close to Anna, either after I got Bruni, or when I try to reenter the realm to finish the quest. Could you guys look into this and fix it?

Issue (Include Error Codes): Lots of game freezing, occasional crashing without warning or error code. Freezing happens often on in-game menus (like Event, Collection etc.) or in dialogue with villagers.

wont load past steam either ;/ steam doesnt even have my data/trophies but shows 141 hrs of playtime --have not been able to log in for months now- steam wont give refund. Need this to actually work or get my money back. This is disgusting how bad service / playability actually is.

Hi, I would like to report a minor bug in the game. My character can't sprint, slide paddles don't appear. When I hold down the corresponding key while moving forward, it rarely works. It would be nice if that were corrected. Thank you.

Bonjour, je souhaiterais signaler un bug mineur dans le jeu. Mon personnage ne peut pas sprint, les palettes de glissade n'apparaissent pas. Lors que je maintiens la touche correspondante enfoncé tout en avançant, cela ne fonctionne que très rarement. Ce serait bien que ce soit corrigé. Merci.

Issue: (Minor, only once so far) Today I was watering the wilted flowers and received a memory orb and the game force closed without warning...(This specific one was the orange nasturtium)...I come back in the game and the flowers are still wilted but I didn't receive the memory orb. I don't care I just thought I would report the crash...perhaps I brought it upon myself for putting nasturtiums in the forest of valor?...

Issue (Include Error Codes): when exiting furniture mode, if been in it longer than a couple of minutes, the game cannot exit furniture mode and a hard quit has to be done. It gets stuck in a loop I think. This has been happening since day 1 of the game
