I do not have DreamSnaps menu. I completed task to bring Vanellope in Valley and was offered pixie dust. But the dust is not in my mailbox and I progressed to next quest but do not have DreamSnaps Menu's. Game also keeps prompting to purchase Xbox Pass when I own the Ultimate Edition of the game.

Issue: With “Ready Player Fun” quest active a little before 8am local time, I tried to talk to Vanellope and the game hung. Music still played. Force quit and relaunch allowed me to talk to her without the hang. Edit: the game hung again once I leveled her to 5 while watering plants.

I haven’t played in at least month now hoping for some significant changes on Xbox S for better game play, but nope still the same horrible infrastructure. My game has literally froze 6 times in 1.5 hrs of gameplay for no reason while trying to do various things, ie talking, editing, gardening, crafting! Zero fun or entertainment value when a game has this many issues. Guess I’ll wait longer for y’all to get it together…hopefully some day I won’t feel like I threw money down the drain on this game. 🤷🏽‍♀️

New Gen Xbox Series S. Since the new update the game freezes at some point during gameplay within the first 30 mins of playing. Usually triggered by talking to characters. Also camera juddering when panning around and lagging when running. These are all new issues that were not at all present before the update.

Playing on the PC has been a dream up until 3 or 4 days ago, the gameplay started stuttering. It now takes 3 times as long to load the game. And will freeze every 5 to 10 seconds, eventually gives me a windows dialog that says the game is not responding, options are to wait or close the game. Waiting usually brings the game back pretty quick but with the same issues.

Issue: crashed 5 times in the past two hours.
Twice while trying to take a photo for the dream snaps.
Once while moving furniture around and building and then twice while just going about my business. It’s very frustrating that the game has been out this long and it still crashes so often.

Though crashes are less frequent, game still lags randomly before freezing completely. Seems to always be mid-action, and never quite the same thing twice. Specifically Sunlit Plateau and Plaza have worst frame-rates insofar as I can tell.

Issue: Opened up the Simba realm and started the “Eyes in the Dark” quest. Everything worked fine in the beginning, but when I was going to try and knock over the big log to go over the waterfall, the log won’t fall and I can’t proceed any further. Hope for a fix soon ☺️

Hello, I am playing on Xbox and haven’t been able to get the game to load for about two weeks now (had the same issue couple weeks ago haven’t tried to open since and now it won’t open again today and is stuck loading at the same spot). I checked the known issues and it says that this problem has been resolved and it said “live patch”. How do I fix this issue or get the patch? Thanks for any help!!

Game gets jittery/laggy while changing ANYTHING in Frosted Heights since update. I'm talking picking flowers, mining... anything. I've found that saving once per minute prevents soft crashes, but this is a pain when, anywhere else, I can allow it to auto save every 5 minutes without issue.

Game crashes extremely more frequent today. Froze 3 times before I could even get into the game itself, and has crashed a few times since in the 1/2 hour I've been playing. Manual saves every minute or so DO seem to delay the crash, but it's a bandaid on a bullet wound do to speak....

Series S the game crashes randomly. Losing all progress before auto save. My guess is since I know I’ve played long enough for the next autosave it crashes while trying to save

Characters/Cutscenes happening underground/clipping through.

Constant freezing doing any activity or just walking, needing a full exit and restart. Bugs out when talking to characters where no dialogue happens and you can't move or exit the conversation. Menu's not letting my select an item until I exit and re enter that menu about 5 times.

Items not registering for quests and items showing as quest items after quests have been completed.

I've had this multiple times since I started playing 2 days ago, I've found it's worse on PC game pass but items are not tracking correctly (for example the emeralds needed for Donald) and then post quest its saying the emeralds are still a quest item but no quest is asking for them!

Still can’t manage to get the log to fall down in the Simba realm and continue the “Eyes in the Dark” quest. Will there be any fix soon? Or is there still a ongoing fix that the devs are looking at?

Giving quest items or just general gifts keeps getting stuck on the screen, it comes up with the blue box to say give item after click yes, it just stays there. Doesn't vanish, have to quit the game and reopen it again.

First time trying to play in about 2 weeks, crashes and lagging still just as bad. No one specific action/biome cause, insofar as I can tell: Froze on title screen as soon as I booted up, then about 15ish minutes later when removing thorns in Forgotten Realm (no buddy), and a third time about an hour later in Frosted Heights when mining (hanging out with Scar). Was able to mitigate some of the lag by manually saving every 1-2 minutes, though sometimes had to save 2 or 3 times in a row to get rid of it.

I also discovered, between 2nd and 3rd crash, that the manual Cloud Saves I did in that span didn't actually register? I had been Cloud Saving periodically in that time, but it claimed my last one was when I'd rebooted after the 2nd crash. Unsure if related or not, but potentially concerning...

Had a crash just now. Xbox Series X playing on game pass. Started Simba’s lvl 7 quest. Went to speak to scar and the game froze. Had to go to Xbox Home Screen. End the game. Then restart.

Xbox series x game pass again. It now takes sometimes over 30 mins for the loading screen (venelope screen) to load and let me into the game. Very frustrating as I only bought a game pass subscription strictly for this game.

Xbox Series X, can’t cook, use the stalls, or go longer than ten minutes without game freezing and crashing, turned on the game only for it to crash no less than 6 times before the last time forced me to force shutdown my Xbox and caused my controller to stop working temporarily? Very frustrating, it’s enough for me to stop playing altogether since I can’t really play anyways.

Cannot get into the game. The loading bar freezes at 3/4th and then won’t load any further. No error messages or anything, just stops. I have to open and close the game 20-50 times to eventually get in. It takes almost an hour. 🥲 Help.

Xbox series X - upgraded game pass version to ultimate. Not played in a month, xbox, game all up to date, cloud sync up to date, can not go more than 5 mins without freezing either talking to characters, trying use stalls, change outfits, xbox d/c from mains to clear cache, game uninstalled and reinstalled, in the end moved to another game

Xbox series X - game will randomly freeze, sometimes when talking with characters with quest dialog. Sometimes just exiting menus, there's also stuttering/frame rate issues at random areas of the game. Particularly if there's more animations happening in the area. This started happening after vanellope/dreamsnap update.

Xbox S having issues with freezing, lagging/delays and save to cloud. Love playing DDLV but reminds me of early play on Switch before playing on the Xbox S, so disheartening.

Xbox One X - Game Pass
I have to restart the game about 20 times before I manage to get in. The loading bar gets about 3 quarters through then it freezes. I've left it for about 40 minutes before while I did something else to see if it eventually loads me in on it's own and it doesn't.
Also, not a crash but when I do finally get to play I can't get Ariel to come meet with Eric at all. I have moved all the water based houses multiple times.
