Issue: Missing Twitch Drops
I have my accounts linked but never received these in my mail box. I had been unable to log in to the game when I first got them but they should be in my mailbox. But they aren't. Would they have been lost between updates? I would still like my content it was only two weeks ago the drops happened so they should still be able to be claimed in game.

Platform: PC/Steam Issue: can't load into game, just shows a white screen and a loading symbol stays like that. i've reinstalled the game & it's still the same.

Issue: I never received the twitch drops. i had a very busy few weeks and i havent been on DLV in awhile. I was on today for the new update and found that i never received these drops.

Issue: Since day one my character has been called «player name» everywhere in the game. I restarted a few days after release to make sure I didnt forget to type in a name but I was still called player name, not my chosen name.

I started the game on ps4, then got a ps5 earlier this year. Now because of the cloud save, half of my trophies are on the ps4 version of the game and half are on the ps5 version of the game and I can never 100% to get the final trophy. Monster Hunter as well as other games recognized from my save data that the tasks to get the trophies were complete and transferred accordingly. Please fix your game to allow this. I've been playing since Week One and can not just restart the game to redo tasks. I have too much time and money invested in this game.

My friend came over and tried to sign into her account on my Xbox. Somehow our accounts get messed up and it continuous asks us if we want to change our cloud saves to each others files. I tried to find support on the website but can’t… it’s only articles

Issue: lot of problems and cannot login anymore

I started the game on my laptop, went to another country and continued playing on a new pc. When i came back to my country and tried to continue on my progress on my laptop again, i noticed i lost all my recently acquired progress, the in-game time was not synchronized with my real-time (was still synchronized with the previous country i was in), so i logged out. Now i cannot login anymore.

Hey, can I get some help?

When I try and log in to my cloud save, it starts to load and then the loading circle disappears and nothing happens.

Issue: Still have not received my twitch drops from the second campaign. Contacted support multiple weeks ago and have not heard anything back.

Platform: PC (Steam)/Nintendo Switch
Issue: I moved time zones (~16 hour difference) and have updated all my devices to the corect time zone, but my game is still on PST. It makes it difficult to interact with characters during the day my time, as it's the middle of the night in game. I don't know how to fix it.
