Issue: Each time the Premium Shop refreshes I get this error, Purchase Error #7 the local version of the store does not match the server version. I have to sync up my cloud save and then delete all the game files and reinstall the game to get it working again; but it is such a hassle each week.

Issue: I have not been able to get into the item shop to purchase things or moonstones since the most recent star path. I thought it would just one day fix itself … but I am still having issues and would like to check out the shop. I have verified, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. All my other games that connect to the internet are working just fine.

Issue: Its minor but I have noticed that the little orange circle to tell you something is new has been on the Shop tab and Wall-E bundle since The Remembering update. It wont go away no matter how many times I click it.

Issue: Still don't have access to the Premium Shop. I haven't had it since the May update. Have submitted a ticket to Gameloft in the past.

Issue: Haven't been able to access the Premium Shop for months. Have tried so many fixes online, nothing works. Have never time traveled and everything else works fine (aside from the Dreamsnaps feature in the new update)

Issue: The red dot signifying that the Wall-E Dream Bundle is new won't go away. I'm not buying it, it's too expensive, the red dot will not make me buy it. At this point it's starting to feel like this is in an intended feature and not a glitch.

My shop has also been not working for MONTHS... I think it may have something to do with cloud saves for people who use multiple devices, but I obviously have no idea. I don't understand how this isn't fixed yet, I want to be able to buy things and you're ultimately losing money for not urgently fixing the issue sooner.

I can't access the premium store since the Encanto update. I've never time traveled and I even reset my valley to see if I could fix it but it's still the same.
I already sent a ticket talking about the subject, but they said that this happens because I time traveled, but I never did that... I really want to enjoy the premium store items but I can't. 😦

I struggle to get any sort of access to the premium shop
I very very rarely ever get access to it since I first got the game.
I was only able to load anything 3 times out of at least 50 tries throughout the entire past year.
Oddly enough all my other internet features work, I was able to use the star path fine, it is just the premium shop.

I have this same issue on PC/Steam.
Same. I bought the game instead of using Xbox Game Pass to see if that would fix it and it didn't. So refunded it and bought it on Steam, same darn thing. Now I can't connect to online at all. I love this game but it's a joke they don't address issues.

I play through Steam on my PC. I have had this problem for months. I submitted a ticket and they just keep telling my I shouldn't time jump...... like I would be bugging you if I did this to myself. I still was getting everything else, until a few days ago when online connectivity went as well. Now no cloud saves and no blue chests, etc.... This is getting so frustrating!

Issue: Despite claims to the contrary by gameloft, premium items absolutely do count toward the item collection and it STILL hasn't been addressed. Do better.
