All Eric quests bugging out, causing problems with the rest of the game. Quest appears to not ‘update’ correctly when completing certain stages of the questline.
1st bug: talking to Merlin, trying to place the Castle
Crashed with CE-34868-0
2nd bug: collected flute
Game code wise hadn’t acknowledged i had the flute (even though it was in my inventory) couldn’t give it to Ariel, couldn’t give any items to anyone and couldn’t split stacks. Had to restart.

PS4: crashed 2x while completing fairy godmother’s level 10 quest. Once while exiting Merlin’s house, and once while trying to receive my gift from fairy godmother. This in addition to other crashes from regular play.

PS4, crashes multiple times a day - had 12 in the first 24 hours of the new update. randomly crashes traveling places, picking up a memory, on fast traveling the selection pop out will stay on screen (for biomes/realms) and i'll have to reset to keep playing, going through doors, even got a crash during the credits. Love the game but i dearly wish it was more stable.

I cant get elsa to follow me into the ice cave I've closed down the game and ps4 but doesn't seem to help and I need to complete her quests so she can remember the blanket

Game crashed at the end of the remembered quest causing the game to be stuck on ‘talk to the forgotten’ I have picked up the orb of unity not realising it was glitched.

📍 PS5. I have never had any issues on my PS5. This morning it's telling me that the game is experiencing some connectivity issue with the game portal and I cannot log in online on any of my accounts. I need assistance. I've been playing this game daily since September of last year. HELP! 🙏

Still have random crashes every hour almost on the dot (especially when it starts raining while I’m doing anything). (And please turn down the rain! I haven’t had dry flowers in months due to near constant rain).

@sand iris my PS4 also crashed right when the Forgotten and I worked together to stop the spell. Screen went white, then crashed. Am also stuck on "Talk to the Forgotten" and cannot find them. Frustrating.

Same it’s frustrating, I can deal with one but if I’m playing for long periods I give up if it happens a second time and I’ll come back to it the next day

Ya I'll reload my game one time, after that if it crashes again while I'm playing I shut it off.

Random freeze/crash that seems to occur when giving characters quest items or restaurant orders. I get Frozen on the confirmation screen even after giving them the item. Dialogue continues but it will not let me leave the menu unless I force close the game and relaunch.
