Issue: after this DreamSnaps update, the blue chest I found gave me 6 coins instead of moonstones. Is this intended? 6 coins is useless even for new players.

In the last six days I've have 8 green chests but only 1 blue. That means I've been gyped out of 300 moonstones. Today I though it might be rectified by the update but no such luck. I had a green chest but no blue. So out another 50 moonstones not counting the few hundred more I've not gotten since I started playing in September. I couldn't afford to buy moonstones even if I wanted to (don't say, well you paid for the game - I didn't, it was a gift) - I'm a senior (76 years old) and on a tiny pension. So, I find it doubly troubling and insulting that I've been gyped out of so many moonstones. Not sure why I even play DL anymore.

Platform: PC I purchased the beach house yesterday and the 3000 moonstones were removed from my Switch account which I also have. The moonstones were also taken from my PC account. I purchased the house on switch so it should have not removed moonstones from the PC account

Issue: I'm not sure if this is a bug but since the last update I have only been getting 1 green chest instead of 2 green chests. Also if I miss a day of logging in, my blue chest and green chest don't roll over to the next day like it use to ever since the moonstones changed from 3 blue chests with 10 moonstones each to 50 moonstones per day. If I miss a day of collecting, I miss out on those chests.

I've run around my whole village like 3 times and there is NO daily blue moonstone chest. I've checked everywhere: behind houses, I side houses, everywhere and there just isn't one. I've seen other people post about this same issue on FB

Same erratic blue chest scheduling, which I feel has been interacting with the green chests. I will some days find one blue chest, and some days find one green chest-- so perhaps there was an error making it so the "one a day" became a tossup between which of the two it'd be. A bit annoying, as it's broken my daily moonstone chest streak. I was going for a record here, man.

I just opened my blue chest to get my daily moonstones and it gave me 1 hardwood. 😳And no moonstones. And now I’m sad cause I lost 50 moonstones. Hope this was just a one time thing cause that was disappointing.

So I go back and forth playing on both switch & PC. I went on PC today and I claimed the moonstones in my mailbox. That’s when I noticed my moonstones were oddly low. I’ve been having issues with things showing up in my inventory on PC but they show up on my switch. So I decided to log in on my switch… and I was right. My switch was showing I had 6,000 more moonstones…. I have cloud saved my switch and opened it back up on Pc but it’s still not showing the correct amount. I’m scared that the moonstones might vanish on my switch too. I’m not sure what else to try but 6,000 is a lot. Not sure if this is a common issue when using multiple platforms… any help would be great 🙂

Moonstones are only available on the platform in which they are purchased. If you purchased yours on Switch the purchased portion of Moonstones will only appear on that platform.
