Issue: the game is constantly crashing, when I go to place stuff in my vally it's incredibly slow and laggy. When I first went on since updating to update 5, the game turned my whole xbox off.

i have managed to get the update to finish. I had to unclick the box for starting the game after update completes.

Game crashed and shut down my Xbox one. When trying to get back on now it's stuck on the loading screen for about 10 minutes.
addedtried to restart and boot back up. It's stuck in the same of the loading screen as the last time. It won't progress any further.

If I select Rapunzel dress to customize, it shuts the Xbox One console (not just game) completely off. Happened twice in a row today!

The update crashes my game more then it did before on my Xbox and for the bibbidi-Bobbidi-oops quest fairly god mother won’t let me give her the items for the enchantment. Idk what to do or what I’m doing wrong. I’ve tried to log out and log in multiple times. I’ve tried to use the lens from WALL·E but I can’t. I’ve even tried just gifting her the items but nothing works. Is anyone else having this problem?

Console is the Xbox One X. An issue I have that is my whole console crashes and has to be turned back on after attempting to customize Rapunzel's Summer Gown.

Issue: just over the passed 2 days the came is chasing a lot. Haven't noticed any reason as have been doing different things evrytime its crashed.

I genuinely love this game but oml, it gets stuck on the loading screen so much. I have to restart my game multiple times to to get onto the game. I cannot design my valley as when I do its extremely slow and just to move something it takes Me 5 minutes. Even if I do things to my valley, it doesn't save and crashes my game. Its not fair that we pay so much money to get a game that we can't play, especially with all the packs and items shop stuff. What's the point if it just crashes.

Note: this has only been happening since the latest update

Issue: the game gets stuck on the loading screen after it is 3/4 loaded. I have not been able to play it in a week because it will not load, it freezes everytime. I am able to get to the game menu, where I press "continue", after that is when it freezes. Everything seems delayed. The last time I was able to play it, it was very slow.

This started happening after the most recent update.

Issue: At about 8:45am Pacific Time, I launched the game, collected fish and veggies from Moana’s boat and Wall-E’s garden, then bought all the new items from Scrooge’s shop. Asked Wall-E to hang out. On leaving the shop, the game hung. I waited for 5 minutes to force close the game. On relaunch, I had the items in my bag that I had gathered before going into Scrooge’s shop before the crash. However, the items I bought from Scrooge are not in my Collections, and even more interesting: his shop has completely reset.

Issue: When the credits rolled while completing The Remembering, The game completely crashed, so I had to restart the game. The Forgotten has completely disappeared and I can't finish Merlins quest without talking to her. I've restarted several times trying to find her and I can't.

Issue: Occasional hang on the loading screen. Not sure how to trigger a repro case, but this has happened maybe once every dozen or so launches. I get the splash screen with FGM, and about an eighth of the way through the progress indicator, the star that shows it’s actively loading freezes. Quit and relaunch always successfully loads after that.
