Platform : Xbox game pass et PC game pass
Issue : Failed to download cloud save on Xbox and PC game pass, but I can download cloud save by Xcloud Gaming which shares the same save with Xbox game pass. Can't play with the same save on Pc Game pass if I don't save with Xcloud before but I can't continue on another platform after.

Issue: Since a Lot of time i can't save into the Cloud Server. Actually 10 Days, because i saved the Cloud by my fiancé in belgium. When i started the Update now i'm scared that i can't cloud save either. What can i do?

Platform: PC Issue: I have a PC and a steamdeck. I am able to connect to my cloud save/internet on my steamdeck and play the game however my game on my PC will not connect to the internet. My computer is connected to the internet and so steam but the game will not connect. So i can not play my cloud save. Also when i attempt to open the game and then it doesn't work and i exit the game it still says it's running and the only way i can get it to stop running is to do a force shut off of my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it didn't fix it. Please help

Same thing happened as soon as the last update came out. I was unable to save anything to the cloud for a couple weeks until it started to randomly work. Even though my computer is connected to the internet, my game can never connect.

Issue: Game repeatedly reports a conflict between the local save and the cloud save on reaching the title screen and asks to choose one. Choosing the local save leads to an infinite loop, choosing the cloud save leads to losing all progress and going back to the only cloud save I have (June 6th). Issue could easily be resolved with a toggle to turn off cloud saves but for now, I'm forced to use a workaround involving starting the game offline.

Issue: Syncing Data stopping game from loading

I'm hoping I'm in the right area, I just transferred my cloud save from one windows pc to another. The day I transferred (6/6) I had no trouble getting into the game and being able to play. I went to log in after doing the patch update on 6/7, an now it leaves me on the load screen saying 'syncing data'. so far it has run for over an hour before I've stopped and come back later, but it keeps doing the syncing data loading, with no movement beyond it.

If I'm in the wrong area, please let me know and I will happily move this to the right area. Thank you.

Issue: Can't connect to save to the cloud, at over 1 month now. Saved a screenshot in the previous thread for this but it's been archived and this is persisting today. Have tried to use mobile hotspot and LAN connection. Have a solid internet connection and cloud saving still won't work.

Issue: lot of problems and cannot login anymore

I started the game on my laptop, went to another country and continued playing on a new pc. When i came back to my country and tried to continue on my progress on my laptop again, i noticed i lost all my recently acquired progress, the in-game time was not synchronized with my real-time (was still synchronized with the previous country i was in), so i logged out. Now i cannot login anymore.

Just bought the game for PC/Epic and just unable to connect to online game services this is infuriating, I just moved over from switch which been playing since launch and now can't even do the starpath cause I can't connect, I can't even cloud save so I can continue back on my switch.

Issue: Since a login failure a few months ago, I cannot sync my local save with the cloud. Tough it was servers problems at first but a few months later still have the problem.

They won't get back to you on Discord at all. And I'm not sure they care about this issue. I won't think they care until it ends up on their Trello board but even there things can sit there well there are some there 9 months.

Issue: I save my Xbox cloud save on the console. Won’t let me play any cloud data on the PC. Updated the app, the computer, won’t let me type in my username and password. Keeps saying “ unable to connect online. Play offline” or something like that. This had been happening before the update but thought it would be fixed 😦

Issue: Not sure if this is appropriate here or in Accounts - I am trying to logout of my son's account so I can login to mine. It keeps popping up with the below, and I don't know what to do. I don't want to accidentally ruin his game.
When I hit ESC, it asks me if I am sure I want to start a new game, I say no, and it gives me a Cloud Save Recovery error and failure to logout of the account. I did back up the local save, just in case.

Issue:the cloudsave is not saved
because of this I am afraid not everything is stored properly in the cloud.
I don't want to reinstall the game because I am afraid of losing my progress since it is now locally on my laptop.

i found this after the update of update 4 and it went with update 5

but the problem is not solved yet.
i have been able to reconnect my account in the game but i still get the error message.

Issue: updated the game on mac app store, when I logged in I lost all my cloud save work that i’ve accomplished on my switch. i’ve always cloud saved on my switch to also play on the mac app game. now i’m starting update 5 all over again….

Issue: I usually played on PC, but my PC got some issues on windows store and could upload or download anything and i couldnt access xbox gaming for a while, so i started playing on XBOX. Now that my pc is working again, i cannot access the latest Cloud Save from xbox, the local save and cloud save on the pc are earlier ones and i would lose a bunch of new stuff i did. how can i access the latest cloud save on my pc?

Just started the game for the fisrt time. I Tried to get the founders pack from the mail And it suggests to create a cloud save account. So I did. Once done I tried to claim my items but it's have an error says its been claimed, but the button says claim. And I never got my items.

Issue: Can sync to cloud on my playstation, but to what email?? It will not recognize my email on my macbook, and It wont show the cloud save option on my playstation. It would be so much easier if we could have the option of using our User ID instead of our email. Or at least a place where we can see what information we used for cloud save. I can't cross platform play to my mac.

I’m not a mod or anything but I do have a PlayStation 5 and we can all blame Sony for not participating in cross platform cloud saves. They just don’t want to work with Nintendo and Microsoft on this. So sadly any game play save on PS4 can’t be accessed on anything but other PlayStations.

I bought it on my Switch and now have it on Steam deck as my Mac is too old ( 2015 intel chip). Ideally I wanted to put my Switch save on my PS5 so I didn’t have to endure the glitches and crashes anymore. But I can’t , due to Sony…

Issue: The game isn't syncing correctly between the two systems. When I try to log in on switch I get a cloud sync error and I've lost progress on several quests , but if I log in on pc I have regained the progress plus items I have bought in the shop on the switch.

Issue: This is a long one. So I have a login for cloud and I apparently have two cloud saves. One, which states in my game folder is from 9/14/2022 and then the other one which is todays date it states. I want the old one and I even have a login with that email but even if I delete the one with todays date (which mind you is nothing but the character screen cause I havent played since trying to solve this issue), it automatically recovers. Like it wont even let me log into the cloud because it automatically recovers. Tried to perma-delete it from my computer but it still autorecovers

Issue: I can't sign out of my cloud. i can save and upload just fine but when i try to sign out of my cloud i get a msg that the cloud file can't be found. I've submitted en email already to the dev's about the situation awhile ago but still haven't gotten an answer so i don't know if its an ongoing issue or if its just a few people having problems.
