Issue: Cannot progress Update 5 story quest. Stuck after concentrating on the bookcase. The game crashed and since June I am unable to progress and it has not been fixed with this patch. The Forgotten is not to be found inside the black room 😦

for a long time. We could only fish one slimy bug and then no more. We still miss two more, but no fisihing marks are shown.

Issue: I picked up the mystical sword in the Forest of Valor, but my quest still says to find it. It won’t register that I picked the sword up. Tried wearing the sword and shield on the back and no dice. Edit: relaunching does not work either. taking off and putting back on doesn't as well. Maxing Vanellope does not fix this bug.
Addtl Note: I did have her with me Foraging at the time of the quest because she normally is asleep at 10 am. Possible bug trigger? (Secondary possible bug trigger - furniture is over initial limit (3602 at time of posting) )

Quest : Foodception (Mickey) & An Important Night at the Restaurant (Remy)
When mickey asked me to plant the weat grains, I directly watered the ground without speaking to mickey in the meantime and he didn't understand that the grains were already watered, so I had to collect the weat and plant them again.
Same thing for Remy, I served the clients before he asked me to do it and Remy couldn't understand during a while that the task was done.

Issue: I got up to the part where Nala tells you to lower the log in order to get into the jungle and look for Simba, but when I demolished the log with my pickaxe the log just didn't fall. I've reloaded the game multiple times but its now stuck and I can't progress any further in the quest

Issue: After I place Vanellope's house, the welcome animation never triggered and "Welcome Vanellope" is listed as the next quest and when you talk to Vanellope she says you need to have a welcome ceremony for her, but there's no way to do that.

ETA restarting allowed me to complete the quest by talking to her but the ceremony itself never triggered.

I have an issue with Welcoming Vanellope. I have placed her house, paid scrooge 4000 took a picture by her house and by the main well in the center. I have her at level 4 and have her following me around doing chores and it still doesn't recognize that I have spoke to her and welcomed her. I believe the quest was to continue at level 4 however, I can't get that to trigger I am assuming because the glitch still has not responded to me welcoming her. I am playing on a ps4. I have restarted the game, nothing has worked so far. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I had this same issue. Try planting some of the extra seeds closer to the target area. It worked for me to fix the problem

Issue: Quest is not registering that I picked up the sword from the forest of valor. I dug the stump up with the shovel since it wouldnt let me click on it any other way. An item satchel flew out, i picked it up, opened it and then equipped the item. Nothing in the quest log changed.

Tried the following list to "fix" the issue and nothing worked:

1. tracked/untracked the mission
2. Equipped the item then talked to Vanellope then unequipped the item and talked to her again
3. Restarted the game

And I fish at the blue bubbles but I keep getting Shrimp. I thought maybe even if it rained I would get it but nope still shrimp. I also am missing two memories since I have 19/21 and I don’t know whose memories I need in that part of Dreamlight valley. I’m almost tempted to restart from the beginning of the game so bad because I can’t get this one fish and on how I keep getting shrimp. But I might wait just Incase if it does shows up that is If It ever shows up. And I hate the fact that I need this one fish to continue the quest but I keep getting shrimp. I’m really tempting to restart my game from the beginning. And I would appreciate some help on this. And I hate the fact I need this fish but I can’t get it. And I don’t know if I can get Vanellope if I restart from the beginning like how Mirabel is.

Issue: During the quest "What's left behind", When I take the orb of remembrance and the cutscene happens. I'm supposed to talk to the forgotten in order to go to the next stage of the quest. But unfortunately in my game, the forgotten is nowhere to be seen in the dreamscape nor the village. This problem persists even after restarting. Because of this issue I can't continue the main questline..

