When I go to scrooge and try to purchase items out of the catalog there are multiple items it will not let me purchase . Like the waterfall, the fountain, the sprinkler thing. And a few other items. I tried to add the screenshot but it wouldn't let me

Issue: Despite this update stating that it has fixed/rectified the issue of Scrooge giving duplicates multiple times, I still get the same duplicates in furniture selection. Plus I am missing well over 70 items for clothing that Scrooge would have if anything would be placed there, instead yet again I have empty spaces with placeholders. And ordering clothing from Scrooge seems to not have been fixed at all. Still can’t place those orders for whatever reason. On top of that, now I have furniture with the indicator telling me I don’t have this item despite my collection screen showing that I do. GameLoft either admit you’d rather satisfy Disney with making sales on real world money items in the premium shop or ACTUALLY FIX THE SHOP ISSUES.

I was expecting to come on here to see I was the only person experiencing this issue, but I guess not. Yeah, no new items. I understand it's a random chance % overall to get anything in the shop, but when I'm consistently getting the same items despite knowing very well others exist thanks to that of the wiki or even just screenshots from this discord, it begins to feel discouraging as a player who logs on every single day. It'd be neat if that was fixed, because I don't think most normal folks are rich enough to afford a metric ton of moonstones during inflation-- at least, I'm entirely not. Thanks.

can't purchase fountain via catalogue doesn't give option to on the right side of the screen when clicking on item. not over my item limit either so that's not the reason. idk if this will render it from being purchased when on floor but its definitely blocked in the catalogue

update edit: fountain can be purchased on display item but can not be bought from the catalogue Juliet-Mod has confirmed this as she got the fountain today on display.

The update didn't seem to be of any value. Got 2 new things this week and they we not extraordinary. I'm still waiting for certain items since last September, such as; the corner showers, the golden bathtub, Wally's bathtub, etc... Major bummer. Did they just adjust it 1%? They need to bump It up. 💔

Not even the DreamSnaps shoes people have gotten or even the Trophy…… Just admit GameLoft you don’t really care about Scrooge Shop issues. Until y’all actually fix it, not another dime is going to pay for moonstones. I already regret purchasing the ultimate bundle…..

Platform: X Box. Issue: No Doors. I haven't seen any doors in Scrooges shop (or in pouches) since the update that made them functional rather than just decor. Having asked around, no-one I've asked has seen any doors either, other than the Lion King door that was a friendship award. I would suggest that whatever the devs did to make the doors a functional item means they are no longer in the furniture/decor pool that Scrooges shop and the furniture pouches draw from, and have become an unattainable item.

Still no new outfits in my windows (it's been this way for literal months!), but now there are also no new jewelry items along the side table in Scrooge's shop. I'm only getting trousers or shirts on the mannequins and that is it. The rest have the sold placard automatically.

No clothing or accessories in the Scrooge's shop before and after the last update (since weeks). I haven't all clothes / outfits yet only 857/925
I can't purchase any clothes from scrooge catalogue.

Edit : NOT AN ISSUE. I may have purchased everything he has in the store. A mod explained me that I have forgot there's a lot of items tracked that come from founder's packs and the premium shop (the latter shouldn't be tracking but are).

The game is doing what it did prior which had been fixed, but it's gone back to it again with this update where you buy an item from Scrooge and it jumps back to the beginning of the items list rather than where you were looking which is annoying.

Examples I've found:

this chandelier is in lights, but not in ceiling
this pillar is in trimmings, but none of the other pillars are
spring plate is in flooring
frozen door isn't under trimmings but others are
the coral hanger and jewelry stand are in trimmings
Bioluminescent palm isn't in trees
drip pillar is in art but none of the other pillars are
watering hole is not in landscaping
Moana's shells, heat vent, palm tree are not in landscaping, feels like they should be?
and many others

Issue: Shop Window is empty but I know I don’t have all the items because they were there one day, I did not have the coin to purchase them so I didn’t. Next day I purchased one of the two items, they both disappeared and I haven’t seen anything since. Items I know I don’t have are two of the long sleeve dresses and a sweetheart dress. Been this way since April.

Issue: After buying it from the platform/stand in the shop - game does not allow me to buy more from scrooge - when prompted to buy it, the iteam has the orange outline when chosen but the buying more option doesn't proctor - i have not bought anything direclty from scrooge so my item limit shoudl not be a problem. No other iteams are blocked, all items beside the tile can be bought in bulk

Issue: I keep getting permanent loading screen when I try to exit build mode.
Also, when I submit an item to a character for quest, the window doesn't close itself, but the character continues to talk to me.
Have to restart the whole game to fix these.

Issue: The red dot that shows up next to the price for items that you don't have is not working correctly. There was a flooring in my shop today that the game thought I have since there was no red dot but I bought it anyways since I never seen it before. Come to find out, when I opened my collection menu, I didn't have the item in the first place.

