Issue: I just bought the game for the PC, I had it on the switch. The time/date was off on the new ASUS and I didn't notice right away. Maybe 15 minutes later-I fixed the time and date on the new device. But now I can harvest my garden, nor the mushrooms in Glade of Trust. But I can harvest Wall-E's garden and flowers ect. Is there a way to fix this? Should I message Gameloft?

Platform - Switch. Issue: unable to pick up any spices or herbs off the ground. I.E basil, garlic, ginger, mint, mushrooms, oregano and vanilla. Believe it happened after I reset my time and date to the correct one after realizing I was a day off.

Issue - unable to pick up herbs such as basil, garlic, oregano etc. My magic bait doesn't expire and I can't find blue or golden areas to fish. It also doesn't change the day, making me unable to have daily conversation and give new daily gifts even though my clock is synched to real time. I opened the game once when my clock was off (a few hours behind the real time). When I reopened it, I couldn't do the things said before

Platform: PC on steam. Isssue: I can not pick up things like basil or anything on the ground and I see that all plants are empty also I have not skipped date cuz I know that’s bad so idk what’s going on so I reset everything and starting over