I don’t know if I restart from the beginning if I can get Vanellope like how Mirabel as one of the first villagers or not besides needing Remy and the restaurant. Because I’m on one of her quests and I can’t get kingfish I keep getting shrimp and I don’t know if it’s a time thing or not. I might restart from the beginning. And hopefully I can finish her quests off. Unless Scrooge has to be a certain friendship level

I have a major glitch in the game. I am trying to complete the curse storyline and have almost completed it. When i placed the orb, no cutscene were shown and i am stuck in here and there. When i restart the game, the correct cutscene is shown but after that it jumps right to ursula cut scene before i enter here and there. Storyline quests show that i need to talk to mother gothel but i can't because i am stuck in here and there and i shouldn't. This affects so badly that i can't play.

Hey guys i wanne to report here about the quest the remembered cause i had the issue of not able to find them anywhere after my game crashed but i was talking to custom suport and they said to go in the void and to just keep walking because its a bit far from the entrence.
Platform is the switch
So if you have the same issue have a other look in the void there is a big chance they are there!

Issue: I've found 15 of the 16 green bottles for the green potato. I've resorted to online help on fishing spots and can't find the 16th. I've fished all areas multiple times and can't find it. I've checked all storage I own too just incase as well.

Additional Information: Have tried closing and reopening the game, this does not seem to resolve the issue.

Update: Cloud saving then uninstalling/reinstalling fixed it.

Issue: Still stuck with two signs lost and unable to craft, order, request, move, replace. Any chance y’all can send them in the magic mailbox? Or maybe a Redemption Code? We can’t start Vanellope or much of the game, because this quest is blocking 6 other quests. We’re Level 10 with Scrooge, and the Shop is fully updated. Thank you!

I had furniture where the crystal was supposed to spawn. I removed the furniture item and now the crystal isn’t spawning at all.

Player unable to interact with the bed from any side
Portal to the Dark Castle was still open so I went back out to the Dark Castle, then re-entered the portal to the memory area
Player was still unable to interact with the bed from any side
Player was able to interact with the Forgotten, however, and after the dialogue I tried the bed again
The sides and foot of the bed did not work, however I was finally able to interact with the head of the bed and continue the quest.

The Spellbook is not showing up and I looked around my house and the whole plaza area and I can’t find it and I don’t know if I’m suppose to unlock a certain biome or do a certain quest for it. And for The Curse I put the Orb of Trust in the biome and it did not turn the sky back to day and I don’t know what to do everyone is out of their houses but the sky did not change

I found a bug. I just got to the boss up quest. I equipped the pixel sword it didn't work. I decided to wait and see if it would fix itself and I realized I was no longer able to Sprint I was no longer able to call my tools out and I completely lost all of my animations involving moving but I didn't test if other animations were broken. If I save and reload it automatically unequips it from me and I can move around again and everything's working but if I unequipped it while in the game everything is still broken.

Wall-E doesn't lead my character any he either A goes to bridge between meadow and beach and wanders within that area (the bridge) or he wander aimlessly around valley fishing. Also, I can't ask him to hangout which is causing issues with the star path. (might be worthwhile to be able to clear bugged quests so they can be started over) The glitch may have occured because I had two Wall-e quests going at once. I finished the plant/story book quest but the issue with matching making has persisted even with a game restart. (Platform PC)

This quest has been bugged for me since SEPTEMBER please help I’ve sent so many emails and gotten nothing from it. Back in Sept 2022 I “cooked” the restored dawn fragment when the fragment was not in my pockets and now I have a restored fragment but the quest still shows that I need to cook it.

I’ve literally sent an email every single update and gotten no actual help. The issue isn’t on the Trello board and it’s beyond frustrating to have a quest bugged since the first month of the game.

• First I couldn't access the forgotten treehouse area at all; i received a black screen and had to restart the game several times before I got into it.
• The animations either froze or I got a black screen and seemed to jump forward into the interactions.
• When I was supposed to grab the center orb, the animations shuttered and the screen turned black. I had to restart again, and since then the orb is gone and I get promped to "talk to the forgotten". However, as you can see in the screenshot, the forgotten is not there. I have rebooted and re-entered with no difference.

Issue: In the green potato quest an emerald bottle went missing. I finally found the last emerald bottle but my game crashed when I caught it and when I came back the bottle was no longer in the spot or in my inventory and I don't know what to do.