Issue: These 2 items (Melted Candles and Round Bottomed Flask and Holder) appear to not be spawning in the store. Nor are any of the purchasable doors skins spawning. But as for the 2 smaller items, they apparently are meant to spawn on the long table on the right, when you first are walking in on the first floor of his Store. I looked up every listed item that spawns at “Table 1-4” and these are the only 2 items that haven’t showed up once. I have seen all the other available items plenty of times. Also there are many items that look like they could fit the dimensions of Table 1-4 and thus lessen the repeats we see. Of course I’m sure those items have reasons to why they probably don’t spawn there, but I included some examples of potential items and marked those pictures with the yellow circle. 😅 Sorry, I know that the suggestion(s) were unnecessary

These I remember from my list: paper picados from Coco, fruit and vegetable stands, lifeguard station, pumpkin lamp, tractor island, hover couch from WALL·E set, lounge sofa from Moana, tree hammock(between two trees), basic dresser, round rug Mickey collection, snowy festive window, clothing hanger, lido deck table, wild coffee table, engraved stone partition, fancy mat, rustic mat, stone sink, pine patterned couch, golden bathtub, room divider from Beauty and the Beast, comfy rug, drinks cabinet, low minimalist sofa, craft desk and marble coffee table and marble fireplace from Cinderella, large pumpkin collection, pearly piano or satin draped window, vine wall from Lion King, starfish coffee table, Ursula’s throne, crested partition, crested fireplace, painting table, wooden couch from Frozen, galaxy table, island sofa, green floral wardrobe, casita table. As with other, I thought this had been fixed. I have seen no change since the update in July.

It's just making me not want to play any more, I have nothing else to do as I've completed everything, I can't decorate cause I've almost reach the limit and I'm getting no new items anyway. There is literally no other point to logging on other than dreamsnaps, which takes a day or so.

Both Switch consoles can't order certain storage items from Scrooge shop. Fridge, Mickey item from a Quest, Black Wardrobe and Round Black Wardrobe are a few that can't be order. Both profiles were able to order these items before the hot fix. Both Profiles had 0/25 orders placed at the time

Every time I select any type of stand-up dresser (such as the Pale Wood Wardrobe pictured, Concrete Wardrobe, Funky Storage, Corona Wardrobe, etc.), it highlights the picture, but no menu comes up to purchase it. I can click on any other type of furniture item and order it just fine, I only have an issue with the wardrobes.

All the upstairs items in Scrooge's has remained the same for days. Bottom floor is fine, although good be better! But at least it changes! Also the red dot that tells you if you have an item is also faulty, it keeps telling me I don't have items when I know I do! And it's not because it's a different colour. I thought I was losing the plot at first and ended up buying something I already had, even though I knew I had it. Also the Pink Wreck it Ralph short splattered skirt came up again today, with a red spot, and I definitely know,I have that already.

Issue 2 keep having to select the fruit over again when cooking instead of the selection staying on the gooseberry it goes back to the top and I have to arrow down and select again. Was always able to hit A 3 times in a row to add 3 gooseberries now I have to toggle down each time.

Everyday all I see in my shop is plain sofas in multiple colors, plain beds in multiple colors, kitchen cabinets that can already be purchased whenever, from scrooge and a rotation of items I already own. My accessories counter is always empty, mannequins always bare and the decor counter also rotates the same 15 items. It's been like this for months upon months! I purchased this game day 1, including every starpath(not sure if those items count towards the numbers).
I have 846/925 clothing, which isn't bad but the counter has been empty since the socks came out and 740/1573 furniture. I thought the update was supposed to set it right?! Please fix this mess of a so called shop.

It’s just infuriating. I have over 400 clothes and almost the same amount of furniture. And every day I have the same items I own in store. Except maybe two or three new ones. You need to do something with this, it’s really unmotivating. Make it so the items we already have doesn’t show up in the store anymore. For example the yellow backpack from WallE have been ON THE SAME SPOT FOR THREE DAYS. I have 3 ceiling lights and I see only these in the store rotating everyday. I want to scream every time I see them at this point. Please, fix the store, there is definitely something wrong with it.

Issue: Clothing has stopped showing up for me completely in the shop even though I'm missing items from several categories. Like at least several of them I'm missing at least 1 clothing item left. For example: Wall-e is 50/51, Moana is 21/22, Beauty and the Beast is 41/42, Wreck-It-Ralph is 29/32, Frozen is 31/33. And more. It's been like this for months!

Accessories: It’s been now 4 days the accessories part in the shop is empty. The second day it was only partially empty. (It also happened to have nothing and then have something full another day). I don’t know if I have all the accessories, I don’t think so but I’m not sure.

Clothes: it’s been 2 days with this part of the shop empty or partially empty yesterday. I don’t have all the clothes yet.

I also only have two items on the furniture side right here.

@oak rune don't know if this helps, but I just got a response back from their team that they are working on this as a known issue. I haven't been able to order fridges or storage unit.

Switch, I didn't buy these. I entered the store for the 1st time of the day and this whole row was 'purchased '