I cannot complete vanellopes lv 10 quest. I chose Futuristic not knowing it determines outfit, but thats okay. however, the quest refuses to acknowledge i have any futuristic outfits. And i dont know what to do to fix it. I have a full outfit as seen below. Multiple screenshots to show diff aspects. First the items when using tag normally, then me in the outfit with the quest not updated and then the list when i click using the vanellope search section. Switch Console. Yesterday I unlocked Moana Realm, placed her house and got her to Level 5. Unlocked Maui, placed his house and completed 2 Quest lines. His level was 5. Saved before/after placing his house, Save during all his Quests. Once the 2nd Quest was done I saved again. Used Cloud save. Today when I logged in Maui was at Level 1 and his house is placed. Moana is at Level 5. Due to Maui level Change I had to level him up again and repeat the Quests. When I checked the Save Cloud it said it was done a day ago which isn't correct. After updating the save on the cloud and in game I save/exited. It appears to be working for now.

In the "whats left behind" quest the game crashed when talking to the fairy godmother after the forgotten speaks to you and runs away with the orb. when I loaded the game back up, It wont let me talk to the forgotten. The forgotten isn't there and I cannot progress the story.

The "Eyes in the Dark" quest gitched when I broke the rock to make the log fall. The rock is no longer there and the log did not fall. Not sure if this is a glitch or if I'm missing something else in the quest. Tried repairing/verifying game files on steam, the state of the quest did not change. In the first screenshot, the rock is supposed to be in the empty space to the right of my avatar. In the second screenshot, the log that was supposed to fall is still suspended in the air and I cannot progress.

Quest: the dark castle -confront the forgotten
Issue: the forgotten didn't appear, the cut scene didn't trigger. I tried leaving the area closing the game and coming back but it didn't help

Platform: Steam Quest: Collect ‘Em All: Attic Mode. Issue: I have find 14/15 alien toys and the last one won’t respawn. It’s been a couple of months now and still nothing.

Quest: Burying the Eel
Issue: After collecting the coconut from the coconut tree, I accidently put that coconut in my storage and took it but out to do the quest, however the coconut doesn't count anymore for Maui to take to move on further into the quest.

Issue: I bought the Wall-e DLC last night. He's having a routing problem getting to the Forest of Valor for the "Matchmaking Magic" quest. Wall-e was stuck on the hill.

Fungeons & Dragons
My daughter and I have currently just finished the final quest for Vanellope, to which she hands us a Red "Secret Chest" and upon locating it in the inventory as prompted, there is nothing there. We have tried closing the game, we've tried leaving it for a couple of days, we've looked to see if the game needed an update. Can anyone help us? 🙂

Issue: Quest related game freeze (also happens with memory orbs occasionally); most of the time when i go to give a character their quest items, i'll get stuck on the "give or cancel" screen with the only fix being to close and restart the game. any ideas on why this has been happening? i've had this issue since i downloaded the game a year or so ago, i waited until now because i figured it was a bug that would get worked out but so far no luck. i've also already redownloaded this game a few times due to other reasons like making space or moving to a different storage drive, etc. let me know what you think! 🙂

Issue/Quest: I’m trying to progress with Vanellope’s “BOSS UP” quest and currently at the part where I need to place the “Scar Lure” near Scar’s cave. However, when I try to do so through the furniture tab, there is nothing in there under the request category. I have been slowly trying to progress through Vanellope’s quest so I don’t complete it too quickly and have only focused on decorating. I don’t know if this is a common bug, but I don’t remember making this item for this quest yet. Additionally, Vanellope keeps following me despite me not having the “Let’s hang out” option on her. Thank you.

Issue: Fallen disappeared after grabbing the orb and will not return after restarting game multiples times.

Issue: WALL-E's extra quest "Strut Your Stuff"....Break Mine Rocks is already checked off because one of the rocks I hit one (I don't know what you call it) where they all drop out and you have to run around like a maniac to pick them all up before the time runs out. But clearly the night thorns are still there meaning they want you to keep breaking the mine rocks...sorry that was a handful.
